The systematic structure of the flora of the Verkhovyna National Nature Park was analyzed, followed by the implementation of criticallytaxonomic, biomorphological, geographical analyzes, and the sosological value of the flora was analyzed. It has been established that 675 species of higher vascular plants belonging to 5 divisions are present in the flora. Dominated by Magnoliophyta – 93.6%, the ratio of Magnoliopsida to Liliopsida is 1: 3.2, which is characteristic of the flora of Central Europe. This is evidenced by the approximately equal age of the flora of NSAIDs, the Ukrainian Carpathians and Central Europe. Therefore, we conducted a systematic analysis that confirmed that the flora of the park is typical Central European with pronounced boreal features. According to the analysis of the geographical structure, the flora of NP Verkhovynskyi was found to be of the Central European type with the predominance of elements of montane, oceanic, temperant and subtemperate flora. At the same time, the composition of species typical for the Euro-Asian boreal subcontinental flora is significant in its composition. The analysis of the ecological structure of the flora indicates the predominance in its composition of mesophytes, mesotrophs, and heliophytes, which is characteristic of the flora of Central Europe. Thus, we conducted a systematic analysis, which confirmed that the flora of Verkhovyna NPP testifies to the Central European character and its belonging to the montane-boreal subtype its found that 71.4 % of the flora species of the Ukrainian Carpathians are threatened globally, 36.4% are endangered on the European scale, 47.8% are endemic and 54.2 % are subendemic within the territory of the park. The highest level of sosological significance is characteristic of the Gnetes-Fatia Banului arrays (63 rare species), Preluki-Hitanka – (53 species).

Kardashynka swamp is the largest swamp not only in the Kherson region, but also in the entire steppe zone of Ukraine. According to the results of the study of the part of the Kardashynka swamp, which in 2015 became part of the Nyzhnyodniprovskyi National Nature Park and is located in the Kherson region between the villages of Kokhany of Holoprystansky and Solonets of Oleshkivsky districts, 214 species of vascular plants were recorded, which belong to 194 genera and 83 families. The leading families of flora are: Asteraceae (31 species), Cyperaceae (19), Poaceae (15), Lamiaceae (10), Fabaceae (9), Brassicaceae (8), Rosaceae (9), Caryophyllaceae (8). We have not identified the species included in the Red Book of Ukraine in the studied area. Among the regionally rare species, the growth of: Alnus glutinosa, Quercus robur, Dryopteris carthusiana, Fraxinus excelsior, Nymphaea alba, Carex lasiocarpa was observed. The basis of vegetation is compiled of: in the swamps −Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn., Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steud., Iris pseudacorus L., Frangula alnus Mill., Typha angustifolia L., Urtica dioica L., Tephroseris palustris (L.) Rchb., Carex elata All., Carex pseudocyperus L., Hottonia palustris L. Poa bulbosa L.; in the meadows – Plantago major L., Alsine media (L.) Vill., Cerastium glutinosum Fries, Lathyrus palustris L.,; Poa bulbosa, Poa palustris L., Carex acuta L., Carex acutiformis Ehrh., Melilotus albus Medik., Trifolium arvense L., Glechoma hederacea L. Juncus effusus L., and in reservoirs - Lemna minor L., Lemna trisulca L. , Nymphaea alba L., Nuphar lutea (L.) Sm., Myriophyllum sp. Lichen biota is represented mainly by epiphytes on the bark of Salix sp. and Populus alba. On the bark of Populus alba, a typical for this area species Xanthoria parietina, Amandinea punctata, Scholiciosporum chlorococcum, Physcea adscendens, Physcia tenella are presented. Also, we note that among the priority areas for the development of nature reserves is the possibility of expanding the territories. One of such objects, which, eventually, can be included in the boundaries of NNP "Nyzhnyodniprovskyi", is the designed botanical reserve of national importance "Kardashinka swamp". The part of the territory is already included to the economic zone of NNP "Nyzhnyodniprovskyi". Key words: swamp, species, sozophytes, national nature park

