This article aims to describe the efforts to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an teachers in the New Normal Era at SD Negeri 3 Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's ability to read Al-Qur'an could be improved through the application of the Al-Qur'an learning habit method with peer guidance, the use of in-formal educational institutions and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the implementation of strategies to improve reading skills of the Qur'an that are suitable for a teacher.

This study aims to determine the application of the Blended Learning Method in PAI learning in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study are: blended learning method is to combine two or more learning methods. Its application to PAI learning at SD Rejowinangun 1 Yogyakarta goes through three stages, namely (1) planning: preparing lesson plans and materials; (2) implementation: online, offline, and face-to-face consultation with health protocols; (3) evaluation. The advantage of this method is that the material can be conveyed comprehensively and the drawback is that it can potentially be exposed to the covid-19 virus because there is face-to-face. The expected positive impact from the results of this research is as information to educational institutions that Blended Learning is an alternative that is very suitable to be applied in the Covid19 Pandemic Era.

This article aims to describe the efforts of Posbakum in providing services at the Metro Religious Courts during the new normal period. Posbakum is an institution that provides legal assistance services for people seeking justice who are economically unable to pay for advocate services facilitated by the state in every Religious Court/Shari'ah Court. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Posbakum continued to provide services online or offline by implementing health protocols, namely: Implementing physical distancing, Requiring wearing masks, Encouraging to wash hands, Installing transparent hijabs, Restricting service hours. So that the judicial process and services to the justice-seeking community can still run according to procedure.

Abstrak This research is to find out the implementation of leadership in Indonesia in the new normal era with the approach of prophetic character values of the prophet Muhammad saw. Data analysis is done through description on the prophetic properties of the prophet Muhammad saw. Methods are conducted through descriptive qualitatives, with empirical data and library studies. That the leaders needed by the People of Indonesia can be categorized as 4 types, 1), loved leaders; 2), a trustworthy leader; 3), guiding leader; and 4) personality through transformational, visionary nature and high work ethic. This research can contribute as information characteristics of leaders that people want in the new normal era today.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan buat mengenali model kepemimpinan transformasional yang digunakan dalam penyusunan model kepemimpinan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah( MI). Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kualitatif dengan melaksanakan penelitian kepustakaan. Cara pengumpulan informasi terdokumentasi yang diperoleh dari bermacam sumber antara lain novel, dokumen serta jurnal nasional terpaut model kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil riset ini menampilkan kalau model kepemimpinan transformasional bisa meningkatkan model kepemimpinan negara Islam (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI)), jadi lebih baik serta lebih peka terhadap transformasi serta pertumbuhan era serta iptek, dan sanggup menyesuaikan diri dengan peristiwa terbaru ataupun peristiwa yang hendak tiba. Model kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah Islam merupakan katalisator, inovator, motivator, panutan, motivator, perencana aksi, perencana tujuan, pemimpin serta penghubung

This study aims to describe, reveal, and find the dominant factors of multiple intelligence-based learning management in improving learning achievement in the field of life skills. The focus of this research is on planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative design with a naturalistic approach and based on constructivism, which views reality as having multiple dimensions, data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study conclude that multiple intelligence-based learning management is very effective for fulfilling students' life skills, that each student can develop their respective types of intelligence in various ways, intelligence is not only limited to IQ, but there are other intelligences including linguistic intelligence, Mathematical logic, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Learning management based on multiple intelligences begins with MIR (multiple intelligences research for each new student as the basis for preparing lesson plans. The learning implementation is preceded by apperception containing alpha zones in the form of special greetings, fun stories, ice breaking, or singing. The core activities consist of exploration, elaboration, and singing). confirmation, apperception exploration in the form of warmer, pre-teach, and scene setting, elaboration containing learning strategies and methods, while confirmation in the form of teacher and student questions and answers to determine lesson acceptance, Evaluation by means of authentic assessment which includes three domains of knowledge (cognitive) consisting of tests daily, UTS, UAS, annual test, attitude (affective) assessment of teachers, self, friends, and anecdotal records, assessment of skills (psychomotor) in the form of performance (performance), work (product), and making projects (project). The obstacle to learning management based on Multiple Intelligences is changing the paradigm a teacher, making lesson plans, choosing varied learning strategies, and conducting authentic student assessments.

This article aims to determine the ethics of online business communication from the perspective of Islamic law. The research method used in this study is library research (library research) with a philosophical juridical approach, namely using the rules of Islamic law in online business practices during the covid 19 pandemic. The results show that Islamic law has regulated ideal business communication and good, by applying the basic principles of Qaulan adidan (true words), Qaulan balighan (effective and on target), Qaulan ma'rufa (kind words), Qaulan mansura (easy words), Qaulan layyina (weak words gentle), Qaulan karimah (noble words). The expected positive impact in this study is that every e-commers must provide online and communicative services to consumers, taking into account the needs proposed by consumers, especially those who have limited the covid 19 pandemic.

This article aims to describe the efforts made by SDMU Ahmad Dahlan Braja Selebah in improving student learning outcomes during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The learning system carried out during the Covid19 pandemic currently requires teachers to be more active and creative by utilizing social media as a medium of learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the teacher chose the right learning method and the school supported it by facilitating the use of existing media as a means of delivering distance learning material as well as conducting regular evaluation of learning. The positive contribution in this study is intended to inform the managers of educational institutions that learning activities during the Covid-19 period can be improved by fulfilling distance learning sarpras and choosing appropriate learning methods and material presentation.

This article aims to describe the barriers to student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Maarif 06 Pasir Sakti, East Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources of teachers, homeroom teachers, students and parents. The result of this determination is that there are several obstacles faced by students, teachers and parents in teaching and learning activities in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, namely the addition of internet quota costs, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced and working hours which becomes unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other teachers, and principals. The positive contribution of the results of this study is the spread of information regarding the urgency of mastery of technology to support every activity carried out by humans, one of which is in the realm of education to be able to compete globally.

This article aims to describe the impact of teaching and learning activities using an online learning system during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 3 Sriminosari, Labuhan Maringgai District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection is done by interview, documentation and observation. The results showed that the impact of teaching and learning activities with the online learning system during the Covid 19 period led to increased parental concern for children in accompanying learning activities and breaking new clusters of the spread of Covid 19, but this was not matched by good children's learning outcomes this was due to not all teachers and parents of students are able to operate technology, weak internet networks, unstable public financial conditions, no moral guidance from teachers, and the material presented is very unattractive to students. The expected positive impact of this article as a media of information requires that it is necessary to be prepared to implement an online learning system by paying attention to supporting facilities and infrastructure; and socialization of applications used in learning activities so that all users can use them well.
