Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) merupakan sistem yang meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan profesionalisme. Alektronik sistem antrian (E-Santri) RSUD Kabupaten Sinjai yang beroperasi mulai dari penjadwalan, pendaftaran serta antrian pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem E-Santri terhadap kepuasan Pasien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Cross sectional Study dengan melibatkan 56 Responden. Hasil Penelitian ini ada pengaruh kenyamanan akses terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai p=0,001, kemudahan untuk digunakan (ease of use) p=0,035, kecepatan akses (response time) p=0,001, fleksibilitas system (flexibility) p=0,038. Sedangkan variabel keandalan system (reliability) p=113 dan keamanan system (security) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Sinjai. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini yakni kualitas sistem informasi e-siantri dilihat dari aspek kenyamanan akses, kemudahan untuk digunakan (ease of use), kecepatan akses (response time), dan fleksibilitas system (flexibility) berjalan dengan baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, tapi dilihat dari aspek keandalan system (reliability) dan aspek keamanan system (security) belum terlaksana dengan baik.

Objective: The research sought to evaluate seven drug information resources, specifically designed for analyzing drug interactions for scope, completeness, and ease of use, and determine the consistency of content among the seven resources.Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted where 100 drug-drug and drug-dietary supplement interactions were analyzed using 7 drug information resources: Lexicomp Interactions module, Micromedex Drug Interactions, Clinical Pharmacology Drug Interaction Report, Facts & Comparisons eAnswers, Stockley’s Drug Interactions (10th edition), Drug Interactions Analysis and Management (2014), and Drug Interaction Facts (2015). The interaction sample was developed based on published resources and peer input. Two independent reviewers gathered data for each interaction from each of the 7 resources using a common form.Results: Eighty-two drug-drug and 18 drug-dietary supplement interactions were analyzed. Scope scores were higher for Lexicomp Interactions (97.0%), Clinical Pharmacology Drug Interaction Report (97.0%), and Micromedex Drug Interactions (93.0%) compared to all other resources (p<0.05 for each comparison). Overall completeness scores were higher for Micromedex Drug Interactions (median 5, interquartile range [IQR] 4 to 5) compared to all other resources (p<0.01 for each comparison) and were higher for Lexicomp Interactions (median 4, IQR 4 to 5), Facts & Comparisons eAnswers (median 4, IQR 4 to 5), and Drug Interaction Facts (4, IQR 4 to 5) compared to all other resources, except Micromedex (p<0.05 for each comparison). Ease of use, in terms of time to locate information and time to gather information, was similar among resources. Consistency score was higher for Micromedex (69.9%) compared to all other resources (p<0.05 for each comparison).Conclusions: Clinical Pharmacology Drug Interaction Report, Lexicomp Interactions, and Micromedex Drug Interactions scored highest in scope. Micromedex Drug Interactions and Lexicomp Interactions scored highest in completeness. Consistency scores were overall low, but Micromedex Drug Interactions was the highest.

Introduction: This study is conducted to determine the correlation between patient’s age and advanced response time with the outcome of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation in cardiac arrest patients. Methods: This was an analytic observational cross-sectional study, evaluating correlation between patient’s age and advanced response time with the outcome of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation in cardiac arrest patients. This study used the primary data from Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation sheets from February to August 2018 at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya. The data were analysed with Chi Square and Contingency Coefficient using SPSS version 22.0. Results: The results showed that 84.6% cardiac arrest patients who experience ROSC are over 40 years old, and 92.3% cardiac arrest patients who experience ROSC have advanced response time ≤ 5 minutes. After being tested using Chi Square, patient’s age was not statistically influencing the outcome in cardiac arrest patients (p = 0.507), but advanced response time was statistically influencing the outcome in cardiac arrest patients (p = 0.001). Conclusion: There was no statistically influence of patient’s age towards the outcome in cardiac arrest patients, but there was a significant influence of advance response time towards the outcome in cardiac arrest patients.

