This research aims to know and test the empirical data related to the influence of the leadership of the principal and the management of personnel against the management of stress teachers separately as well as simultaneously. In this research, the authors use quantitative methods with the corelasional approach towards quantitative data obtained from research object i.e. High school teachers in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. The sample of this research is as much as 104 respondents out of a total population of 140 private high school teacher in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. Data collection is done using an engineering question form/questionnaire. This type of analysis is the analysis of correlation and regression are spelled out in the descriptive. The results of this research are: First, There is a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal against stress management teacher the correlation coefficient of 0.660 and coefficient of determination R2 of 0.436 which give influence on stress management teacher of 43.6%. and the remaining 56.4% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 55.886 + 0.531X1 means that every increase of one unit of score leadership principals affect improvement score of teacher stress management 0.531. Second, There are a positive and significant influence between the management of the staffing against stress management teacher with the correlation coefficient of 0, 694 and the coefficient of determination R2 of 0, 481 that gives the effect on stress management teacher of 48.1% and the rest that is 51.9% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 50.334 + 0.572X2 means that each increase of one unit of score management staffing affects improvement score of teacher stress management0.572. Third, There are a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal and management staffing together-the same against stress management teacher with koefisen correlation = 0.706 and koefesien determination of R2 of 0 , 499 that influence is simultaneously against stress management teacher of 49.9% and the rest i.e. 50.1% is determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 47.229 + 0.205X1+ 0.394X2means every one unit increase in score independent leadership of the principal and the management of personnel in simultaneously affect the improvement of teacher's stress management score 0.205+ 0.394 = 0.599.

The objective of this research is to know the relationship between supervision and punishment with work discipline of vocational high school teacher. The research is conducted on state vocational high school subdistrict of West Cikarang, Bekasi District. The research method used survey method with the correlation approach to data collection tool using questionnaires. The respondents were  state vocational high school teachers who are in the subdistrict of West Cikarang, Bekasi district as many as 80 teacher selected by two stage random sampling technique. Instrument calibrated by using validity and reliability test. The data processing is used regression analyze technique and simple correlations with multiple regression and correlations. The result of the research show : First, there is positive correlation between supervision (X1)  with work discipline (Y) with correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,452 and similarity regression Ŷ = 42,327 + 0,609 X1. Second, there is positive correlations between punishment (X2) with work discipline (Y) with correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.658 and similarity regression Ŷ  =  27,406 + 0,748X2. Third, there is positive correlation between supervison (X1) and punishment (X2) with work discipline (Y) with correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,449 and similarity regression Ŷ = 0,024 + 0,413X1 + 0,648X2. Based on the result can conclude that work discipline could be increase to strengthen supervision and punishment. Kata kunci : discipline, supervision, punishment

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership competencies, work discipline and organizational climate partially or jointly against employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to survey techniques. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed with Likert scale. This research uses a random sample of the number of respondents is 72 employees. Data obtained from this study will be analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS version 19 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that There is a positive and significant influence between the competence leader (X1) on the productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.312 with a simple regression equation = 16,095 + 0,426X1. There is a positive and significant effect of labor discipline (X2) to the satisfaction of productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.373 with a simple regression equation = 23.561 + 0,463X2. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate (X3) on productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.323 with a simple regression equation = 11.292 + 0,687X3. There is a positive and significant influence competence leader (X1), work discipline (X2) and organizational climate (X3) together on productivity (Y), multiple correlation coefficient of determination obtained 0,929 with multiple regression equation = 6.312 + 0,152X1 + 0.257X2+0,306X3. This research is expected to be useful for companies in particular to increase employee productivity maximally. Researchers suggest that corporate management, always improve the competence of leaders, work discipline and organizational climate so that employee productivity increases in the future.

This study aims to determine the relationship between decision making and counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 94 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using the questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis testing, obtained tcount equal to 2,10, which means bigger than ttable 1,986. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, decisionmaking contributed 4.57% to the counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. Based on the results of the survey results revealed that more favorable decision, the lower the level of counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi.

One branch of physics is mechanics. Based on interviews to Senior High School teacher in Jember, mechanics is difficult to learn. The eksternals factor this chapter is dificult to learn is learning Resources. The learning Resources are often less contextuall with around the phenomenon of students. The contextuall learning Resources in the Jember Regency is study of kynematics and dynamics in the traffic of Rembangan Tourism. From this experiment, we get data can be used as a learning resources chapter uniform rectilinear motion, decelerated uniform rectilinear motion, accelerated uniform rectilinear motion, Newton’s Law, and circular motion.