Abstract The article presents the main results of a field research carried out between 2012 and 2014. It is a comparison case study of vegetation diversity of pools and dead-end branches of the Orlice River in Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic. The actual state of wetland vegetation is being compared to data from literature that is several decades old. Botanical survey was conducted in the study area located between the town of Hradec Králové and parishes of Malšovice, Malšova Lhota a Svinary. The research confirmed that dead-end river branches and oxbow lakes form potential refugia of biodiversity of vascular plants in the landscape context of the river area despite the fact that the River Orlice was fully regulated in the urban area of Hradec Králové and the surrounding parishes in the past. Nevertheless, the river area is of a natural character there and belongs to the Nature Park of Orlice since 1996. The local ecosystems are also a part of the important locality of the River Orlice and Elbe. The total of 449 taxons of vascular plants (on the level of species and sub-species) and species rich associations of aquatic and wetland plants were recorded in the study area. Conservation of the water regime in the fluvial landscape and suitable regulation interventions against some spreading invasive species are crucial for the continuing existence of the precious species composition. For this reason the article also includes some management steps.

The importance of conserving biodiversity, reflected in a number of international instruments other than the Convention on Biological Diversity. In this context, rare visions deserve special attention, which are the most understandable, because rarity precedes extinction. Especially relevant are the studies of rare views in the Ukrainian Carpathians, which is the smallest anthropogenically altered territory of Ukraine. Conservation of biotic diversity in this region is of European importance, which is reflected in the international "Framework Convention for the Protection and Sustainable Development of the Carpathians". Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the rare phytogenus fund allow to characterize the level of uniqueness of flora, serve as a basis for the formation of regional Red Lists and allow to organize adequate environmental measures. Sozological characteristics of flora of different levels imply, for all, the analysis of representation is transformed into its composition of taxa listed in the "red" lists of different levels – international, national, regional. A rare component of the flora of the Verkhovynsky National Nature Park includes 125 species of vascular plants with international, national and regional sociological status.Of these, 64 species of plants listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, 3 species listed in the IUCN Red List, 7 species listed in the European Red List, 2 species – in Annex I of the Bern Convention, 2 species – in Annexes IIb and IVb of the EU Directive on the conservation of population and species of natural fauna and flora. 21 species – listed in CITES Appendix II, 26 species in the Regional Red List. Thus, a third (32.3%) of the "Red Book" species of vascular plants of the Ivano-Frankivsk region are protected on the territory of the Park, in addition, it is 29.9% of the "Red Book" species of plants of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The leading families of the rare component of the flora of Verkhovynsky National Park are Orchidaceae. The second and third positions are occupied by the breeds Ranunculaceae and Asteraceae. In general, the first three families account for 39.6% of the species composition of the list. In total, the first nine taxa cover more than two thirds (64.9%) of the species composition of the list. According to the results of good analysis, it is established that the number of rare species and their localities located on the mountain massifs: Gnetesa-Fatiya Banului, Preluky-Hitanka, Lostun-Glistuvata, Palenytsia-Komanova, and attached to the largest rare species to the mid-mountain phenomenon.

The aim of the study was to make an inventory and describe the localities of interesting species inhabiting the segetal communities of the Turobin commune, which are regarded as endangered in Poland and Europe. The paper presents results of a field study conducted in 2011-2013 in crop fields, located on brown soils and rendzinas. Phytosociological relevés were made with the Braun-Blanquet method at the sites of phytocoenoses comprising interesting and endangered species. The habitat was assessed with the use of soil-agricultural maps, and soil pH was measured at the site where the phytosociological relevés were taken. In the Turobin commune, 32 interesting species were found; some of them are considered rare and endangered in Poland. In this group, the occurrence of Asperugo procumbens, regarded as an endangered species and included in the red list of vascular plants, is noteworthy.