Abstract Background: The disposable bronchoscope is an excellent alternative to face the problem of SARS-CoV-2 and other cross infections, but the bronchoscopist's perception of its quality has not been evaluated. Methods: To evaluate the quality of the Ambu-aScope4 disposable bronchoscope, we carried out a cross-sectional study in 21 Spanish pulmonology services. We use a standardized questionnaire completed by the bronchoscopists at the end of each bronchoscopy. The variables were described with absolute and relative frequencies, measures of central tendency and dispersion depending on their nature. The existence of learning curves was evaluated by CUSUM analysis.Results: The most frequent indications in 300 included bronchoscopies was bronchial aspiration in 69.3% and the median duration of these was 9.1 minutes. The route of entry was nasal in 47.2% and oral in 34.1%. The average score for ease of use, image, and aspiration quality was 80/100. All the planned techniques were performed in 94.9% and the bronchoscopist was satisfied in 96.6% of the bronchoscopies. They highlighted the portability and immediacy of the aScope4TM to start the procedure in 99.3%, the possibility of taking and storing images in 99.3%. The CUSUM analysis showed average scores> 70/100 from the first procedure and from the 9th procedure more than 80% of the scores exceeded the 80/100 score. Conclusions: The aScope4 ™ scored well for ease of use, imaging, and aspiration. We found a learning curve with excellent scores from the 9th procedure. Bronchoscopists highlighted its portability, immediacy of use and the possibility of taking and storing images.

Abstract Background and purpose: Despite their clear relevance to human life, microchip implants are still widely viewed as negative, threatening our privacy and raising growing concerns about our health. This paper aims to investigate the important factors influencing people’s perception of microchip implants and their willingness to use them for different purposes. Methodology: The cross-sectional study was conducted in three European countries and the data were analysed using the group Structural Equation Modeling approach. Only complete answers to the online survey questionnaire items were used representing a convenience sample of 804 respondents. Results: The results show that perceived ease of use, usefulness and perceived trust are significant predictors of intention to use microchip implants. Perceived trust is influenced by privacy and technology safety. Concerns about painful procedures and other health concerns reduce the perceived usefulness of microchip implants. Apart from the predictor health concerns, the results were similar in all countries. Conclusion: Based on the presented results, researchers interested in investigating the actual use of microchip implants can establish a solid foundation for their research. The results may assist policy makers in developing the regulations to ensure the safe use of microchip implants and allow for a higher level of security. As a follow-up, investigation of changes in the acceptance of microchip implants following the threat of a global pandemic is proposed.

Ambulance response time is one of the key performance of ambulances services. The objective of this study is to determine the factors associated with delayed ambulance response time in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM). This was a cross sectional study conducted in Department of Emergency Medicine, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (EDHUSM) between January 2016 to January 2017. A total of 300 ambulance calls were included in our analysis. Data were collected by ambulance paramedic using validated ambulance form. All ambulance forms with missing data were excluded from this study. Of the 300 ambulance calls within the study periods, 254 cases (84.7%) were determined to have delayed ambulance response time. Current ambulance response time is 14 minutes with interquartile range of 5 minutes. Factors which showed significant association delayed ambulance response time include distance from hospital, location, type of emergency and ambulance mechanism. The odd of delayed ambulance response time by every increase in distance unit was 1.59 (95% CI, 1.37 to 1.85). For location type, the odd of delayed ambulance response time for public location as compared to road was 0.13 (95% CI, 0.04 to 0.45). For ambulance mechanism, the odd of delayed ambulance response time for beacon type as compared to siren type was 0.22 (95% CI, 0.01 to 0.69). Further intervention should be initiated based on our findings to improve current ambulance response time.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to estimate the magnitude of the Nursing Activities Score effect on multiparametric monitor alarm response and staff response time. Methods: an observational, cross-sectional study outlined as an open cohort, performed in an Adult General Intensive Care Unit. The time taken for alarms triggered by the multi-parameter monitors was timed and characterized as attended or not. Results: the study obtained a total of 254 alarms triggered from the multiparameter monitors of 63 patients. The mean number of alarms triggered was 4.5 alarms per period/observation and 1.5 alarms/hour. The study showed that the Nursing Activities Score is associated with an additional probability of 4% (p < 0.05) of an alarm being met, for each additional point in the scale, and reduction in team response time. Conclusion: it has been verified that Nursing Activities Score has a direct relationship with the attendance and with the response time to the alarms triggered.

Abstract A study by Yaruss and Quesal (2002), based on responses from 134 of 239 ASHA accredited graduate programs, indicated that approximately 25% of graduate programs in the United States allow students to earn their degree without having coursework in fluency disorders and 66% of programs allow students to graduate without clinical experience treating people who stutter (PWS). It is not surprising that many clinicians report discomfort in treating PWS. This cross-sectional study compares differences in beliefs about the cause of stuttering between freshman undergraduate students enrolled in an introductory course in communicative disorders and graduate students enrolled and in the final weeks of a graduate course in fluency disorders.
