National and international administrative actors interact via coordination processes that are often informal, in which they exercise power to accumulate critical resources or push their agendas. Supported by quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, this work sheds light on factors that facilitate the successful exercise of power in the energy sector. It looks not only at corporate factors, such as personnel, but also at individual characteristics, such as work experience. A central finding of the study shows that the successful exercise of power is not conditioned by individual corporate factors, but is made possible by a combination of different factors.

This contribution demonstrates the application of the new Design Method Validation System ( DMVS) for the validation of engineering design methods in product development. The application example is a case from the medical branch. The product design method Design for Mass Adaptation ( DfMAd) with individualization and modification steps as triggers is compared to an adapted design method with product individualization but without modification triggers. This experimental study was conducted in accordance with the DMVS procedure. Measured outcomes refer to the usefulness, applicability and acceptance of the design method DfMAd. Two groups of student participants were compared to each other through research tools based on quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. Findings show that the considered DfMAd phase successfully leads to the desired benefit for the consideration of variant-oriented alternatives, thus confirming the test hypothesis. In the example of a product, a crutch, a high treatment quality can be achieved by specific adaptability of the product. In addition, it is shown that DMVS is suitable for the development of experiments and that the data collection means are differently suited for the validation of the three criteria.

This study discusses to study the practices, strengths and weaknesses and solutions that support the wakalah contract on murabaha financing products in BMTs in Jepara Regency. The type of this research is field research by obtaining qualitative. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data display and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the practice of wakalah on murabaha financing products in BMT in Jepara Regency was BMT and the agreement to negotiate using a wakalah agreement and the transfer of funds after discussing a two-sided agreement, then BMT provided the hands asking for buying and selling letters and letters in question, then to buy goods to the supplier then send the goods to the buyer to BMT, then send to the buyer at BMT in accordance with the initial agreement. The advantage of wakalah practice on murabaha financing products in BMT is to build high trust between BMT and funds to translate in financing. The disadvantage is that most that do not deserve to understand BMT financing products, lack of openness about the business conditions to be funded, need deviations from the agreed agreement. The fix is to stick to the principle 5C and consider three important aspects of financing, which are safe, efficient, and profitable.

The health of children born prematurely remains a significant challenge, but clothing products designed considering medical requirements and handling methods used in the intensive care unit, may contribute to the reduction of neonatal mortality. Assistants in the therapy unit implement practices based on the needs of vulnerable infants, from the very first second of life. This pilot clinical study was conducted in a specialised on neonatal intensive care unit, at the IMSP Municipal Clinical Hospital Gheorghe Paladi from Chisinau. Informed consent of parents and/or careers was required. All users (nurses and doctors) were informed about the product and instructed regarding dressing and undressing process. This controlled study was conducted under the supervision of doctors and nurses. As the study was exploratory in nature, aspects of grounded theory have been used for qualitative data collection. The sample studied consists of preterm infants less than 30 weeks GA, admitted by UTIN in 2018. The population eligible for qualitative data collection was made up of neonatology nurses from the clinic. To obtain a heterogeneous sample, aspects such as age, work experience, environment, and education were considered. The method of observation and subsequent testing used of the newly designed products and every manipulation under medical conditions was intensely studied. Local reactions, if any, due to the texture and quality of the textile material that come into contact with the baby's skin, were also carefully monitored. The process of dressing and stripping off the products, carrying out medical manipulations (in case of neonatal emergencies), were also carefully observed for developing ease of use clothes.

Data collection techniques with interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques by analyzing data, reducing data, and providing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are 3 things in the public perception, the first is internal perception, namely this event is only for entertainment. The second is external perception, namely there is an element of modern colonialism (postcolonialism).
