This past year has shown that the sanitary risks of SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic are equally matched, if not exceeded on long run, by infodemia effects. Disinformation, fake-news are widely considered an existential threat to open, democratic societies, straining the limits of institutions to cope with socio-political tensions. As such, acknowledging the significance of this phenomenon, this paper address the phenomenon of disinformation, challenging the prevalent current paradigm based on cognitive, linguistic approach, by offering a new perspective grounded on the role of fictional stories for individual and collective sense making. We advance a new interpretation upon the mechanisms behind disinformation consumption using the role of an immature ego structure, thus explaining the demanding side of disinformation. The utility of this new interpretation ranges from the reconsideration of mental irrationality in sense-making, or proposal of new tools for recognizing those predispose to consume disinformation, to a more comprehensive approach to strategic communication.

The translation of the term is considered one of the biggest problems that hinder the translator’s work as it includes cultural terms, since the translation of the term requires the translator to be familiar with the different elements of the semiological framework, and he needs to portray the concept of the term, because the term differs from one nation to another. Therefore, the translator of the Islamic or legal term needs to be a specialist in forensic sciences in addition to translation sciences, in order to transfer the term from the source language to the target language. The paper address the problem of translating Islamic specific terms and legal terms used In Arabic, derived from Sharia or Islamic law. These terms mostly found in Official or religious documents. The research will seek to delve into the meanings of the these Islamic terms, due to importance of these terms, investigate translation process, the issues faces during the translation of the term and the difficulties associated with it, and the criteria that the must take into account when choosing the equivalent terms or word to translate it in corresponding language. What are the techniques, procedures, or the strategies applied by the translator to overcome the difficulties which results in inability or ambiguity in the translated terms. The paper seeks to answer the questions that the translator adapt in translating, what categories and abilities required for Islamic terminologies translator, how the translator shift from one legal culture to another, how he solve problem of religious incompatibility between the terms used in source language and those used in target text

Abstract The paper presents a novel pre-compiler approach by introducing several algorithms to solve the NP-hard problem. The paper address the challenge of transferring a large number of files from a data center (DC), encrypt it using compilers and send it through a network in the optimum time possible. Due to the high usage of big data, one compiler is not sufficient to encrypt such data in a timely manner. In order to achieve high efficiency of sending encrypted data while guarantee security and time efficiency, a new novel architecture of two parallel compilers is proposed. The running time of a given application is calculated through program instructions running time, memory allocation time and the compilation time. To have an appropriate running time it is important to choose an efficient algorithm to schedule files to compilers. Several algorithms will be coded and experimented to show the performance in time and gap.

This paper considers the ways in which these new GPS watches becoming commonplace among Ethiopian athletes are changing how women professional athletes in Ethiopia (who have the potential to bring in substantial earnings in Ethiopia) are monitored by husbands, coaches, agents, and sponsors. In the past 2-3 years, however, digital self-tracking devices (DSTDs) have come close to replacing shoes as the most sought after training aid. Watches – that track pacing, kilometers, miles, steps, caloric output, elevation gain, and heart rate – are bought and brought home from international competitions and gifted by agents, managers, and fans from abroad. Some sponsored athletes’ data are even instantaneously transferred to Nike laboratories in Portland after they finish practice in Addis Ababa. Drawing on participant observation and interviews, the paper address the new pressures and working conditions that this type of monitoring can introduce by considering how husbands, brothers, coaches, and agents – all men (Ethiopian, European, American, etc.) – monitor these devices and reflect or change existing the gendered dynamics of working in elite sport. It asks: What are the working implications of this new kind of monitoring? How do they intersect and contest gendered norms that exist through and outside of sport and surveillance studies? And how does this impact conceptions of the body both within and outside of professional athletics?

The paper address the tests required to be conducted for lubrication oil. It investigates the change of properties of new oil after it is being used for flushing. The recommendations of changing flushed oil or keeping it made on different analysis and studies, however, if the oil properties are not changing, then using the flushed oil is recommended as the new oil will not be as clean as flushed oil. The paper listed several oil cleaning methods and highlighted several causes which could result on bearing failure. The bearing lifetime was discussed and how the impact of different parameter could impact the bearing life span if it is generating additional forces, for example, due to the increase of friction force which contribute to the equivalent dynamic bearing load.

The authors of this paper address the current situation of the «foreign terrorist fighters» from the European Union and the policy essentially based on the detachment of their nationals and the preference for them to stand trial in Syria and Iraq which, in their vast majority, European countries are following. In this vein, a critical and propositional reflection is raised in which it is suggested that, both from a point of view that prioritizes security above all else and in what refers exclusively to the protection of human rights, active repatriation of these people and their prosecution in the countries of origin is the most advisable option.

The article examines major tendencies in the education sphere throughout recent decades, analyzing research papers and journalistic writing of national and foreign authors regarding modeling of the current teaching process. The authors of this paper address, in particular, the process of digitalization of education, the main guidance for education development in the modern era, possible methodology, techniques and resources that contribute to the transition from traditional to blended learning. Shifting the focus from the direct teacher-student interaction in the environment of the educational institution to the virtual one places the participants of the process before new challenges, which can relate, in particular, the worldwide development of artificial intelligence in the technology domain. The authors of the article also draw attention to the difficulties that stem from the specificity of teaching foreign languages and suggest a range of possible solutions to the issue at hand.
