This chapter presents a theoretical framework and research base for the successful transition of an established Master of Science in Nursing program from that of traditional classroom delivery to one that is Web-based with no geographic limitations to students. The application of socio-technical systems theory to facilitate creation of a positive learning environment for future nurse leaders is described. Use of social processes and application of technology to optimize learning is explained and the latest research on content presentation and student engagement in an e-learning environment are presented. The authors hope that through examination of successful online teaching/learning strategies, readers will have a clear understanding of the competencies necessary for students and faculty to be successful in online education.

Мanaging as a necessary need of modern time focused on the management of activities aimed at achieving goals is present in all areas of social life, has special importance in education. Education as the basis for the future development of individuals and from the initial levels of education should reflect in students proper management of their own behavior and their own efforts towards achieving school success. This management process starts at the micro level at the classroom level, where the teacher through the ways of managing in the classroom solves problems, focuses on learning, correct behavior and achieving sets of goals. This is the basis in which students build values for life, and will be the basis for their own management of their lives. The management of the classroom actually represents the coordination of the activities of the students of the classes and their overall behavior in order to make learning as productive and of course to build knowledge and behaviors that are set as desired goals. Classroom management is particularly specific because each student is different from everyone else, the school is not voluntary, only compulsory by society and because students are unpredictable and respond to teacher activities in different ways. There are two main characteristics of classroom management: preventing problems before they occur and reacting to problems once they occur. Many management issues can be prevented by following students' activities by analyzing how classroom enviroment is used by establishing daily procedures, routines and rules by appropriately monitoring and structuring activities by communicating the importance of learning , providing timely feedback and timely collaboration of teachers and parents. Classroom management is more than repairing the foul reactions of individual students, more than a strict discipline. Classroom management refers to the co-ordination of multiple goals, both cognitive as well as affective and psychomotoric, and from here the series of task assignments and learning activities, so that learning is done as simple and productive as possible. Therefore, educators sometimes describe good managing as creating a positive learning environment, because the term refers to the overall activities of all subjects in the classroom, directed towards goals and learning expectations. In general, classroom management involves the behavior of learners and learning process and when talking about the learning environment, is means in the whole "feeling" in the classroom. There are many ways to deal with classroom issues when they occur, and the choice depends on the nature of the problem. Including strategies for conflict resolution is of great importance. Regardless of the startegies that the teacher uses depending on his experience, it is important to have in mind their ultimate goal: to enable achievement of goals, and to make learning as effective as possible.

In the present educational context, active methodologies and new technologies are aspects that should be included when teaching and learning a subject area. For the education to be successful, classroom management must be considered, since problems may arise and handicap this process. In order to promote learning and reduce negative behaviors and increase positive ones, intervention on students of 1st year of ESO (compulsory secondary education) was implemented. The intervention used gamification as the educational approach and ClassDojo as the online tool to track behavior to determine the effectiveness of both elements to achieve the goal. Taking advantage of the game design principles and mechanics in the learning environment to create motivation and interest, in addition to the information and communication technologies (ICT) represented by ClassDojo, the experimental study showed the benefit of this method and app regarding the improvement of desired behaviors as well as the decrease of the disruptive ones. The implementation engaged the students and activated their behavioral development in order to display a better performance.

Advanced pedagogy is the way to enhance teaching and learning performance for non-financial students. There are different methods in use across the globe for innovative teaching of higher learning students. The use of multimedia and technology empowers educational processes by increasing interaction between teachers and students. Hybrid teaching and blended learning follow an integrated approach to teaching that blends with students' interests and teacher's personality that needs curriculum-appropriate methods. Teachers should thus apply themselves to utilizing innovative methods so that the students’ learning process is as free-flowing and that the methodology used creates an atmosphere adaptable to conducive learning environment. The application of innovative teaching and learning methods is critical if we are to motivate and enculturate a spirit of learning and cooperation by encouraging others and doing your share on the part of students. The role of education is to ensure that while academic personal are involve in active teaching, an effort is made to ensure alignment between what is taught and what is comprehensible in relation to students. The goal of this study is an ongoing and progressive examine of how Edger Dale's Cone of Experience and Bloom's taxonomy is employed to positively influence student learning. In this conceptual research the methodology used was hinged on analytic processes for material already published in this area. Key variables under investigation forecast on integration of Dales and Blooms theories for theoretical perspectives with the researchers pedagogy known as the NFT.

Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.

This paper aims to reflect an effort to identify the problems associated with the educational learning process, as well as its function to express some inherent considerations to the most effective forms of the classroom management. Mentioned in this discussion are ways of management for various categories of students, not only from an intellectual level, but also by their behavior. Also, in the elaboration of this theme I was considering that in addition to other development directions of the country, an important place is occupied by the education of the younger generation in our school environments and especially in adopting the methods of teaching and learning management with a view to enable this generation to be competitive in the European labor market. This, of course, can be achieved by giving this generation the best values of behavior, cultural level, professional level and ethics one of an European family which we belong to, not just geographically. On such foundations, we have tried to develop this study, always improving the reality of the prolonged transition in the field of children’s education. Likewise, we have considered the factors that have left their mark on the structure, cultural level and general education level of children, such as high demographic turnover associated with migration from rural and urban areas, in the capacity of our educational institutions to cope with new situations etc. In the conclusions of this study is shown that there is required a substantial reform even in the pro-university educational system to ensure a significant improvement in the behavior of children, relations between them and the sound quality of their preparation. Used literature for this purpose has not been lacking, due to the fact that such problems are usually treated by different scholars. Likewise, we found it appropriate to use the ideas and issues discussed by the foreign literature that deals directly with classroom management problems. All the following treatise is intended to reflect the way of an effective classroom management.
