A forecast-exploration model of gold deposits of the Toupugol-Khanmeishor ore cluster was developed, which made it possible to recommend geological exploration within other promising areas of the Malyi Ural volcano-plutonic belt (VPB) in the Polar Urals. The studies have demonstrated that the Manyukuyu and Kokpela potential ore clusters of the Tan’yu-Lagorta complex ore district in the southern Malyi Ural VPB represent the most promising targets for the further prospecting for lode gold mineralization assigned to various structural-compositional subtypes of the gold-sulfide-quartz mineral type.

New data is provided on gold mineralization in the southern Baikal-Patom metallogenic province, Ikibzyakskoye ore field, located in Pravo-Mamakansky deep fault zone separating Patom fold area from Baikal-Vitim volcanic-plutonic belt. For the first time, the metallogenic province was found to comprise granitoid-hosted ore vein-stringer zones with high-grade economic gold sulfide-quartz mineralization. This mineralization is localized within fault shistosity zones manifesting intense beresitization and listvenitization (in metabasite xenoliths).

A sample of a gold-bearing quartz vein from the Upper-Ichuveem ore occurrence, discovered in the Triassic terrigenous complex in the north of the Chukotka Upland, the Oleg Kuvaev's “Territory”, had been comprehensively studied. The gross gold grade was estimated at 3–4 g / t. The vein includes quartz, native gold, sulfide-goldsilver solid solutions, alumoseladonite, aluminium-sulfate-phosphates Fe-Pb-Mg-Ca compound, apatite, pyrite, iron-titanium oxides, litharge, native phases composed of Fe (Ni), Ag-Pb-Bi, Fe-Al-PS-As, multicomponent ocher of hypergene origin. Native gold ranges from medium to fine. The vein contains particles of non-crystalline organic matter, which is close in composition of organic groups to polysaccharides. It is possible that the carbon particles found in the gold-quartz vein are of an abiogenic nature and can be compared with abiogenic condensed organelles in the products of modern volcanism. The data obtained make it possible to attribute the Upper- Ichuveem gold ore occurrence to a low-sulfide gold-quartz formation, but with additional signs of gold-silver and polymetallic formations, which can be regarded as a favorable prerequisite for prospecting and exploration in Oleg Kuvaev's «Territory» not only of gold-placer deposits, but also of lode gold deposits.

In order to reconstruct the crystallization conditions of the gallium epidote analogue Ca2Al2Ga(Si3O12)(OH) from the Tykotlova gold-sulphide ore occurrence in the Polar Urals, for the first time, a series of epidote-gallium epidote solid solutions were synthesized. The parameters of the unit cell were calculated for these phases, and IR and Raman spectra were obtained. It was concluded that gallium is predominantly in position M3, which allows us to consider the gallium epidote as an independent mineral specie. Stable Ga-containing aluminosilicate and silicate phases in the Ca-Ga-Al-Fe-Si-O system were obtained as by-products of the synthesis (analogs of the grossular-andradite garnet and calcium feldspar).

Large ring, arc and radial structures were identified based on complex processing of the multispectral satellite imagery of the Landsat apparatus. These structures control the position of gold mineralization of the Toupugol-Khanmeyshorsky ore district (Novogodnenskoe ore cluster, the Polar Urals). The comparative characteristic of this territory with the Turinsk-Auerbakh ore district (Auerbach ore cluster, the Northern Urals) was held. Similar geological features, regularity of the structures and location of gold mineralization in the system of morphostructures were revealed. For the first time, the depths of the formation of magmatic chambers were determined for the Novogodnensky and Auerbach paleovolcanic structures. These chambers were located at depths of ~4 km and ~20 km, respectively in the upper and middle parts of the earth's crust. These are sitting. The Novogodnensky structure is a monogenic structure. It formed under the influence of one leading geological process. The Auerbach structure is larger and more complex structure; it is characterized by a long and multi-stage development. The paleovolcanic reconstruction showed that the root (focal) part of the Auerbach structure plunges from the southeast to the northwest during of the magmatic process evolution. Gold mineralization within the studied areas of the Northern Urals is confined to the intersections of radial faults near the centers of large concentric morphostructures.

The questions of the using of domestic and foreign spacecraft (SC), as well as Earth remote sensing (ERS) equipment for search and predication of gold mineralization on the example of the promising and difficult to approach areas of the Polar and the Northern Urals are discussed in the article. The solution of this problem is showed on the example of the prospective areas of the Arctic and the Northern Urals based on analysis of Landsat 7 multispectral images. Hidden structures (arc, annular, and radial) were detected with help of analyses of Landsat 7 imagery. Hidden structures determine the position of gold mineralization of the Toupugol-Hanmeyshorskogo (the Novogodnenskoe ore field, the Polar Urals) and the Turinsko-Auerbahovskogo (the Auerbachovskoe ore field, the Northern Urals) ore regions. The decision of this problem is given on the example of the promising territory of the Polar Urals with the use foreign SC the Landsat 7. Comparative analysis of the existing SC of ERS has been carried out, this target information has in the public domain. The onboard equipment installed on domestic spacecraft and the information obtained with use onboard equipment meets the existing requirements. These requirements are placed to onboard equipment to solve the problem of search and predication mineralization. At the same time, the capabilities of the deployed domestic orbital grouping of SC of ERS transcend the capabilities of SC of ERS the Landsat 7. Opportunity of obtaining geospatial information with the use of pseudospacecrafts is being considered. These have several advantages over SC and unmanned aerial vehicles.
