This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture on organization citizenship behavior in cooperative employees in Medan. The subjects of this study were 80 employees from three coorperatives in the Medan city. This research uses incidental sampling technique. Reserch data were obtained using two scales in the Likert scale model, namely organizational culture and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The reliability of the scale of the organizational culture is 0.789 out of items and the reliability of the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) scale is 0.727 out of 17 items. Research data were analyzed using simple regression correlation with the SPSS windows version 16.0 program and coefficient value obtained with an R coefficient of 0.532 with a P value of significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R coefficient of 0.532, wich means that the organizational culture’s contribution to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) was 28.3% with a regression equation Y= 11.816 + 0.363. The result means that there is a positive and significant role between organizational culture to organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in coorperative employee in Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan koperasi di kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan dari tiga koperasi yang ada di kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan dua skala dalam model skala Likert, yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan organization citizenship behavior (OCB). Reliabilitas skala budaya organisasi adalah 0,798 dari 22 item dan reliabilitas skala organization citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah 0,727 dari 17 item. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS windows versi 16.0 dan diperoleh nilai koefisien dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532 dengan nilai p signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dengan koefisien R sebesar 0.532, yang memiliki arti bahwa kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 28.3% dengan persamaan regeresi Y = 11.816 + 0.363. Hasil ini berarti ada peran yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada anggota Koperasi di kota Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the Investment Office and PTSP in Badung Regency. The number of samples used in this study were 135 employees. The sampling technique is done by saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment positively and significantly mediated culture organization of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the Badung Regency Investment and PTSP Office. Efforts to improve organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees, organizations should be able to improve organizational culture by increasing calm in the work environment. In response to the need of study fulfilling the interplay between stressors and job outcomes, the present study has been carried out. We also examined the moderating role of Islamic Work ethics in the proposed relationship. Based on the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 287 employees working in Public sector organizations were selected. Results of the study supported the proposed hypotheses, indicating that the challenge stressors have positive and hindrance stressors have negative relation with organizational citizenship behavior. We also found that the Islamic Work Ethics moderates the said relationship in such a way that higher level of Islamic Work Ethics strengthen the relationship between challenge stressors and organization citizenship behavior and weaken the relationship between hindrance stressors and organization citizenship behavior.

In this era, a lot of activities that can not be separated from the practice of cheating or fraud , no exception In the government . Inspektorat Sumenep is the leading institution of internal Local Government in preventing and detecting fraud in the Local Government appropiate Perbup Sumenep No. 29 of 2008 . Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep need attention on the issue . This is due to Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep an agency with the largest number of assets and managing large budgets . These conditions led to the formulation of the problem is How Inspektorat Sumenep role in preventing and detecting fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep. This study used a qualitative approach in which the focus of this study is Inspektorat role in preventing and detecting fraud at Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . Primary data obtained by direct interviews with the parties directly related to the determination of the source of research data in a qualitative study using nonprobability sampling . The sampling technique used was purposive sampling . The conclusion of this study, role of the Inspektorat Sumenep in the prevention of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep still not maximal . This is due to Inspektorat Sumenep not supervise from the planning / budgeting and not optimal in overseeing and assisting the implementation of the SPIP as an instrument of fraud prevention in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep . The role of Inspektorat Sumenep in the detection of fraud in Dinas Pendidikan Sumenep done by conducting an audit of financial and asset management in each financial year.Keywords: fraud, government, inspektorat.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

<p>This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (4) financial compensation has significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT.Kilang Lima Gunung through job satisfactionKeywords: Financial compensation; job satisfaction; organization citizenship behavior
