With an aim to test reciprocity between non-financial elements of compensation and productivity outcomes, in the presence of perception about organizational support theory, Data had been collected at primary level by a questionnaire, from a sample of 525 banking professionals from big ten Pakistani banks, and same had been analyzed by smartPLS. Results showed that all relationships among study variables are highly responsive to the perception about organizational support. Quality of work life creates reciprocity with employee performance but their magnitudes get affected where practioners need to pay specific attention on employee perception about organizational support.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. Abstract: Honda official workshop (AHASS) is a maintenance and repair service company for motorcycle products of Honda. To fulfill customers demand, the company management tries to improve employee performance in order to make their consumers satisfied with the offered service. The objectives of this research are to significantly examine the direct influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance and the indirect influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 50 (fifty) employees of Honda official workshops in Sumbersari District, Jember. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS 19. The results show that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. ABSTRACTHuman resource is an element determining the success of the organization. Because of that many effort to improve the performance of the organization are started the good performance of the employees. It has an important value to improve the individual performance that will give a contribution toward the organization’s performance. The aims of the study are to analyse, to get the empirical evidence, and to explain the effect of mediation of quality of work life, the involvement of work on the influence of transglobal leadership toward the performance of the employee in all cooperatives in East Java Province. The study is exploratory research trying to find the new relationship and explanarory research explaining the symptom caused a research. The study with quantitative approach uses purposive sampling of the cooperatives employee in several cities and regents in East Java Province. The analysis used is Generalized Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) with Sobel Test Approach to test the mediation effect on the relationship between the variables. The research result finds that the development of human resources management science especially the quality of work life, and the involvement of work on the influence of transglobal leadership toward the performance of the employee in all cooperatives in East Java Province will provide a recommendation as an useful information to the management in managing the human resources.It will accelerate the success of the organization especially the cooperatives in East Java Province.The conclusions of the research results are 1) Quality of work life fully mediate the influence of transglobal leadership toward the employee performance; 2) The involvement of work fully mediate the influence of transglobal leadership toward the employee performance. It is concluded that the optimalization of the implementation of quality of work life and the involvement of work will achieve the performance of the employee if the strategy of transglobal leadership in managing the human resources in the sucess cooperatives in East Java Province.

Health is the best gift, peace is the best wealth. HR is a dynamic concept and so are the HR policies. Work Life Balance has gained tremendous importance since few years. Gone are the days of 9 to 5. When we coin the concept of Business Process Outsourcing or BPO; the thing which strikes our minds is odd timings. It is vital that attention be given to work life balance. Enjoyment and achievement are the two major factors which relate to the overall success of a person in whole. A person works for family & his own satisfaction. If the right balance is struck between work & personal life, it can result into miracles. The study is undertaken to study the effects of quality of work life on the employee performance and employee satisfaction. The factors considered for study are work family conflict, organizational commitment, work exhaustion, work overload, fairness reward, participative decision making, performance enhancement. The findings show that the five factors (Participative Decision making, Work exhaustion, Work overload, Fairness of reward and Performance enhancement) of quality of work life effects the performance of the employees of the banking sector in Nagpur. The four factors (Performance enhancement, Organization Commitment, Fairness of reward and Work family conflict) of quality of work life effect the satisfaction of the employees of the banking sector in Nagpur.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of indirect picture Work Life Quality of the Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intermediate variable of data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation methods and questionnaires. Do pre-test to test the quality of data that includes test instrument consisted of test validity and reliability testing, as well as the classic assumption test which is done only data normality test. Data analysis techniques include univariate analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that there is a direct influence negatively the quality of work life (QWL) on the performance of employees, there is a direct effect of the positive quality of work life (QWL) terhadp organizational commitment and job satisfaction, there is an indirect effect the quality of work life on employee performance through organizational commitment and satisfaction working as an intermediate variable.

The objective of this research was to obtain information concerning the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life toward employee organizational commitment at the State University of Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It involved 64 employee at the State University of Jakarta as respondent who were selected by simple random sampling. This research findings were as follows (1) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward organizational commitment; (2) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward organizational commitment; (3) there was a direct effect of quality of work life toward organizational commitment; (4) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward quality of work life; (5) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward quality of work life. Therefore, organizational commitment could be improving by rising the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life.
