The purpose of this study is to highlight the role of person-organization fit, person-job fit and organizational culture toward organization citizenship behavior. Further, it analyses how employee motivation acts as a mediator between the relationship of person-organization fit, person-job fit, organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior.For analysis data was collected through a questionnaire based on adopted scales and the sample consisted of 350 employees of 3S dealers of automobile manufacturers in Multan district, Pakistan. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to provide statistical evidence for hypotheses. Person-organization fit, person-job fit and organizational culture were found significant in predicting organization citizenship behavior directly and through mediation. Further research should attempt to replicate the findings in other samples. In addition, researcher should investigate other significant variables affecting organization citizenship behavior. Implications of these findings suggest that for management development purpose, people should attempt to improve organization citizenship behavior to create person organization fit as well as organization culture and person job fit. This investigation contributes to the literature by identifying specific organization citizenship behavior rather than macro measures of organization citizenship behavior that are associated with different styles of fits and culture.

Research done on employees of the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin about person job fit (PJFit) and the person organization fit (POFit) against organization citizenship behavior (OCB) and The employee performance.From a population of 105 employees the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, Banjarmasin, and by using the formula the census, then spread the now to as many as 105 people sample respondents.By using the software AMOS version 20.0 SEM model equations and use, so that research results obtained; The perception of the person job fit has no effect to the OCB and has no effect to the performance of employees.But the perception of the person job fit has effect to OCB and to on employee performance, if applied to the assumption that it is implemented properly in the process of recruitment of the employees in the form of the application of the jobs analysis, of the job description, and the job specification, as well as the assessment of the work or Jobs Evaluation.Furthermore the perception person organization fit significantly to effect the OCB and employee performance.Perception OCB significantly influential on performance of employees

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Philanthropic Organizations in Malang Raya. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population in this study is 154 employees from 10 philanthropic organizations in Malang Raya. The sample was selected This study uses probability sampling with a saturated sampling type. From 115 returned questionnaires. the collected data was then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The results showed that the organization culture variables had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Besides, the results of this study also show that two mediating variables have different effects. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment does not affect employee performance. Based on the results of mediation testing, it shows that OCB provides a partial mediation on the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. This study also shows that organizational commitment can not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. The implications of the research findings are expected to be fed into the Malang Raya Philanthropic Organization to maximize potential.

This study aims to determine the direct effect between (1) organizational culture with OCB, (2) ethics with OCB, (3) organization culture with ethical. The method used is a survey method with a correlation approach. In this study serve as a sample of 81 teachers were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This study was conducted in high schools in Sipora Mentawai Islands. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture with OCB, (2) there is a positive direct influence of ethics on OCB, (3) there is a positive direct influence between cultures organization with ethics.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture on organization citizenship behavior in cooperative employees in Medan. The subjects of this study were 80 employees from three coorperatives in the Medan city. This research uses incidental sampling technique. Reserch data were obtained using two scales in the Likert scale model, namely organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The reliability of the scale of the organizational culture is 0.789 out of items and the reliability of the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) scale is 0.727 out of 17 items. Research data were analyzed using simple regression correlation with the SPSS windows version 16.0 program and coefficient value obtained with an R coefficient of 0.532 with a P value of significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R coefficient of 0.532, wich means that the organizational culture’s contribution to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) was 28.3% with a regression equation Y= 11.816 + 0.363. The result means that there is a positive and significant role between organizational culture to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in coorperative employee in Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan koperasi di kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan dari tiga koperasi yang ada di kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan dua skala dalam model skala Likert, yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan organization citizenship behavior (OCB). Reliabilitas skala budaya organisasi adalah 0,798 dari 22 item dan reliabilitas skala organization citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah 0,727 dari 17 item. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS windows versi 16.0 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532 dengan nilai p signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532, yang memiliki arti bahwa kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 28.3% dengan persamaan regeresi Y = 11.816 + 0.363. Hasil ini berarti ada peran yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada anggota Koperasi di kota Medan. Kata Kunci: Budaya organisasi, organization citizenship behavior.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture through organization commitmen and its impact on employee performance to the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 67 employees of the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and organizational culture to organization commitmen, and there is also influence of competence and organizational commitment toward employee performance, however organization culture is not influuence of employee performan PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitmen variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence to the employee performance at the PT.
