This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

This research aims to examine the relationship between KAP size, institutional ownership, and the audit committee on the quality of financial reports. 616 Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in 2018 became the population in this study. Purposive sampling as a sampling technique resulted in 547companies. Using inferential logistic regression analysis and using descriptive statistical analysis hypothesis testing methods with IBM SPSS version 25 tools. This study found that the KAP size and the audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Institutional ownership does not affect the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee influence the quality of financial reports. This study concludes that partially, KAP size and audit committee has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously, KAP size, institutional ownership, and audit committee affect the quality of financial reports. Further research suggests using other proxies, other periods, and other variables.

This study aims to investigate the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee effectiveness, and audit quality both simultaneously and partially on the disclosures of key management compensation in financial statements. The test employed in this research is hypotheses while the data applied is secondary in the form of company financial and annual reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official pages of each company that is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with population of 61 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2015 until 2017 and sample of 41 companies. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee effectiveness, and audit quality simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the disclosures of key management compensation in financial statements. Furthermore, institutional ownership, audit committee effectiveness, and audit quality partially have a significant and positive effect for the  disclosure of key management compensation, while managerial ownership partially does not have a significant effect on the disclosures of key management compensation in financial statements

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. Firm size, audit committee and institutional ownership have negative effect on audit delay. Keywords: Financial distress, firm size, corporate governance, audit delay

<p>The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), Leverage and Company Size on the integrity of financial statements. The sample used in the study was 33 companies listed in the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, institutional ownership has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. However, the audit committee, managerial ownership, leverage and company size have no influence on the integrity of financial statements.</p>

This research aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of profitability and good corporate governance as proxied by the proportion of independent board commissioners, number of board commissioners meetings, proportion of audit committee, number of audit committee meetings, managerial ownersip and institutional ownership. The population of this research was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The sample of this research was fixed by purposive sampling method so that was found 88 samples. Technique of data analysis was multiple linear regression. The result of research showed that profibility, the proportion of independent board commissioners, proporsion of audit committee, managerial ownership and institutional ownership had significant positive effect on firm value, while commissioners meetings and audit committee meetings had no effect on firm value

The influence of Corporate Governance Structure  on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. (Under the guidance of Dr. H. Ardi Paminto, MS and Herry Ramadhani, SE., MM). The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance Structure on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. The data used in this study is 18 companies using criteria through purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression SPSS 19.0. The results of this study indicate that the institutional ownership has a negative and significant influence on integrity corporate financial statements, Managerial Ownership is positive but no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Audit Committee is positive and has a significane effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Independent Commissioner is negative and no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements.Keywords:  Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee and Independent Commissioner.

Presentation and accessibility of financial statement is influenced by accountability and commitment of management in managing SKPDs’ finances, which also affecting the audit opinion that reflect how well finance of a local government has been managed. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of financial statement presentation, accessibility of financial statements and management commitment regarding transparency of financial management at SKPDs in Keerom Regency. Population of this research is around 56 with 94 respondents which categorized as Head of SKPDs and the Expenditure Treasurer on each SKPD that all are assembled as the sample of this study. Then, a random sampling method is constructed as a sample method in conduncting this research. The data collection is done by conducting a survey. While, hypothesis analysis in this study is empirically tested by using Multiple Regression Analysis. This paper find that the area of financial statement presentation has a positive and significant impact on the transparency of management of the Regional Financial reports. While, accessibility of local financial statement has not affect to the transparency of financial management in Keerom Regency. The results also indicate that the leadership commitment has a significant and positive effect on the transparency of financial management in Keerom Regency.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial ratios, firm age, firm size, and auditor's opinion on the timeliness of publication of banking financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were 87 banking companies during the period 2010-2012. The number of sample companies in this study is 29 companies. Samples were taken based on purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using logistic regression technique.The results showed that the variable financial ratios have a significant positive effect on the timeliness of the publication of financial statements. The variable of firm size has significant influence, but has negative direction to the timeliness of publication of financial report, while the variable of firm age and auditor’s opinion does not affect the timeliness of publication of financial report.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to test the effect of Audit Opinion variabels, Publik Ownership and age of the company against the Timeliness in the submission of the financial report on manufacturing company in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2016. The population used in this study as the object of the company is manufacturing the raw material companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2012-2016 as much as 100, while the company was made the object of research (samples) that as many as 20 companies. Sample determination technique using a purposive sampling method of judgement. Hypothesis testing using a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that only the audit opinion and that influence significantly to the timeliness of the submission of the financial statements, while the age of the company but does not significantly affect the timeliness of the submission of the financial statements. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Opini Audit, Kepemilikan Publik dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap Ketepatan Waktu dalam Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 – 2016.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai obyek perusahaan adalah perusahaan manufaktur bahan dasar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012 – 2016 sebanyak 100 perusahaan, sedangkan yang dijadikan obyek penelitian (sampel) yaitu sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive judgement sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opini audit dan kepemilikan publik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan, sedangkan umur perusahaan berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. Financial statements are an instrument for companies in providing various information and company performance to those who have interests. Financial reports must be reported on time. The length of time the audit is completed by the auditor can cause audit delay. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, firm size on audit delay with the reputation of KAP as a moderating variable. The theory in this study uses agency theory and signal theory. The object of this research is 10 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling technique, using a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that solvency has a positive and significant effect on audit delay and the reputation of KAP can strengthen the relationship of profitability to audit delay.Keywords: Audit Delay, Profitability, Solvability, Company Size, Reputation of Public Accountant Firm.
