Allergic rhinitis (AR) is the most common form of allergy, which - as epidemiological research has shown - applies to nearly 25% of the population. AR significantly affects the quality of life of the patient, and the more severe the disease, the greater the risk of developing bronchial asthma. One of the factors affecting the severity of symptoms and the degree of their control is air pollution. In some patients, despite proper treatment, persistence or only partial remission of symptoms (uncontrolled allergic rhinitis) is observed. This can lead to an increase in comorbidities - inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, otitis media and asthma - both in children and in adults. The treatment of allergic rhinitis, in accordance with the standards, consists in: education of the patient, elimination of the allergen from the environment and factors intensifying the course of the disease, selection of proper pharmacotherapy and specific allergen immunotherapy. Many factors influence the selection of the antihistamine used, e.g., the opportunity of safe increase of the dosage.

In this paper, we examine factors affecting owners’ intention for renovation of their detached houses. Furthermore, we analyze their interest in choosing a one-stop-shop (OSS) service for the renovation, even though such a concept is not yet established in Sweden, but emerging in other parts of Europe. Our study is based on responses to an online questionnaire survey of 971 house owners residing in Kronoberg Region in Sweden. About 76% of the respondents intend to renovate in the near future, with approximately 71% of them preferring to renovate individual components of their dwelling and 5% to renovate their whole house in steps. House owners of younger age, higher income, higher education, and those with an interest for environmental issues, were the ones most interested in physical renovations, which improves energy efficiency of the building. For those house owners, one-stop-shop can facilitate the decision-making process, and help them to choose those measures that will improve their quality of life. Approximately 20% of the respondents had a positive view towards an one-stop-shop, which is an indicator that market for such a service exists. Parameters such as quality of work, cost and energy savings and specification of measures to be adopted are the key for the promotion of one-stop-shop. Additionally, house owners want to have a certain level of involvement in the selection of actors performing the renovation. Moreover, financial incentives, e.g., loans, do not play a significant role for the selection of one-stop-shop, but act as complementary motive for house owners.

This research aims to analyze factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in the use of marine transportation from Bali toward Gili Trawangan. The benefits of this research useful to the company in improving the services for tourists who will use the services of a crosswalk leading to Gili Trawangan. The respondents in this research totalled 190 respondents, the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the data in this study were analyzed using the analysis factors that help by statistikal program SPSS version 17.0 for windows. The results of this study are: 1) the satisfaction of tourists in the use of sea transport in general are at a level of satisfaction. 2) there are three factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists formed i.e. factors quality of maids, the cost factor & ease factors and product quality. Quality of service factor is the most dominant factor influencing the satisfaction of travellers with variable reliability as the dominant variables, and the variable availability schedule is a variable that must be improved.

Introduction. Specific allergen immunotherapy (STI) is the causal treatment of asthma. SIT gives a specific response to the changing LT response (deviation of the immune response), induction of anergy (decrease of LTh2), induces tolerance and modifies the inflammatory response. Pollen produces in our country seasonal allergic asthma in children and adults. Materials and methods. Our study was conducted using grass pollen extracts and comprised a total of 47 children with asthma, allergic to pollens, aged 5-14. Administration was seasonal (November to April), oral (sublingual solutions). It was indicated in the treatment of children with asthma and rhinitis with definite diagnosis where eviction was not possible. There have been previously detailed history and a careful clinical examination, skin prick tests to pollens with intense response, more elevated IgE, and spirometry confirming bronchospasm. Grass pollen extracts with initial low doses were used, gradually increasing the amount and concentration, and a gradual decrease, at a total of 6 months per year, with a duration of three years. Discussion. The evaluation was performed by clinical follow-up (symptom score and drug consumption), spirometry and by improving the quality of life assessment. There were no serious side effects during treatment. Conclusion. SIT in children with pollens allergic asthma is the causal therapeutic method; treating asthmatic children over 3 years old; reduces asthma symptoms to extinction; decreases other medical needs; improves quality of life of the child; no side effect were distinguished.

The article considers the factors, determine the uncertainty of the modern world, as a specific characteristic of the current situation of children and adolescents ‘ development, set by the realities of the XXI century, in particular-the financial and economic crisis of 2008, the nuclear disaster at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in March 2011, the transformation of space into the sphere of free enterprise in the 2010s, mutating strains of COVID-19, which, having put humanity in the face of the problem of survival in the conditions of the pandemic, showed both bright and dark qualities of modern people, regardless of the country of residence, social status, income level and quality of education. A retrospective analysis of educational programs in the Russian Federation from 2000 to the present is proposed in the context of their adequacy to the challenges of constantly changing reality. Some results of the survey of children and adolescents participating in the thematic program of the International Union of Children’s Organizations SPO-FDO “Excellent meeting. Children’s diplomacy of friendship” (Children’s Center “Orlyonok”, children’s camp “Komsomolsky” (07.09-27.09.2020), as well as tips on the problems of modern education from today’s teenagers to educating adults are presented.

Decisions in the modern world are often made in rapidly changing, sometimes unexpected, situations. Such situations require availability of systems / tools allowing fast and clear description of situation, generation of new and reuse of previously made effective solutions for situation reformation, selection of a right decision maker and supplying him/her with necessary data. Such tools include components for actual situation description, user modeling, finding appropriate methods for problem solving, integration of data from heterogeneous sources, finding / generation of insufficient data, removing uncertainties, estimating solutions, etc. During decision making process a large amount of auxiliary raw data are accumulated in repositories. Methods of data mining are used in such systems for different purposes: finding associative rules between decisions and factors affecting them, user clustering using decision trees and neural networks, recognition of common users’ features / interests and others (Chiang et al., 2006; Li, 2005; Thomassey and Fiordaliso, 2006). Validation of the obtained results can be performed using simulation software modules.
