This research was conducted to test and find out the role of corporate governance in reducing financial statement fraud. The variables used in this study are the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise, and institutional ownership as an independent variable and for the dependent variable using fraudulence financial statements with the Beneish M-Score proxy. The sample used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used uses SPSS with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study are the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise and institutional ownership does not affect reducing fraudulence financial statements.   Keywords: the performance of the board of commissioners, audit committee financial expertise, institutional ownership, fraudulence financial statements, beneish m-score.

All information in a company's financial statements is useful for investors and users of financial statements because the information contained in financial statements can be used by interested parties or users of financial statements for consideration in making economic decisions, but sometimes the attention of financial statement users or investors is only focused on earnings information. The purpose of this research is to find out. Effect of Good Corporate Governance managerial ownership of institutional ownership and the Audit Committee on Company Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The companies that became the population in this study were 24 manufacturing companies. The variables in this study were managerial ownership, institutional ownership and an audit committee on Company Value. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the managerial ownership regression coefficient is 0.304, t count (3.847)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.000), <(0.05), institutional ownership is 0.337, t count (3.375)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.001) <(0.05) and audit committee 0.341, t count (4.110)>ttable (1.66) and sign (0.000) <(0.05) based on the coefficient test results R2 determination of 62.8%. This means managerial ownership of institutional ownership and audition committee. Together - they have a positive and significant effect on Company Value. This can be proven in the F test of 38,231 in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. Company value calculation using PBV (price book value) proxy. However, the calculation of company value can be done using other methods such as Tobin's Q because the calculation of company value does not only use PBV. Given the results of this study indicate that a positive effect on a corporate value of good corporate governance

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. Firm size, audit committee and institutional ownership have negative effect on audit delay. Keywords: Financial distress, firm size, corporate governance, audit delay

The main objective of this research is to demonstrate empirically the effect of corporate governance mechanism, such as : board independent, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on the earning management. This research also to demonstrate empirically the effect of earning management on the financial performance in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples were taken from the financial statements and annual report companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013. The sample was selected using sensus sampling method and acquired 206 companies. Using SPSS version 18 with the method of multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% specified. The results of this study show that (1) board independent has no effect on earning management, (2) audit committee has no effect on earning management, (3) institutional ownership effect on earning management, (4) managerial ownership effect on earning management, (5) on earning management effect on financial performance measured by ROA and ROE

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of companies with family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness which is moderated by corporate governance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. Corporate governance is proxied using independent commissioners and audit committees. The sample used in this study amounted to 212 selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used are moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that family ownership did not affect the tax aggressiveness, this means that companies with family ownership do not determine the company's actions in conducting tax aggressiveness. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The moderating variable of independent commissioners can moderate the influence of family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness, while the moderating variable of the audit committee can moderate liquidity but cannot moderate family ownership against tax aggressiveness.

Earnings management is a manager's deliberate action to manipulate financial statements with permissible limits with the aim of providing incorrect information for users of financial statements. The variables tested in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variables tested in this study consisted of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of commissioners. While the dependent variable is earnings management as measured by the modified Jones model discretionary accruals. This study uses 52 data on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. Sampling using the purpose sampling method. All data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The results of this research show that partially independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership have no effect on earnings management, while the size of the board of commissioners and audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management. <p>The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), Leverage and Company Size on the integrity of financial statements. The sample used in the study was 33 companies listed in the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, institutional ownership has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. However, the audit committee, managerial ownership, leverage and company size have no influence on the integrity of financial statements.</p>

The Influence of Carbon Credit, Firm Size, and Good Corporate Governance on Performance of Public Listed Manufacturing Companies. This study aims to examine the effect of carbon credit, firm size, board of commissioners and audit committee on company performance. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of sample selection is purposive sampling. Only 25 companies meet the criteria. The hypotheses in this study were tested using t test and f test. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that carbon credit, firm size, board of commissioners and audit committee partially and simultaneously influence performance of public listed manufacturing companies.Keyword: Carbon credit, firm size, board of commisioners, audit committee

The integrity of financial statements is related to one of the characteristics required by IFRS, namely faithful representation. The financial statements that are presented must contain information that is relevant and reliable so that it has high integrity and can be used by stakeholders in making decisions. In reality, realizing the integrity of financial statements is a difficult thing. There have been several cases that cast doubt on the level of integrity of financial statements. One of them happened to PT Jiwasraya (Persero) recently. This research is aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms proxied by (institutional ownership, proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committee meetings) and leverage on the integrity of financial statements using a conservatism index approach in the market book value. Firm size as a control variable. The population is BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018 with a sample of 22 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results of the common effect model test that only the audit committee meeting variable has a significant influence on the integrity of the financial statements, while the variable institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners and leverage has an effect but is not significant on the integrity of the financial statement

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies need an optimal capital structure so that there are no problems that will later impact the risk of high corporate bankruptcy. Capital structure will be optimal if there is no agency problem. Agency problems occur because of differences in interests between managers, investors, and creditors. To reduce agency conflict, corporate governance is needed. Institutional ownership and the size of the audit committee are used in this study as part of corporate governance. Debt to equity ratio was used to measure capital structure in this study. The sample used in this study amounted to 76 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that institutional ownership has a significant effect on capital structure, while the audit committee has no significant effect on capital structure. Keywords: capital structure, corporate governance, institusional ownership, audit committee

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) proxied through the proportion of independent board of commissioners, the size of the board of commissioners, the number of board meetings, and the size of the audit committee to the environmental disclosure. This research is causality. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange and included in PROPER 2012 until 2016. The sample in this study is determined based on purposive sampling and produce a sample of 10 sample companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of multiple regression tests indicate that corporate governance (GCG) proxied through the proportion of independent commissioners, board size, number of board meetings, and the size of the audit committee, simultaneously affect the environmental disclosure. The independent variables influenced 61.4% of the dependent variable, while the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. Partially, the proportion of independent commissioners influences the environmental disclosure. The size of the board of commissioners has no effect on the disclosure of the environment. The number of board of commissioners meeting the effect on the disclosure of the environment. The size of the audit committee did not affect the disclosure of the environment.Keywords: Corporate Governance (GCG), proportion of independent commissioners, board size, number of board of commissioners meeting, audit committee size, environmental disclosure. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG) yang diproksikan melalui proporsi komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, dan ukuran komite audit terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bersifat kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dan termasuk dalam PROPER tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa, good corporate governance (GCG) yang diproksikan melalui proporsi komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, dan ukuran komite audit. Variabel independen berpengaruh sebesar 61.4% terhadap variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Secara parsial, proporsi komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Ukuran dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Jumlah rapat dewan komisaris berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Ukuran komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan. Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance(GCG), proporsi komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, ukuran komite audit
