During this time the health department selected the facilitators by being selected directly by the Head of Human Resources, namely giving questions to the selected facilitators about health. The problem faced by the health department in conducting selection is that it is difficult to consider the facilitator's criteria due to different criteria. This is less effective because the evaluation of these criteria influences the expected selection results. In dealing with the problem of facilitator selection conducted by the Head of Human Resources, a decision support system can be built in dealing with the problem of selection of facilitators by using the ELECTRE method. Criteria that will be used as a facilitator's assessment such as ability, experience, education, creative, and discipline. For this reason, the author expects that the application of the facilitator selection decision support system to apply the ELECTRE method can facilitate health officials in the selection of facilitators

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. Abstrak: Banyaknya pilihan rumah seringkali membuat calon pembeli merasa ragu atau kesulitan saat harus menentukan langsung rumah yang mana yang akan dibeli, karena pada pemilihan perumahan yang akan dibeli belum ada sistem yang akan membantu dalam memilih perumahan yang dibeli, sehingga pada proses pemilihan masih menggunakan pikiran saja dan belum ada perhitungan pada saat pemilihan perumahan yang akan di beli. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perumahan. Kriteria yang diajukan dalam proses pemilihan perumahan yaitu: Harga perumahan, Jarak dari pusat kota, Jarak dengan pasar terdekat, [1], tipe perumahan, jarak dengan jalan umum, jarak dengan lahar. Dari hasil pemilihan perumahan menggunakan sistem yang telah dibuat. dengan 10 alternatif, dengan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan yaitu: harga = 5, tipe rumah = 5, jarak dengan pusat kota = 2, jarak dengan pasar terdekat = 2, jarak dengan jalan umum = 4, jarak perumahan dengan lahar = 5, telah diperoleh alternatif yang akan direkomendasikan yaitu perumahan safira residen 70 dengan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,65.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan, Perumahan, Multi Attribute Utility TheoryAbstract: A large number of choices of houses often makes prospective buyers feel doubtful or difficult when they have to determine directly which house to buy because, in the selection of housing to be purchased, no system will assist in choosing the housing to be purchased so that in the selection process, you still use your mind. There is no calculation at the time of the selection of housing to be purchased. The purpose of this research is to produce a housing selection decision support system. The criteria proposed in the housing selection process are housing prices, distance from the city, distance to the nearest market, [1], type of housing, distance to public roads, distance to lava. From the results of the election using the system that has been created. With ten alternatives, with their respective interests. The criteria used are: price =5, type of house = 5, distance to city center = 2, distance to the nearest market = 2, distance to public roads = 4 distance from housing to lava = 5, has obtained an alternative that will be recommended, namely the residential sapphire housing 70 with the highest value of 0.65Keywords: Housing, Selection, Decision Support System, Multi-Attribute Utility Theory.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

The aim of the study is to recommend the selection of a moisturizing cream using a decision support system ranking technique seen from consumer ratings. This research was conducted in the city of Pematangsiantar. Data obtained by observation to several stores to ensure the availability of moisturizing cream, interviews and observations to 250 consumers who were randomly conducted when they made a transaction to purchase a moisturizing cream. In this case, this research needs to be done considering that moisturizer is a drug used to make facial skin feel moist because with skin that feels moist will make women avoid various problems such as blackheads and acne. Keeping facial skin moist and oil free is not an easy thing for users to do. In addition, the number of moisturizing cream products that are currently making many women confused in choosing a moisturizing cream. Therefore researchers used a Decision Support System (SPK) with the ELECTRE algorithm in recommending the selection of a moisturizing cream based on consumer ratings. In this case the researchers used several assessment criteria including: product price (C1), side effects of usage (C2), product quality (C3), customer commitment (C4), customer trust (C5) and usage reaction (C6). While the alternatives used include: Citra Hazeline (A1), Fair & Lovely (A2), Garnier (A3), Olay (A4), Sariayu (A5) and Wardah (A6). The results of the assessment using the ELECTRE method are Fair & Lovely (A2) and Wardah (A6) as the best moisturizing cream recommendations based on consumer choice

The Precise Consistency Consensus Matrix (PCCM) is a decisional tool for AHP-Group Decision Making (AHP-GDM). Based on the initial pairwise comparison matrices of the individuals, the PCCM constructs a consensus matrix for the group using the concept of consistency. This paper presents a decision support system (PRIOR-PCCM) that facilitates the construction of the PCCM in the context of AHP-GDM, and the calculus of four indicators that allows comparison of the behaviour of group consensus matrices. PRIOR-PCCM incorporates the possibility of considering different weights for the decision makers and includes a module that permits the extension of the initial PCCM which can achieve the minimum number of non-null entries required for deriving priorities or establishing a complete PCCM matrix. It also includes two cardinal indicators for measuring consistency and compatibility and two ordinal indicators for evaluating the number of violations of consistency and priority. The paper introduces some new visualisation tools that improve comprehension of the process followed for obtaining the PCCM matrix and allow the cognitive exploitation of the results. These original contributions are illustrated with a case study.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.
