Libraries play an important role in advancing the institute of education because the library is a place to improve knowledge for the students. In the library of SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang running processes such as member registration, input data on prospective member, borrowing and returning books, book data input and book catalog still written in the ledger. Avoid delays in the system library service SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, it is necessary to design an information system library that can help and easier the activities of the circulation of the books. In the information system library SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang uses (User Centered Design) dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as for language programmer PHP with a MySQL database.Hopefully with this library information system it can solve the problems which exist in the library and can help in the development of science students.

Perpustakaan Berperan penting dalam memajukan lebaga pendidikan karena perpustakaan merupakan tempat untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan bagi siswa. Pada perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang proses yang sedang berjalan seperti pendaftaran anggota,  penginputan data calon anggota, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, penginputan data buku dan katalog buku masih ditulis dalam buku besar. Menghindari keterlambatan dalam sistem pelayanan perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, maka sangat diperlukan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah kegiatan sirkulasi buku. Pada sistem informasi perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang inimenggunakan metode UCD (User Centered Design) dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunak PHP dengan database MySQL.

Currently the system that is running still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs that the company wants such as the report preparation that is long enough so that the owner waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed. Operations that run on this system are: check goods, input sales data, input purchase data, convection data input, purchase reports, and sales reports. The use of this system is divided into two accesses, namely for employees and owners so that they can easily manage goods data. The development tools used in this study use the CI, PHP framework as a programming language and phpMyAdmin 4.7.9 as the MySQL DBMS interface. Design and design an inventory system for TransitCo Bandung goods using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as its modeling tool. This Inventory system is web and mobile based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily and user friendly. CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Pada suatu perusahaan pasti membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari Aset tetap dan Aset yang dapat bergeak. PT Arbunco Wira Pandega adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa. Pada saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadinya salah input data aset dan data dapat hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis pada sistem yang berjalan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi monitoring aset pada PT Arbunco Wira Pandega . Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, and Efficiency, Service). kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan. Hasil dari analisa ini adalah dibutuhkannya sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis website yang akan mengurangi kendala-kendala yang terjadi, sehingga akan mempermudah dalam proses pendataan agar suatu data manajemen menjadi jelas dan rapi.

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). Hasil yang dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge ini diharapkan bisa membatu pengembangan perangkat lunak nantinya.                                                                                                                     Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, manajemen knowledge, Unified Modeling Language (UML).
