Analysis of the Effect of Company Size, Asset Growth, and Capital Structure on the Intrinsic Value of Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia

The intrinsic value of a company refers to the real value of a company. Company value in the concept of intrinsic value is not just the price of a set of assets, but the value of the company as a business entity that has the ability to generate profits at a later date. In the company appraisal process, that how the capital structure can affect the value of the company or not, the presence of various risks, taxes, and other costs, as well as changes in leverage can increase the value of the company and reduce it. This study aims to analyze the effect of company size and asset growth through capital structure on the intrinsic value of companies in the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 with a total sample of 37 companies. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that company size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, asset growth has no effect on capital structure, company size and asset growth have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic value, while capital structure has no effect on intrinsic value, and firm size and asset growth there are no direct effect on intrinsic value through capital structure. This study also obtained the result that firm size is more dominant in supporting intrinsic values of Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effects  of  business risk, profitability, firm size, asset structure, and growth of asset to capital structure in the company's manufacturing base and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2014. The total sample is 80 samples obtained by purposive sampling method. Data analysis was done using  multiple linear regression method with SPSS software 20 version.  The result based on t test indicate  that  business risk, firm size,  asset structure, and  asset growth of the company has positif and significant influence on struktrur capital., profitability has negatif  and  significant influence on struktrur capital.  F-test results showed that the variable business  risk, profitability, firm size, asset structure and asset growth together have a significant effect on the capital structure.

The purpose of this study is to examines the antesedents of capital structure. The object is 42 companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 periods. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the firm size variable had a significant effect on the capital structure, the profitability variable had a significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure variable had no effect on the capital structure. Property issuers must be prepared to face another year of sluggish market where after three years there has been a continuous cycle of weakness. The purpose of this research is to see the influence. Capital Structure, Liquidity, Company Size, Debt Policy and Profitability against Company Value in property companies, re-evaluation and construction of buildings listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. Quantitative research approach. This type of descriptive quantitative research. The nature of this research is due and effect / causal. The population in this study were 83 types of property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. The sample is 23 companies. The result is that the capital structure has no partial effect on company value in companies, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. Liquidity does not partially affect the value of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The size of the company does not have a partial effect on the value of the company in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The debt policy does not have a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Profitability has a partial effect on company value in property, real estate, and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Capital structure, liquidity, company size, debt and profitability simultaneously influence the value of the company in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value of the company on infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the sample of companies obtained consisted of 24 infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The research method uses multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The results show that capital structure and profitability have a significant positive effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Liquidity and firm size have a significant negative effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The implications of this study include that additional debt in the company's capital structure can be a positive signal to investors that can increase company value because additional debt in a company can be used for additional investment funds and corporate tax savings. Then, an increase in the value of profitability can show investors good prospects for the company because many investors are attracted to companies that have good profitability, and have an effect on increasing share demand and company value.

This study examines the determinants of capital structure. The research object used is companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2017 observation year. With a purposive sampling method, which selects samples based on certain criteria. And selected a sample of 42 companies.  Data analysis uses multiple regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that the firm size and profitability had a significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure variable had no effect on the capital structure. The study implications can be used by management and investors to determine the capital structure through company size and profitability.

Business competition today makes many companies strive to achieve their main goals. Maximizing company value is one of the main goals of every company. Maximizing company value by fulfilling company funds that come from internal and external sources of the company. Determination of the proportion of long-term debt and capital in its use as a source of a company has a company that is closely related to the capital structure. This study aims to see the effect of profitability, business risk, asset growth, operating leverage on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample size of 170 samples using purposive sampling method. The analysis was performed using multiple regression models. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure (2). Business risk has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure (3) Asset growth has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure (4) Operating leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, asset growth, operating leverage and sales stability on the capital structure and firm value. The company value in this study was published with Tobin Q. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies reported on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. In accordance with the selection criteria, there are 46 filtered sample companies. The analysis technique that used is Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results of hypothesis indicate profitability and sales that are significant to the capital structure while increasing performance and leverage of operations do not have a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability, asset growth, sales stability have a significant effect on firm value while operating leverage does not involve significance to firm value. Profitability and influence of sales have a significant effect on firm value through capital structure, while yield growth and operating leverage are opposite.

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of company size and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is explanatory research, testing classical assumptions, and analyzed using a moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 32 companies, and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research variable consists of company size and leverage as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable, and profitability as a moderating variable. The analysis showed that partially company size and leverage had no significant effect on firm value, profitability had a negative effect on firm value and profitability weakened the effect of company size on firm value and profitability strengthened the effect of leverage on firm value. In this study, it can provide implications for a company to consider factors of company size, leverage, and profitability, and can also be used as a reference by other companies in business strategy, understand aspects of the industry they are involved in, and pay more attention to the development of the environment that can affect the company's business so that it can increase the value of the company.
