Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). Hasil yang dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge ini diharapkan bisa membatu pengembangan perangkat lunak nantinya.                                                                                                                     Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, manajemen knowledge, Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Pada saat ini penggunaan sistem informasi telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada perusahaan secara real time dan terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi ini pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan bukan hanya pada perusahaan saja, tetapi juga dalam industri pendidikan khususnya sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggambarkan model sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang terdapat pada sekolah. Model konseptual sistem informasi manajemen untuk sekolah ini digambarkan dengan mengunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pendekatan model arsitektur “4+1 View”. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu analisis dan perancangan proses bisnis pada sekolah secara keseluruhan. ModelSistem informasi konseptual ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi sekolah dalam lebih memahami dan mengembangkan sistem. Sekolah dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi manajemen ini.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. Modeling is one of the techniques used to describe how information systems will be created and produced. Modeling itself can be used as a reference in the process of developing information systems to suit user needs. One modeling technique that is often used is to use a unified modeling language (UML). Modeling techniques with UML are able to describe various features of information systems. for this reason, in this research a model for the PTPN VII enterprise resource planning (ERP) information system is used as an initial step in fulfilling information management needs. the use of modeling itself is an initial implementation of information technology and information systems in a corporate environment, especially PTPN VII. The results of modeling have been done using three types of diagrams in UML as a reference in the development of structure diagrams created using class diagrams, behavior diagrams created using use case diagrams, and interaction diagrams created using activity diagrams. The results of the modeling have also been implemented in the form of a prototype of the information system so as to provide a clear picture for interested parties if the development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) information systems, especially in the PTPN VII environment. The information system prototype can also describe the initial forms for stakeholders if changes are to be made

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Default"><em>PT. Bangun Cakra Mandiri </em><em>Developer</em><em> is one of leading companies which engaged in residential marketing. The marketing team in PT. Bangun Cakra Mandiri </em><em>Developer </em><em>still using conventional methods to promote their home or by spreading brochure. Some of the weakness of that method to sale a their house, first the customer should come to the office to booking the house. Second, the customer don't know </em><em>the exact location of that housing. The last, there is not information about the house that already booked by other customers</em><em>. </em><em>From the above problems, the researcher designed an information system for booking an Android-based housing that is accompanied by a location plan and can book a house at the same time to attract customer interest. In this research, it is expected that the new system is more effective and efficient so that it can accelerate the process of collecting data for prospective buyers and sales data at PT. Bangun Cakra Mandiri using Android for one of its application developments using the Waterfall development method. The results of this research is booking </em><em>Information Systems the residential booking based on android at PT. Basically the use of integrated information systems can be applied not only for the company, but also education industry, particularly schools. To support business processes at the school, this research would like to describe a conceptual model of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) notationwith "4 +1 View" architectural model. This model is expected to assist analysis and design the whole business processes at school. A conceptual model of the information system can help application developers to easily and clearly understand the school system. By adopting this information system model, schools are able to have effective understanding of management information systems.

The article considers the task of modeling advanced information systems. The work is based on research on the development of a methodological apparatus for substantiating requirements for military-grade information systems. Currently the requirements for advanced information systems are formed in a natural language, the expressive properties of which are not enough for a concise and unambiguous description of them. The developed methodological approach is based on the construction of a complex of models of system with the integrated use of methodologies of functional and object-oriented modeling of the information system and related management processes, as well as the developed notation of user interface modeling. The use of a unified modeling language provides unambiguous interpretation of models by all participants in the process of developing an information system – from the customer to the developer.

Arista Tehnik Jakarta is an individual company engaged in manufacturing services for AC ducting in buildings. Arista Tehnik Jakarta in processing employee payroll data still uses the manual / conventional method, which is taking notes on bookkeeping so that errors often occur in calculating employee salaries. Calculating employee salaries can have fatal consequences if something goes wrong and it can affect the preparation of payroll reports. The manual / conventional payroll system is not able to provide adequate benefits for calculating employee salaries. With a good payroll system, every company that already has many employees is very much needed. Companies that have many employees definitely need a payroll system that can make it easier to pay salaries appropriately and efficiently. The method used in this research is by making observations, interviews, literature studies, designing information systems followed by the development of information systems and then testing. The result of this research is to produce a computerized payroll information system that provides convenience in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, job data and payroll data. In the Payroll Data Information System using UML (Unified Modeling Language), programming using the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL for database processing. After the researcher then created a Payroll Information System, the work procedure could be easier for Arista Tehnik Jakarta.

This research was aiming to produce a management information system for Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI). The target of the research to be achieved is the existence of an information system that can be used to manage the filling and printing of Companion Certificates. Management information system This Certificate of Companion is made to be applied in the Informatics Engineering Study Program S1 Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan. This study discusses how the process of designing and developing an information system for managing Diploma Certificates of Completion in the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program. The absence of an application or information system for managing Diploma Certificates is a serious problem that must be considered. Managers of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program find it difficult in the process of making and filling Diploma Companion Certificates for their graduates. In the absence of a management information system, a Diploma of Companion Certificate, the process of making and filling with Certificate ofCompanion Certificate will take a long time. The method  used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). There are four stages in the use of this RUP method, namely the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The design model used in this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The testing process is carried out using the Black Box Testing. Therefore, to solve these problems, an innovation is needed In the management ofa web-based Diploma Companion Certificate. It is expected that this information system can help and ease the Study Program in managing Diploma Companion Certificates.
