The article is devoted to the problem of evaluation of the working life quality of personnel of a modern Russian enterprise. On the basis of a survey of employees of enterprises in various spheres of activity in the Tyumen region using a full (dispensing) questionnaire, satisfactory and unsatisfactory criteria characterizing the quality of their working life are revealed. The research shows that within the framework of the motivational system, the provision of employees of the Tyumen region enterprises with social benefits ranks last, while the state's social policy is aimed at raising this indicator, at material and physical well-being, and at social and legal protection of the person. Social benefits and social guarantees form an important sphere of working life and contribute to a significant improvement in the quality of working life. Satisfaction with the work activity is formed under the influence of a large number of factors. Detailed study and analysis of each factor will improve the quality of working life of employees of the Tyumen region enterprises. The conducted research confirms that there are no violations in the sphere of legislative provision with social guarantees at the enterprises of the Tyumen region. This means that the payment of sick leave sheets and payments provided in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are fully implemented without violating the deadlines. In addition, the civil rights of employees are respected and leave is granted in accordance with the schedule. On the basis of the study, the authors proposed ways to improve the quality of working life of employees in the Tyumen region.

Introduction. The article is devoted to analysis of the indicators’ dynamic that characterizes the quality of working life level in the Russian industrial sector. The aim of research is to identify and assess the influence of working life quality on economic efficiency of labor.Methods. The system of indicators for the period from 2005 to 2015 is determined on the basis of the analysis of existing assessment methods of working life quality and on official statistics data, which reflects the main elements of working life quality. Therefore, the most significant indicators of working life elements in terms of labor efficiency are determined by means of correlation analysis.Results. It is revealed that social guarantees, decent wages and safe working conditions, i.e. objective characteristics of working life quality, have the greatest impact on labor efficiency. As a result, the subjective characteristics such as job satisfaction and opportunities for self-expression and selfrealization, despite the long period of the market economy development, continue to play a secondary role. The demonstrated problem confirms the fact that the main block of working life quality for industrial workers is not fully ensured and is deterrent to the growth of labor efficiency as a socio-economic category.Discussion and conclusions. The results of this research indicate the availability of reserves to improve labor efficiency through the usage of modern methods of production organization to ensure economic conditions of decent work of industrial workers.

Quality of life is one of the most important characteristics that reflects a comprehensive description of the level and living conditions. Nowadays quality of working life is an integral feature of “Quality of Life”. Quality of working life identifies working conditions and labor management. The quality of working life allows us to determine the working conditions, its organization from the perspective of the optimal realization of the abilities of employees.The article analyzes the domestic approaches to the definition and evaluation of the quality of working life. The conducted research allowed the authors to draw the following conclusions: the quality of working life is characterized by a multitude of indicators, and the required condition for studying the quality of working life is the development of techniques that allow the evaluation of the studied category.The goal is to evaluate the quality of working life in Russia.Methods. A number of indicators are presented to estimate the quality of working life of employees in the Russian Federation. According to the authors, those indicators are employment, labor safety, work safety, salary, and competence level and workforce productivity. The analysis that is based on data from Federal State Statistics Service has been done in view of gender factors and federal district differences. According to this analysis, the general part of workforce has jobs with harmful or dangerous working conditions. Extractive and process industries are considered the most hazardous.The article describes the method of integrated assessment of working life quality, based on the study of social and labor sphere of the Federal districts of Russia. Based on this author’s method, the integral indicators of the quality of working life of the population of the Russian Federation in the context of Federal districts are calculated and analyzed and the rating of each of them is determined.Results. The article notes that the quality of working life reflects not only the working conditions and its payment, but also the relations in the working collective, the motivation of the personnel to work. The most important motivational factors and characteristics of the socio-psychological climate of the enterprise are determined. The set of indicators, proposed by the authors and the methods of assessing the quality of the working life of the population can be useful to local governments for determining the rating of the quality of working life of officers in municipalities, and thus for making various managerial decisions.

The research features the quality of working life and its foundations, components, and measurement. The article describes and summarizes various theoretical and applied perspectives of the phenomenon. It presents authentic ideas on the theory of working life quality, as well as a list of key elements. The authors describe a case of the nurses working in the Regional Clinical Center of miners’ health. According to the author, the quality of working life is a particular case of the general quality of life and represents the degree of satisfaction of life-supporting (physically favorable environment), social, and spiritual needs through labor activity. The dual quality of working life is in two basic approaches to its measurement: objective and subjective. The quality of working life includes the content of the work; rewards (material and immaterial); working hours; working conditions; staff; public utility and prestige of work; development; career; social guarantees and non-material compensation. The options were found limited in the absence of a full list of indicators that actualized the use of sociological tools. The research scheme is based on the example of a sociological study of opinions formed integral indicators for each quality element. The total score was quite high. The formation of point management influences in relation to certain aspects of the quality of working life can improve the management systems of labor organization and personnel motivation.

The very context of ongoing modernization of the current educational system emphasizes the need to solve the problem of recruiting and retaining talented younger specialists. Consequently, primary attention should be focused on studying the working life quality of younger higher school teachers, as it is one of the powerful tools to improve work satisfaction of this category of higher educational institutions staff . The paper provides the defi nition for working life quality of younger teachers at higher educational institutions, outlines key indicators needed to evaluate the degree of their working life quality. The author presents outcomes of his own empiric research of working life quality among younger teachers of higher educational institutions. Analysis of the data obtained is also presented, including an attempt to assess working life quality and career development of younger lecturers, teaching at higher educational institutions. The main trouble areas are also highlighted. Based on his research, the author makes conclusions concerning ways of further improving the working life quality of younger higher school teachers.

Background: Today human resources are strategic parts of the organizations and are considered as intelligent and valuable assets. Human resources are the most valuable asset of organizations that face the major problem. Research has shown that working life and personal life have an interactive and exacerbate effect on each other. Based on the vast variety of harmful effects that endanger welders health it was tried to investigate the relationship between life quality and working life quality of contract welders in a shipbuilding factory in Bandar Anzali city. Methods: In this analytical descriptive cross–a sectional study carried in 2014, 100 contract welders in the shipbuilding industry in Bandar Anzali was selected with the systematic method, and participated as contract welders. Data were collected with reliable and validated questionnaires include demographic information, life quality questionnaire (SF-36), and Walton life quality questionnaire (1975). Data were analyzed using SPSS18 software by using the Pearson correlation test. Result: %84 of contract welders were very happy with their life quality, and %60 were satisfied with working life quality. There was a significant meaningful relationship between life quality and working life quality (P<= 0.00, r= 0.4). The overall living space variable from life quality had a significant meaningful relationship with life quality score changes (P <= 0.042, r= 0.342). There wasn’t any relationship between age, degree, and job experience with life quality and working life quality. But a single job or not having a second job had a significant meaningful relationship with life quality satisfaction and working life quality (P<= 0.023, r=0.262). Conclusion: This study showed that there was a relationship between life quality and working life quality. Therefore improvement in either of these two can improve the other one and also help the health promotion of welders.
