The populations of most fish species in the Republic of Moldova reproduce naturally, however, as a result of the increasing anthropogenic impact on aquatic ecosystems, the conditions for their natural reproduction have deteriorated significantly. In this context, one of the research objectives for 2020 was the development of efficient technological principles for conservation and rational use of local fish stock. It was revealed the ensuring of the development of the most vulnerable stages in the ontogenesis of fish in controlled environmental conditions is one of the basic principles of productivity management of Danube mackerel populations. In order to put into practice the principles of managing the productivity of breeding stocks, a mobile installation has been developed for the reproduction of pelagophilous fish species.

The present work analyses 8 models of social marketing (1984-2008) that appear in the specialised literature. Because each of them presents important elements, here appeared the necessity of an integrative simplified model. The premises for creating the T Model for the implementation of social marketing in the Republic of Moldova are: the need for behavioural change programs, the limited development of social marketing, low knowledge of health specialists on the concept of social marketing, creative but fragmented use of social campaigns to promote a healthy lifestyle. The T Model can be taken over by other countries where the concept of social marketing is not sufficiently promoted and where public health specialists do not have advanced knowledge in this field. The model is a practical tool, described in terms of: the basic principles, the conceptual scheme and the methodological steps of implementation.

The present work presents the results of the research of the ichthyofauna of the largest accumulation lakes in the Republic of Moldova (Dubăsari on the Dniester River and CosteștiStânca on the Prut River) under the conditions of climate changes and intensification of anthropogenic pressure. The state of profound change in the ichthyocenosis of the Dubasari reservoir is demonstrated, which is currently dominated by small species (gobius species, bleak, bitterling, blackstriped pipefish), and indicates the urgent need to carry out ameliorating measures of populating the ecosystems with economically valuable species of fish, among which a significant share shall be placed on ichthyophagous species of fish, such as pikeperch, northern pike, catfish, asp. The higher share of oxyphilic and reophilous fish species in the fish catches from the Costești-Stânca accumulation lake reveals a more favourable ecological status of this ecosystem compared to the Dubasari accumulation.

In the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Moldova, legume crops are attacked by a complex of harmful species, which present a danger in decreasing the level of plant productivity. To solve the problem of increasing the level of production, the basic factor is to estimate highly productive varieties (hybrids), adopted under stressful environmental conditions endowed with high levels of resistance to harmful pathogens can later be used in the process of plant improvement as initial genetic material.

The article presents the results of a research carried out within the framework of state assignments, forecast topics and economic contractual topics (SevNIORKh, NFRI PetrSU, NWPI KarRC RAS, and KarelNIRO) to assess the anthropogenic impact on water bodies of the Republic of Karelia. The anthropogenic impact has been found to damage the aquatic ecosystems of Karelia: fish resources have reduced their production potential by 10.8% from the level of the 1950s, that is, in an ecologically acceptable version. Large reservoirs (Onega and Ladoga), due to the huge volumes of water masses, more actively resist technogenic transformation than small ones. Locally, there are transcendental transformations (the rivers Kovda, Kem, Nizhniy Vyg, Povenchanka, Suna and the water area of the Northern Vygozero, the Kondopoga and Petrozavodsk bays of Lake Onega, the Vodlozero Reservoir and Lake Syamozero, the Kenti-Kento system in the Yushkozersk Reservoir basin), which need some radical measures of environmental protection and restrictions of the fishing regime. After assessing the situation, it should be recognized that the level of anthropogenic pollution by waste products (industrial waste, agriculture, the consequences of timber rafting, dams of hydroelectric power plants, etc.) lead to a change in the aquatic environment for fish habitat, affect fishing productivity, lower fish catches.

The article is devoted to the current environmental situation at the global level in the Republic of Moldova. The National Center for Forensic Expertise, summarizing and analyzing the practice and experience of other countries, presents a new perspective for the development of forensic science in the Republic of Moldova, that is, forensic environmental examination, to identify crimes, objectively study the causes of anthropogenic impact on the environment in accordance with national legislation. In this article, the author emphasizes that when appointing a forensic environmental forensic examination; the investigator must follow the rules of seizure of objects of examination in accordance with procedural laws and correctly formulate tasks taking into account current legislation, professional knowledge, instructions, methodological and forensic recommendations for conducting such an examination.

Abstract this article presents the basic principles of food labeling, especially of confectionery products, such as the consumers’ right to non misleading information and informed choice, and the harmonisation of national laws. The control on respecting the compliance of information written on product label is made by competent authorities for execution of official control of foodstuffs in the Republic of Moldova. The relevant national regulations are given, and references and websites given for access to full texts. The results of critical surveys on the present implementation of confectionery products labeling are summarised, together with the corresponding recommendations for improvement.
