The 21st century is known as the industrial revolution 4.0 which changes the economy among people who grow together with modernity and technology systems. It proves that the development of human thinking on creativity will greatly affect the development of the creative economy, but this has made the market begin to be abandoned by new generations and switch to e-commerce systems. The existence of an epidemic that has begun to spread in people's lives is also one of the factors that have changed the world economy and made the market begin to be abandoned. Changes in the world economy will require revitalization so that this is used as a foundation in the formation of the Screen Market integrated with the digital system to polarize the economy. The new generation is the key to the development and balance of the economy in technology, this is in line with the entrepreneurial nature and character of the new generation, which makes them prefer to develop as start ups. The revitalization of the economic center will become a forum for interaction with the surrounding environment so that the characteristics of the formation of interaction space are the basis and the beginning of the screen market. The screen market is located on Jl Arjuna Utara which is surrounded by malls, offices, universities, making the type of retail being marketed a creative sub-sector, namely culinary with local products, fashion retail, and also craft retail managed by start ups so it is hoped that the screen market can accommodate interaction and creatively combined with digital developments. Keywords: Economy; Market; New Generation; Technology.

This chapter describes how the Lean Startup approach has been applied at the George Washington University to enhance the technology transfer function. The nascent Lean Startup approach, as embodied in the National Science Foundation's Innovation Corps (NSF I-CorpsTM) program, presents an exciting new platform for universities and their Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) to build scalable launchpads for research-based startup efforts. Traditional university technology transfer techniques have yielded mixed results in commercializing inventions of their researchers. The NSF I-CorpsTM program is fostering a new generation of researchers who can better understand and bridge the gap between lab and market. It provides an intensive boot camp that guides researchers through an interview-based customer development process to determine whether there is an appropriate product market fit for their inventions. These Lean Startup-savvy researchers are better able to work with their TTOs, entrepreneurs, and industry to improve the prospects for startup success. Their future research initiatives also benefit from being informed about what commercially relevant problems exist in their areas of expertise.

David Mltrany's functionalism has provided an inspired, if widely criticized approach to the study of international organization,1 Although originally conceived without regional restrictions in its application, it has been interpreted as a prescription for European integration hence the development of the formerly pervasive but now largely discredited neo-functionalist school.2 The contention that will be advanced here is that Mitrany's work may still usefully guide our analysis of international organization. This is especially so with regard to understanding the stubbornness of sovereignty, and the complexity of decision making in a new generation of multilateral conference diplomacy, as typified by UNCLOS and UNCTAD. These forums are likely to feature more prominently in coming attempts to develop codes and rules of conduct in fields of global conflict and co-operation such as technology transfer, economic development, basic health and other ‘common heritage’ resource management issues. The grounds for promoting Mitrany's approach are that a close reading of his principal works reveals a more subtle, conservative and realistic appreciation of sovereignty than many critics have permitted, and furthermore, within this more cautious appraisal there lie a number of procedural pointers to the constructive, if undemonstrative circumvention of the restriction of sovereignty.

The space network is a new generation technology of satellites information transmission. It is a fully space based information system which owns the abilities including information automatic connection and retransmission, multiple nodes interconnection. The accessing resource plays an important role in the nodes interconnection. How to efficiently allocate the limited resource of links in space network is an important research subject in this area. This article proposes an improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The predictable orbit parameters of satellites are used to optimize the algorithm. The simulation results show that the algorithm achieves a higher user access rate and a lower link switching rate.

The landscape of studying is changing. There are now increasingly more mobile devices that allow people to learn content in numerous ways. This means that mobile devices play a large role in how a whole new generation of children, adolescents, teenagers and young adults understand information. Studium is a mobile application prototype that I have created to demonstrate how mobile devices can be used as a learning tool to enhance academic performance among postsecondary students. The objective of Studium is to illustrate how artificial intelligence can be incorporated into mobile learning applications to improve one’s studying by generating instant practice tests based off notes from lectures or readings. Studium will also demonstrate how traditional learning theories and strategies such as the spacing effect and the lag effect can be implemented into learning applications using brief mindfulness breaks, which incorporates an element of mindfulness that mobile learning applications often lack.
