The article presents the results of studies assessing the structure of cellular concrete using a photo-optical method based on the use of a modern approach from the standpoint of information technology. Based on the photo-optical method, a reverse formulation of the problem is also possible: on the basis of a given percentage of porosity of the material, obtain the most optimal pore arrangement (type of packaging) that meets the specified strength and thermal conductivity of aerated concrete. Having a specific type of image of aerated concrete obtained as a result of modeling, otherwise, a specific type of packing of pores of certain sizes that meets the required (specified) characteristics, then, we can set the technological task of obtaining it.

AbstractMost prescribing indications in homœopathy are derived from clinical experience. There is a need to revise and update them. A new method known as systematic outcome correlation, which correlates outcome as measured by a standard clinical assessment, with prescription, is described. The method uses information technology and the Read clinical classification. Preliminary results in rheumatoid arthritis are presented. The method and results are critically examined with recommendations for future developments.

More than a decade has passed since the conception of major Government e-strategies and significant outcomes have been delivered worldwide concerning information technology infrastructure and e-service deployment. Already, major e-Strategies have closed their lifecycles and have been reviewed. British “t-Government” and Obama's “Open Government Initiative” are only some of the transformation results, where citizens have been placed in the center of the strategic planning and e-Government priorities have been reconsidered. This paper addresses an important issue: the identification of international e-strategic transformation and the recognition of patterns for e-strategic transformation. A methodological analysis of major e-strategies is performed according to strategic lifecycle management tool and patterns for e-strategic evolution are structured.

With development of science technology and increasingly communication of different humanity, original attribute of traditional anthropology research object constantly disappear. Anthropology “field” changes from space in geographical sense to a broader sense of Social-politic networks localities. And with the Internet as the representative of information technology, which is diverse and interactive and has hypertext features, it provides a new method and possibility to data collection, investigation techniques and virtual field construction in anthropological field investigation. By exploring the application of information technology in the field investigation, important path of field investigation and development of ethnography can be searched. With rethinking tradition, it can keep dialogue with new technology.

This paper presents a possible new method for supporting a specific spinal surgical procedure by artificial neural networks. The method should be based on the surgical demands and protocols used by surgeons in order to carry out successful operations. Considering these requirements, a plan for an algorithm that will be able to support surgeons in the preparation and the conduction of an operation is outlined. The aim is not to substitute the surgeon but to assist him. Furthermore, this paper demonstrates how the neural network to be designed can significantly reduce the possible surgical risks, thereby increasing surgery effectiveness.

This paper presents a new method of rules detecting about exploring hidden rules from a given knowledge base. The expended rule set forms a lattice that can be generated by the core. Not only does this method produce detecting rules, but also enhance data integrity and completeness. In addition, this paper introduces the concept of rules-data mutual enhancement, which can detect the ultimate relationship between data and rules with the utilization of two types of information resources: databases and knowledge bases. As a result, this paper makes initial endeavors to combine those two quite separated fields to promote the development of information technology.

The public information disclosure policy has entered its 7th year of implementation since it was enacted in 2008 and began to be implemented in 2010. As with other procedures, monitoring and evaluation are required in the application so that the policy implementation does not deviate from the expected. In this Jokowi administration era, the ideas to realise open government are getting closer to the support of the development of information technology. But how is it implemented in the area? This research wants to photograph the implementation of public information disclosure policy in East Java, consisting of 38 districts/municipalities and 56 units of regional apparatus. The results of this study indicate that for the district or city government, the implementation of this information disclosure policy has been an encouraging development, but not so with the Regional Device Work Unit. Likewise, the Information Management and Documentation Officer also experienced progress although there are still shortcomings in the implementation of its duties.
