Changes in people's mindsets in obtaining accurate information are influenced by the rapid advancement of information technology. Currently, one of the most widespread applications of technology is in the field of mapping. Mapping technology is widely used to simplify important tasks. The most widely used mapping technology today is geographic information systems. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a mapping technology trend in the form of computerized information systems designed to work with spatial references. In the current pandemic period, buying and selling products offered are difficult to carry out due to restrictions on social interaction between communities, making it difficult for SMEs to sell their products. The development of information technology, especially the internet, can certainly be used as a medium to overcome these problems. The existence of a website-based information system is intended to support marketing, especially in providing detailed product and price information to consumers. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world with unprecedented challenges and has had a huge impact on daily human activities, resulting in a worsening of the global economy. The COVID-19 pandemic is currently entering its second year, requiring daily activities to be carried out from home. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has also caused business owners to feel a very real decline. In such conditions, a web-based communicative information system is needed, from which it is hoped that problem solving, especially the provision of information about the superior products of SMEs, is needed.

The role of BBM is very important in people's lives. Fuel is a basic need for rural and urban communities, both as household needs and as business needs. The existence of kerosene in Jayapura is quite evenly distributed. From the results of survey conducted by the OFFICE OF INDUSTRY, COOPERATIVE TRADE AND SMEs that every year the use of LPG as fuel for cooking is still very low, while the use of kerosene from year to year is widely used by local community, it causes more kerosene bussiness but people have difficulty getting information about the location to get the kerosene, therefore we need a system that can help find the location, namely geographic information system that can provide information about fuel oil base points. This system is in symbols form for making the system using QGIS with the PIECES analysis method, the design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and the development method using waterfall method. This research produces a system that can be expected to make it easier for the public to know the distribution of kerosene in Jayapura

A route calculation problem for unmanned vessels is investigated according to the control position and course high requirements. Present day electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS) operating on the track control regime provide wheel-of-point calculation to course changing. It is not enough to control unmanned ship on the route in the autonomous mode. To increase control precision a new route calculation routine is suggested. The routine provides route calculation in the geodesic coordinates without Cartesian reference system mapping. It is shown that in the empty water the routine can be reduced to an inverse survey computation. A universal route calculation algorithm providing great circle arc segmentation with any given accuracy is suggested. In the case of course changing restricted area, it is needed to calculate an alternate route for obstacle or collision avoidance. The algorithm of alternate route calculation based on Dubins problem solution is applied. The route is found as a sequence of great circle arcs according to the ship turn radius. The shown algorithm allows finding avoidance route waypoints with any given resolution.

Abstract. In the last decade, the tertiary education system in Italy has shrinked and a larger heterogeneity has emerged among universities located in different areas of the country, with a strong concentration of increasingly scarce resources in a narrow and geographically concentrated number of institutions. The less developed areas, such as those in Southern Italy have been hit the most, in terms of enrolled students, academic staff, financial resources, courses offered. In this work we investigate these issues by adopting a cartographic approach. We highlight these polarizing dynamics, disentangling the possible causes. We focus, particularly, on the role of new regulatory policies and the funding mechanisms based on performance indicators as producers of inequalities.

The Netherlands is one of the most densely populated countries in terms of people and livestock and is the second largest exporter of agricultural products worldwide. As a result, the Netherlands has a manure surplus. Excess application of manure can lead to environmental problems; therefore, manure needs to be treated and discharged. Manure can contain zoonotic pathogens, but whether exposure to manure and manure treatment also poses a risk to public health is still unknown. This study analysed the regulations, relevant actors, and responsibilities in the complex system of manure and public health in the Netherlands. Interviews and system mapping have demonstrated interlinkages between environmental, economic, and health aspects. Constraints and opportunities for public health protection have been identified. This study reveals the complexity of the Dutch manure policy, its scattered responsibilities, the challenge to deal with uncertainties, and, most importantly, the need for a microbial risk assessment in order to adequately communicate and manage possible risks to protect the health of animals, the environment, and people.

Trait covariation during multiphasic growth is of crucial significance to optimal survival and reproduction during the entire life cycle. However, current analyses are mainly focused on the study of individual traits, but exploring how genes determine trait interdependence spanning multiphasic growth processes remains challenging. In this study, we constructed a nonlinear mixed mapping framework to explore the genetic mechanisms that regulate multiphasic growth changes between two complex traits and used this framework to study stem diameter and stem height in forest trees. The multiphasic nonlinear mixed mapping framework was implemented in system mapping, by which several key quantitative trait loci were found to interpret the process and pattern of stem wood growth by regulating the ecological interactions of stem apical and lateral growth. We quantified the timing and pattern of the vegetative phase transition between independently regulated, temporally coordinated processes. Furthermore, we visualized the genetic machinery of significant loci, including genetic effects, genetic contribution analysis, and the regulatory relationship between these markers in the network structure. We validated the utility of the new mapping framework experimentally via computer simulations. The results may improve our understanding of the evolution of development in changing environments.
