This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (4) financial compensation has significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT.Kilang Lima Gunung through job satisfactionKeywords: Financial compensation; job satisfaction; organization citizenship behavior

This study aimed to observe the significant influence of Organizational Climate andJob Satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of non-civil teacher in WestSumbawa Regency, either simultaneously or partially, and to determine which dominantvariables that influence theirOrganizational Citizenship Behaviours. The current studybelonged to an associative type of research using saturation sampling technique. The studyinvolved 65 participant whose status were non-civil servant teachers of Vocational HighSchools. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linier regression.Results of the study showed that Organizational Climate and Job Satisfactionsimultaneously had a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on thenon-civil servant vocational school teachers in West Sumbawa Regency. The variables ofOrganizational Climate showed to have a significant influence, either partially ordominantly, on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 < t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 > 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 < t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 > 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

Organizational citizenship behavior is an important element in an organization. If employees feel dissatisfied with work situations,, it will lead to higher turnover intentions in the company. This study aims to explain the influence of organizational climate, job satisfaction, and work loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior in Jimbaran Bay Seafood Café (JBS) Kedonganan. The respondents in this study were all 58 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The method of data collection is done by the method of open interview and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that organizational climate, job satisfaction and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study reveal the importance of management in considering how much organizational climate, job satisfaction, and work loyalty in influencing the level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Keywords :  organizational climate, job satisfaction, job loyalty, organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.

Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a variable that can be influenced by job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB alumni level IV leadership training in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the sample used was 40 respondents. Determination of the sample using total sampling techniques or samples taken from the entire study population. The results of the analysis and interpretation of research data show that the value of the regulatory coefficient of influence on job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) alumni of leadership training level IV is 0.740 thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior alumni training, meaning that improvement of satisfaction in IV level leadership training is 0.740. work has an impact on improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni, So Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni can be achieved through job satisfaction.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leadership Training Alumni Level IV

The chapter investigates the impact of leaders' behavior on the employees' job satisfaction and how job satisfaction mediates three work behaviors: organization citizenship behavior, employees' deviant behavior, and job performance. A sum of 304 employees from higher learning institutes answered an adopted questionnaire. This chapter reflects a clear picture with respect to leaders' behavior the advanced era. Employees' deviance behavior emerged as organizational attention. This chapter is an attempt to identify the effects of superior' behavior on employees' job satisfaction. Further, the behavioral outcomes of job satisfaction in the form of job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and workplace deviant behavior.

This research aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, commitment organization and organizational culture of organizational citizenship behavior partially at PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta, this research conducted in 2 places, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia Kota Baru and PT. Telkom Indonesia Pugeran. For the distribution of questionnaires as many as 98 respondents consisting from permanent employees through two stages, namely, the first to do the distribution of validity test questionnaires of 30 respondents, and the second did the distribution of analysis test questionnaires of 68 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using Multiple Linear Regression. Validity and realibility test of the questionnaire which was used as a tool showed that the questionnare is valid and reliable for use. Test result shows the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for PT. Telkom Indonesia. Variable Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for PT. Telkom Indonesia. Organizational Culture Variable significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees PT. Telkom Indonesia.

Contemporary businesses usually pay considerable attention to improve their employee work abilities, by paying attention to aspects of human resources. This study analyzes the effect of organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership as aspects that are predicted to increase job satisfaction and work morale. Sampling was taken using a non-probability sampling method, and through a Likert Scale with the questionnaire being distributed to 96 employees. The results of regression analysis show that there are significant effects of job satisfaction on work morale (t=2.706 and p=0.008 ≤ 0.05), organizational climate on job satisfaction (t=6.701; p=0.000≤0.05), and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction (t=3.295; p=0.001≤0.05). In examining the mediating effect, the findings showed that there were significant effects of organizational climate on work morale through job satisfaction (t=2.492; p=0.015≤0.05), organizational citizenship behavior on work morale with job satisfaction interventions (t=2.311; p=0.023≤0.05). However, the study found that there was neither any significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction nor transformational leadership on work morale with job satisfaction mediation. In theoretical term, the findings emphasize the importance of job satisfaction in forming company climate and employee morale. In practical side, this study found a basis for managerial level to pay more attention to job satisfaction in workplace as it also reflects an atmosphere that provides a combination of inside and outside work.
