This article aims to describe the efforts to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an teachers in the New Normal Era at SD Negeri 3 Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's ability to read Al-Qur'an could be improved through the application of the Al-Qur'an learning habit method with peer guidance, the use of in-formal educational institutions and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the implementation of strategies to improve reading skills of the Qur'an that are suitable for a teacher.

This article aims to describe the impact and prevention of Covid 19 at MTs Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the impact of Covid 19 caused temporary closure of schools so that the learning process used an online system which resulted in the learning process being not optimal. Covid19 prevention efforts are carried out through socialization and education to students about Covid 19 as well as regular spraying of disinfectants in classrooms and teacher offices. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the impact and prevention of Covid 19 in particular in the realm of educational institutions.

<p>Researcher was interested in conducting research in the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Branch Malang with the aim to identify management of funds cash waqaf in these institutions and the general problem and the steps taken</p> <p>by BMH Branch Malang in overcoming these problems. This research is a qualitative with descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. The survey revealed that the funds cash waqaf collected by the BMH branch Malang targeted specifically for the education program for the development of Islamic educational institutions Ar-Rohmah for girls which is located in Dau Malang. The forms of development such as land acquisition in the vicinity/area of that institution. The main constraint in this management of cash fund of wakaf is the human resources/employees who are less optimal in performing his duties and it is difficult to be taken to develop the organization. To overcome this, the BMH branch Malang creates training initiatives in order to motivate their employees.</p> <p> </p>

Efforts to improve the ability to read words are an effort that gradually increases or enhances the ability or skills of children in translating spoken or written letters that have certain meanings. The rationale so that this problem arises is the low ability to read at the beginning of Group B TK Dharma Wanita II Mergowati. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out that through the direct practice of the method with letter cards it can improve the ability to read words of children in Group B TK Dharma Wanita II Mergowati, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency, Semester II, 2017/2018 Academic Year, 2) To determine the magnitude of the increase in ability reading words through direct practice methods with letter cards in Group B children TK Dharma Wanita II Mergowati, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency, Semester II, 2017/2018 Academic Year.The subjects of this study were students of Group B TK Dharma Wanita II Mergowati totaling 20 children. The research was conducted from March to April 2018. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews.Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that through direct practice with lettercard media can improve the ability to read words of children in Group B TK Dharma Wanita II Mergowati, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency, Semester II, 2017/2018 Academic Year. This is evidenced by an increase in children's pre-action reading skills before the action only reached 10%, then after the improvement in Cycle I increased to 45%, and Cycle II became 85%, having met the predetermined maximum percentage of 80%. This success is marked by the child being able to pronounce letter symbols that symbolize it, the child is able to compose letters into a meaningful word, the child is able to name groups of pictures that have the same initial/last sound/letter, the child is able to read and write simple words.
