<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The Korean Government has executed the research project named “The development of spatial information-based high-reality contents provision technology for disaster management”. The goal of this project is to develop and verify a Safety Index Map and a 3D safety status information platform for spatial information based customized disaster management service. This paper deals with the design of application architecture for spatial information based 3D safety state information platform. First, we analysed the use cases of existing disaster management platform and the needs of business users. Second, based on the analysed results, target facilities were selected and possible service scenarios were created. Finally, we designed application architecture with service development strategy and users’ requirements. The results of this research could be used for detail design of technical architectures (DA/SA/HA/NA).</p>

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The Korean Government has executed the research project named “The development of volcanic disaster response system”. The phase I of this project was completed at 2015. From the year 2015, phase II of the project has been executed. The goal of the phase II is advancing the system which was developed at phase I. This paper deals with the design of application architecture for spatial information based volcanic disaster response system. First, we analyses application architecture of phase I system. Next, users’ requirements are analysed. Main requirements are three. One is extending spatial scope for volcanos. Another is developing real-time processing model for direct disaster. The other is multi-scenarios based processing. User’s requirements are stepped down to variable levels to adjusted application architecture in the system. Finally, we design altered application architecture comparing with architecture of phase I system and users’ requirements. The results of this research could be used for detail design of technical architectures (DA/SA/HA/NA).</p>

<span>Indonesia is a country located on top of some tectonic plates that bring potential natural disasters. Disaster management system is considered essential in controlling the situation in the site both before and after the disaster takes place. In disaster situation, the government and society are involved in a volunteer team in order to help minimize victims and support survivors. However, the volunteering activities are often hindered since there are problems in the disaster site. One of the problems is late responses due to poor coordination among volunteers that drives the delay in disaster relief. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that maps the positions of volunteers in a disaster site, so that the disaster management coordinator can disseminate volunteers to disaster areas based on needs. The purpose of the study is to propose an application called ‘MyMapVolunteers’ that effectively and efficiently detects the position of the volunteers in order to improve disaster management service. In this case, real time and location based service technology will able to detect the position of each volunteer. ‘MyMapVolunteers’ is composed of two platforms, which are mobile and web applications. Mobile platform is an application that uses GPS function provided by the smartphone to find the volunteers’ location coordinates and then send the data of the location automatically and manually. The web platform is used to receive volunteers’ location data and to present them in google map, therefore disaster management coordinator can monitor the positions of and search for volunteers faster.</span>

Logistics Park as a highly centralized logistics distribution center, information construction is very an important platform to society. In this paper, Xi'an comprehensive bonded zone as an example, the Internet of things technology for the construction of logistics park information platform focusing on the design of cloud computing data center, and realizing the sharing of logistics information. [3] Logistics Park as a highly centralized logistics distribution center, the establishment of a unified information platform is the development direction of park information application. However, because the logistics park operation is complex and uncertainty, information management platform for the management information systems in general, can not adapt to the characteristics of park operations flexible, restricted the development of the park.

This paper, by using multi-layer B/S framework model, combines with VB programming to carry out innovative design of physical education (PE) platform, which has got the B/S framework platform of PE management. PE information management platform mainly comprises the teacher end, the central processor unit (CPU) and the student end, where the communication interface mainly comprises the editor and the computer, and the input of teacher end includes the computer buttons, sensors, and so on. While for the core parts of the system, they are the CPU and the memory demonstrated by PE. Student end through the I/O expansion function analyzes and displays the teaching sound and video signal displayed by using LED or LCD. Finally, the paper designs the data analysis and transfer function of PE information platform, and obtains the curve of information throughput with time changing, which provides a new computer method for the research of PE.

The funeral industry has grown rapidly over the years.  It is very evident that in the Philippines, many funeral parlors are sprouting all over the country as well funeral insurance policy companies.  The funeral industry has taken more major roles in the burial rituals, funeral arrangements, body disposition procedures, last rites, and after care services to attend to the special needs. One of the richest customs in celebrating a funeral event was the Chinese society.  Chinese was well known for their custom of following a lot of superstitions.  Filipinos also believed in superstitions like the Chinese, but their way of celebrating the funeral rites was different.  These customs make managing a funeral event difficult. That is why seeking professional guidance and support is a good idea. The study looks into the comparative study of the availment of the funeral planning management service among Chinese and Filipino to observe the difference and similarities on the level of awareness, interest, the desire and actions of the two different cultures regarding the funeral planning management service. The researcher’s purpose was to make a basis for developing an event strategy that would facilitate the acceptability of the funeral planning management service in the Philippines.

Information platform can connect all the urban management links and it is a key tool to improve the efficiency and quality of urban comprehensive management. In recent years, the construction of the urban management information platform has progressed rapidly, but problems such as insufficient resource sharing within the platform, poor information communication between departments, active supervision and monitoring are still outstanding and difficult to adapt to the city. From the perspective of urban comprehensive management needs, it is proposed that the ideal platform should consist of a city management sub-platform responsible for the necessary administrative permits, a city operation sub-platform responsible for information processing, and a city service sub-platform that serves citizens, with comprehensive information and rights. Features such as clear responsibilities, functional linkage, and real-time active monitoring serve the maintenance of urban basic functions and public space management. It is proposed that the guarantee mechanism should be straightened out, the rights and responsibilities between various departments should be clarified, and various resource data should be incorporated on the basis of the spatial data base map to activate and integrate three sub-platforms of urban management, operation and service to support urban management decision-making.
