This study aims to examine and explain the effect of company size and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is explanatory research, testing classical assumptions, and analyzed using a moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 32 companies, and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research variable consists of company size and leverage as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable, and profitability as a moderating variable. The analysis showed that partially company size and leverage had no significant effect on firm value, profitability had a negative effect on firm value and profitability weakened the effect of company size on firm value and profitability strengthened the effect of leverage on firm value. In this study, it can provide implications for a company to consider factors of company size, leverage, and profitability, and can also be used as a reference by other companies in business strategy, understand aspects of the industry they are involved in, and pay more attention to the development of the environment that can affect the company's business so that it can increase the value of the company.

This study aims to explain and test how the influence of company size and capital structure on firm value with an independent board of commissioners as a moderating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2017. This type of research is explanatory research, namely by using classical assumptions, using moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 39 companies, and the sampling method is using purposive judgment sampling. The variables in this study consisted of company size and capital structure as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable and the independent board of commissioners as moderation. The result of the analysis is that partially the size of the company affects the value of the company, the capital structure influences the value of the company, the independent board of commissioners strengthens the influence of the size of the company on the value of the company and the independent board of commissioners strengthens the effect of the capital structure on the value of the company.

A company aimed and tried to maximize shareholder prosperity. Shareholder prosperity was reflected by company value. This study aimed to review the effect of firm size, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on firm value among ILQ45 companies registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study were firms registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange of the year 2010 – 2014. The research used purposive sampling method based on determined criteria. There were 22 firms with totally 110 data. After the outliers process, there were 18 with totally 90 data samples. Based on these data, this study carried a classic assumption analysis using multiple regression data with SPSS16. The regression test resulted: (1) Firm size positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (2) Dividend Payout Ratio positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (3) Return on Equity positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (4) Price Earning Ratio positively influenced and not significant to corporate value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value of the company on infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the sample of companies obtained consisted of 24 infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The research method uses multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The results show that capital structure and profitability have a significant positive effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Liquidity and firm size have a significant negative effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The implications of this study include that additional debt in the company's capital structure can be a positive signal to investors that can increase company value because additional debt in a company can be used for additional investment funds and corporate tax savings. Then, an increase in the value of profitability can show investors good prospects for the company because many investors are attracted to companies that have good profitability, and have an effect on increasing share demand and company value.

This study discusses the value of the company and financial ratios based on financial statements of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage have an influence on company value. This study was built with five hypotheses, namely (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on company value. (2) Company size has a positive impact on company value. (3) Profitability has a positive effect on company value. (4) Leverage has a negative effect on company value. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method and method polled. Companies sampled as many as 45 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. This research is quantitative, and statistical testing using multiple linear regression. By using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage simultaneously have a significant influence on firm value. Partial test results, Firm Size and Profitability positive and significant impact on company value. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Leverage has a negative and significant impact on company value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This study aims to examine how the influence of fraudulent financial reporting on firm value is viewed from the perspective of a pentagon fraud with a sample of 71 companies from the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample selection used was purposive sampling method. Company value is measured by price book value, financial statement fraud is measured by fraud-score models. There are two variables that have a positive and significant influence, namely the opportunity and arrogance variables, the two variables present two of the five elements of pentagon fraud, where as the three variables, pressure, rasionalization, competence, do not affect the fraudulent financial reporting. The results of this study have proven that fraudulent financial reporting has a negative effect on firm value.

Investment is a delay in consumption now to be allocated to productive assets which are expected to generate profits in the future, which is called stocks return.  Mining company in Indonesia is an attractive sector to invest in stocks because from a geographical perspective, Indonesia is an archipelago structure that contains mining products. There are risks that will be experienced by investors when investing, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Unsystematic risk can be avoided because related to management decisions. Knowing and analyzing the effect of debt policy, firm value, company size, investment cash flow on stock returns on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is a mining company that has go public and published audited financial statements 2013-2017 with 84 data processed consisting of 28 companies each year. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that debt policy and firm value have significant effect on stock returns while firm size and investment cash flow does not have significant effect on stock returns. Investor will be interested in investing in companies with good financial performance rather than bad financial performance.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at the consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 17 companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a non-participant observation method, through financial statement data published on the IDX's official website, www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Liquidity and dividend policy have a significant negative effect on firm value. This means that profitability is the main factor that most influences the value of the company and is considered by investors to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of earnings management on tax aggressiveness and its implications for firm value. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of path analysis, it is known that earnings management with decreasing income has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Tax aggressiveness has a negative effect on firm value. Earnings management with income decreasing has a negative effect on firm value. Earnings management with decreasing income does not influence indirectly on firm value through tax aggressiveness. The implication of this research theoretically is supporting agency theory and signal theory while practically this research can provide a positive contribution to all parties, especially companies, the main users of financial statements, and also the government.
