The field of education has witnessed a set of developments at the level of educational programs and means that are in line with the rapid changes in the field of knowledge‚ as it was necessary to update these educational curricula and make them more effective. Teaching the Arabic language‚ like other languages‚ its activities are closely related‚ and we cannot study any activity in isolation‚ especially the activity of texts and the rubrics that follow‚ and this is called the textual approach. In this intervention‚ we tried to shed light on the teaching of the Arabic language according to the textual approach in the secondary phase.

This article focuses on the interactive counselling service Problems and Answers (PS), an Arabic language and Islamic online counselling service, which draws on global therapeutic counselling trends. For over a decade, PS was run and hosted by www.IslamOnline.net (IOL). Based on ethnographic fieldwork, this article aims to provide a layered, contextualized understanding of online Islamic counselling, through addressing the ‘invisible’, ‘behind the screens’ aspects of PS counselling and the meaning making activities that inform the online output. In particular, I examine: 1. The multiple ways in which ‘religion’ shapes the PS counsellors' counselling output, and 2. The extent to which secular and religious counselling ideals clash, in PS counselling. Drawing on a mixed methods approach, I demonstrate instances in which offline data nuance and generate new understandings of online data. The findings demonstrate the multivocality and variations in the PS counsellors' perspectives on both religion and counselling psychology, and shed light on possible tensions between professed ideals and actual online practices.

Teaching Arabic as a foreign language is very specific for different reasons. The main obstacle in searching for the optimal and effective teaching model for the Arabic language is the pronounced diglossia, a situation in which two languages or two forms of a language are used simultaneously under different conditions, formal and functional in a community, that is to say “higher“ literary/standard Arabic and a “lower one“ which encompasses numerous regional dialects. As a foreign language, Arabic has been taught all over the world, primarily at the university level, but the priority has always been given to a “higher language“. It is also dominant in teaching nowadays but in creating curricula for teaching Arabic, more attention has been paid to relating the opposites of diglossia with the main speech dialects.

The general education program designing and licensing trends in Latvia in the period from 2010 to 2014 are analyzed in the article. Based on the general education program licensing data, it found that there isn’t a trend to license author’s program in primary education, while the secondary level of education author's programs are designed and licensed more often. The fact that primary education is more licensed programs in mathematics, science and technology, but in general secondary education – the humanitarian and social direction of the program suggest a possible gap in primary and secondary education. At the same time it found that a quarter of all licensed educational programs is not implemented, which could be result of socio-economic and political change in society.

In the learning process, the curriculum has a very important role, especially for teachers and students. Therefore, to make it easier to implement the curriculum, especially in learning the Arabic language, then it is divided into several systems. In the Arabic language learning, the curriculum system division is then called curriculum organization which consists of two systems i.e. Nazhariyatul Furu’ and Nazhariyatul Wahdah. Curriculum organization is a framework or pattern of the lessons arranged based on specific purposes of educational programs to achieve. In addition, the principle of curriculum organization is that it is arranged to facilitate the process of learning for teachers and students so as to achieve educational purposes effectively and optimally.

The impetus for studying this topic is self-obligation to reveal the Arabic language and Arab cultural heritage as well as the old sense of worth. A’mru ibn Kolthoum is one of the greatest poets who expounded graceful portraits of gifted Arabs in the pre-Islamic period by intellectuality of using the classical language. The researcher in this article undertakes to probe the depth of the poetry of A’mru ibn Kolthoum as an illustration of the immensity of the Arabic language as well as being a symbol of pride. A’mru ibn Kolthoum deserves literary analysis, paying attention mainly to his Mua’llagah as an inheritance of the standard Arabic language. The poetry of A’mru ibn Kolthoum, as one of the Mua’llaqat inventor, has been barely studied. His poetry of superiority is paid less investigation. This study aims to shed light on the way A’mru ibn Kolthoum thrived in writing an impressive piece of poetry called Al-Mua’llagah. The study is an attempt to reveal, to what extent; ibn Kolthoum has done to contribute to the enrichment of classical Arabic language via his Mua’llagah. The study, using the critical-analytical approach, opens with an introduction on Arabic as a medium poetic language, making clear the significance and prominence of the Arabic language and its influence and contribution to the heritage of Arabs. Then the paper moves to sort out the creator of this literary piece under-study, focusing on the personality of the poet-knight A’mru ibn Kolthoum, his poetry, and his tribe. Thenceforth, the researcher shifts to the central part which is an analytical examination of his Mua’llagah revolving about pride and dignity and tyranny. The paper concludes with an afterword viewing the findings and recommendations if any.

The mechanical structure of pollen grains, typically characterized by soft apertures in an otherwise stiff exine shell, guides their response to changes in the humidity of the environment. These changes can lead both to infolding but also to excessive swelling and even bursting of pollen grains. We use an elastic model to explore the mechanics of pollen grain swelling and the role that soft, circular apertures (pores) play in this process. We identify and explore a mechanical weakness of the pores, which are prone to a rapid inflation once the grain swells to a critical extent. This transition leads to the bursting of the grain and the release of its content. Our results shed light on the inactive part of the mechanical response of pollen grains to hydration once they land on a stigma as well as on bursting of airborne pollen grains during rapid changes in air humidity.
