This study examines and analyzes the effect of Leverage, Firm Size, Dividend Payout on Stock Price Volatility. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling so that 27 sample companies were selected. Multiple linear regression analysis tool with classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results based on the analysis show that Leverage has a positive effect on Stock Price Volatility, while Company Size, Dividend Payout has a negative effect on Stock Price Volatility. This research can prove that the actions taken from the company's management can be seen from how the company should position the company's assets and liabilities as well as the distribution of dividends. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to all parties, especially investors in investing in the capital market while still paying attention to the level of leverage, company size and dividend payout ratio of the company to be invested.

The purpose of this article is first to find out emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, second to find out how high the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism object after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the third is to know the effect of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partially on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to achieve the above objectives is an explanatory research method, the use of this method is because researchers do not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intend to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Subjects are human resources for tourism in Pangandaran beach with a sampling system. The results of this study, first, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence have a significant effect simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. Second, emotional intelligence does not have a partially significant effect on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. This is if interpreted in more detail, where emotional intelligence still has an influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects but is very small at 1.61%. Third, intellectual intelligence has a partially significant influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage on the timeliness of financial reporting. This research is quantitative research, using secondary data from financial statements. Purposive sampling method were used in this research, resulting 26 companies in basic manufacturing and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2016 to 2018 period as sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is logistic regression. The results show that the profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, company size does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, and leverage have significant negative effects to timeliness of financial reporting. This research can be used by the companies to improve their timeliness of financial reporting.

The increasing need for mobile phones has resulted in the rapid development of the mobile phone accessories business in Banyumas Regency. Competition between accessories stores results in the importance of operational performance in order to maintain its survival. To be able to achieve superior operational performance, a mobile phone accessories shop must have the capability to build a network with suppliers. This study aims to examine the effect of the capability of building a network with suppliers (consisting of three dimensions, namely developing effective network structures, supplier base reduction and longterm orientation) and supplier operational performance on the operational performance of mobile phone accessories stores.This research is a survey research with a population of mobile phone accessories stores in Banyumas Regency and a sample size of 100 respondents. The method of analysis and hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the AMOS 22 program. From the test results it can be concluded that developing effective network structures has a positive effect on supplier operational performance, Supplier base reduction has a positive effect on supplier operational performance, Longterm orientation has a positive effect on supplier operational performance. supplier operational performance, supplier operational performance has a positive effect on organization operational performance. The implication of this research is that there is a need to increase in establishing an effective network between mobile phone accessories stores and suppliers so that the operational performance of the business units increases.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of women's batik craftsmen income to household income, the influence of KUB Pringmas women's batik craftsman income on consumption expenditure and the welfare level of KUB Pringmas women's batik craftsmen. The population were 38 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation accompanied by interviews and questionnaires. The results of research using analytical techniques in the form of cross tabulation and simple linear regression showed that: (1) As many as 94.74% or 36 women batik craftmen contributed low, the average income of female batik artisans was less than Rp 1,116,667 per month. The income of female batik craftmen has a significant positive effect on household consumption. (3) The batik craftsmen of KUB Pringmas are included in the category of not yet prosperous, but household welfare using the BKKBN indicator has been met and the average is in the condition Prosperous Family III Plus (KS III Plus). The implication of the above conclusion is that the efforts of women artisans to increase their income contribution to the household by making the main work and increasing working hours. Food consumption expenditure takes precedence over non-food consumption. Efforts to improve welfare by holding training to improve the skills of women batik craftmen.

This study aims to identify the ratio of broiler farm business income with closed house and open house management systems. The research method used was a survey method using purposive sampling. As treatment there are two cage management systems, namely closed house and open house. The research method uses profit analysis and R / C ratio. The results showed that 1) the profit obtained by the broiler breeder business with the open house cage system was greater than that of the closed house. 2) the broiler chicken coop business that uses the open house and closed house systems is classified as efficient. This finding implies that chicken farmers can choose an open house cage system because it is more profitable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value of the company on infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the sample of companies obtained consisted of 24 infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The research method uses multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The results show that capital structure and profitability have a significant positive effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Liquidity and firm size have a significant negative effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The implications of this study include that additional debt in the company's capital structure can be a positive signal to investors that can increase company value because additional debt in a company can be used for additional investment funds and corporate tax savings. Then, an increase in the value of profitability can show investors good prospects for the company because many investors are attracted to companies that have good profitability, and have an effect on increasing share demand and company value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of basic and non-basic sectors, economic sector growth, regional types when viewed from economic growth, as well as how investment affects the basic and non-basic sectors in Cilacap Regency and Sukoharjo Regency in Central Java Province. This study uses time series data with a period of 4 years, namely the period 2016-2019. The analysis technique used is LQ (Location Quetient) analysis, Shift-Share, Klassen typology, simple linear regression analysis using spss 13.0. Based on the results of the LQ analysis, it was revealed that Sukoharjo Regency is a district that is superior to that of Cilacap Regency in terms of the number of its leading sectors. The growth of the economic sectors of the two districts has increased and decreased every year. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it shows that investment has a significant effect on the growth of the basic and non-basic sectors in the two districts.

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) is one of the economic indicators according to various economic instruments in which clearly visible macro-economic conditions of a region. Infrastructure is the most primary public infrastructure in supporting a country's economic activities, and the availability of infrastructure greatly determines the level of efficiency and effectiveness of economic activities. This study aims to analyze how much electricity, road, and health infrastructure affects gross regional domestic product in Sidoarjo Regency. This research covers the area of Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency with a period of 15 years from 2005-2019. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model using computer tools SPSS program (Statistic Program For Social Science) Version 13.0 that shows the influence between free variables and bound variables. The end result is that electricity infrastructure variables have a positive and significant influence on gross regional domestic product in Sidoarjo Regency. Variable road infrastructure and health infrastructure have a positive but insignificant influence on gross regional domestic product in Sidoarjo Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.
