Objetivo: analisar o quadro das pesquisas sobre lições aprendidas e seus benefícios para a aprendizagem organizacional, bem como demonstrar a possibilidade de capturar as lições aprendidas do ambiente externo à organização. Metodologia: pesquisa qualitativa e análise de conteúdo das publicações sobre lições aprendidas dos últimos cinco anos das bases: Academic Search Premier; JSTOR; Science-Direct; SciELO; Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações(BDTD); e, Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD). Resultados: apresentados as principais características das lições aprendidas, com seus benefícios e limitações e a inserção das fontes externas de conhecimentos para a captura das lições aprendidas. Conclusões: demonstrou a possibilidade de capturar as lições aprendidas do ambiente externo às organizações.

This paper describes a project led by the Instituto Brasileiro de Informações em Ciência e Tecnologia (Ibict), a government institution, to build a national digital library for electronic theses and dissertations - Bibliteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). The project has been a collaborative effort among Ibict, universities and other research centers in Brazil. The developers adopted a system architecture based on the Open Archives Initiative (OAI) in which universities and research centers act as data providers and Ibict as a service provider. A Brazilian metadata standard for electronic theses and dissertations was developed for the digital library. A toolkit including open source package was also developed by Ibict to be distributed to potential data providers. BDTD has been integrated with the international initiative: the Networked Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertation (NDLTD). Discussions in the paper address various issues related to project design, development and management as well as the role played by Ibict. Conclusions highlight some important lessons learned to date and challenges for the future in expanding the BDTD project.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento de pesquisas e de políticas que envolvem a leitura no sistema penitenciário nacional, mapeando dissertações e teses de programas de pós-graduação, que tiveram como tema projetos de leitura no cárcere nos últimos dez anos. Para isso, realizamos uma pesquisa no banco de dissertações e teses do Portal da Capes e na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações. A partir do levantamento de dados, identificamos que trabalhos que envolvem a educação no sistema prisional ainda são poucos, principalmente, relacionados a práticas de leitura. Essa situação pode ser agravada, sobretudo, pela pseudoefetivação de políticas que regem esses contextos.Palavras-chave: Leitura. Sistema Prisional. O presente artigo objetiva esboçar algumas considerações epistemológicas acerca das questões de gênero no contexto da produção científica da Educação Profissional. Para tanto, inicialmente, serão feitas algumas provocações ao campo epistêmico em questão a partir de contribuições das teóricas feministas. Em seguida, será mapeada e descrita a quantidade dos trabalhos de pós-graduação disponíveis na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações cujos objetos tangenciam o assunto, no período de 2008 a 2019. Posteriormente, será explicitado o recurso ao estado do conhecimento como procedimento metodológico para coleta de dados, seguindo-se a apresentação dos resultados. Estes revelaram a existência de apenas treze manuscritos centrados sobre a temática, indicando a escassez de estudos. Face a essa constatação, serão tecidas algumas apreciações finais com vistas a proporcionar à Educação Profissional ferramentas capazes de contribuir para a expansão epistemológica da área e para a continuidade da efetivação de sua proposta político-pedagógica de formação humana integral.Palavras-chave: Gênero. Feminismo.DOING GENDER IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: epistemological notes from the state of knowledge on professional education and gender in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (2008-2019)AbstractThis article aims to outline some epistemological considerations about gender issues in the context of the scientific production of Professional Education. To this end, initially, some provocations will be made to the epistemic field in question based on contributions from feminist theorists. Next, it will be mapped and described the amount of master’s and doctoral degree works availables in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations whose objects tangentiate the subject, in the period from 2008 to 2019. Subsequently, the use of the state of knowledge as a methodological procedure for data collection will be explained, followed by the presentation of the results. These revealed the existence of only thirteen manuscripts centered on the theme, indicating the scarcity of studies. In view of this finding, some final considerations will be made in order to provide Professional Education with tools capable of contributing to the epistemological expansion of the area and to the continuity of the effectiveness of its political-pedagogical proposal of integral human formation.Keywords: Gender. Digital Libraries (DLs) are extremely complex information systems that support the creation, management, distribution, and preservation of complex information resources, while allowing effective and efficient interaction among the several societies that benefit from DL content and services. In this paper, we focus on our experience facing challenges of building, maintaining, and developing the Networked University Digital Library (<A HREF="http://www.nudl.org/">www.nudl.org</A>), an extension of the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (<A HREF="http://www.ndltd.org/">www.ndltd.org</A>). NUDL is a worldwide initiative that addresses making the intellectual property produced in universities more accessible, stimulating international collaboration across all disciplines. We detail technological aspects of our solutions and research activities carried out to provide powerful and enriched services for the communities served by this initiative.

Web accessibility guidelines appear a possibility to extend turn more democratic the digital access for people with disabilities. The present work aims to analyze the use of the Accessibility Model in Electronic Government (e-MAG) in the construction of government websites on the digital accessibility of people with disabilities. It presents a comparative study between two sources of information, the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) and the Portal of Periodicals of CAPES, with the standards of digital accessibility proposed by the Accessibility Model in Electronic Government. The methodological procedures are descriptive, documental and qualitative bibliographical, applying the systematic observation, from manual and automatic validators, in the analysis of the data. The results showed that the two sources of information analyzed met some accessibility principles. It observed, however, that the amount of non-application of the accessibility standards is greater than its application. It was possible to identify that the Portal of Periodicals of CAPES showed more failures in the organization and disposition of the accessible resources, in comparison to the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, for having more elements and tools structured in its page. It is noted that digital accessibility in government information sources is far from being a widely.
