ABSTRACTPoverty is a condition where there is an inability to fulfill basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education and health. Poverty can be caused by a scarcity of means to fulfill basic needs or access to education and health. The problem of poverty is inseparable from a national strategy aimed at realizing social and economic welfare for the people of the country as a whole.The program used in making this data processing system is web-based with the programming language used, namely PHP and MySQL databases which are composed in such a way that makes it easier to build data processing systems to be created. While the system development method used is prototyping with use case system design, activity diagram, and class diagram. The operating system used is Microsoft Windows 7 and Personal Computer (PC) Intel Inside, 2 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard disk.The results of this study are data processing system applications to facilitate PKH HR in completing web-based tasks that can be accessed by PKH Operators and Companions wherever they are.

  The problems faced by GKJ Kismorejo currently are still using Microsoft Office Word and in disseminating information such as data on congregations that are still active or not active, information on congregations who died, congregational marriages, and other congregational data through paper-based congregations. To print church messages and reports requires a large amount of operational funds. In addition, data collection and storage still have shortcomings, including recording some data in books, difficulties in processing large amounts of data and storing it in only one place. For this reason, the authors raise the background of the problems that occur, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title Designing Data Processing Systems for Web-Based GKJ Kismorejo Congregation. The purpose of this research is to design and produce a data processing system for the church. Using this system can facilitate data processing in the church. Keywords: web, data processing, operational Permasalahan yang dihadapi GKJ Kismorejo saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Word dan dalam penyebaran informasi seperti data jemaat yang masih aktif atau sudah tidak aktif, informasi jemaat meninggal dunia, pernikahaan jemaat, dan data jemaat lainnya melalui warta jemaat yang berbasis kertas. Untuk mencetak warta jemaat dan laporan membutuhkan dana operasional cukup besar. Selain itu pengumpulan dan penyimpanan data masih terdapat kekurangan di antaranya mencatat beberapa data pada buku, kesulitan untuk mengolah data dalam jumlah besar dan tersimpan hanya pada satu tempat. Untuk itu penulis mengangkat latar belakang dari permasalahan yang terjadi, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul Perancangan Sistem Pengolahan Data Kegiatan Jemaat GKJ Kismorejo Berbasis Web. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang dan menghasilkan suatu sistem pengolahan data untuk gereja. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini dapat memudahkan dalam  pengolahan data dalam gereja. Mertoyudan Health Center is one of the public health service units located in Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. Data processing and vaccination scheduling for children under five years old at this Health Center are still not optimal. The developments in information technology have caused Mertoyudan Health Center start to develop information services using information technology. One of them is using a web-based information system. This research is conducted for building a web based data processing system and vaccination scheduling for children by implementing the Waterfall method. The results of black box testing on users can be obtained that the system which being built has fulfilled the needs of the Mertoyudan Health Center. The needs that has been met are toddlers data processing, scheduling and immunization for toddlers data reports. This system has become a solution for the availability of valid and transparent information for the immunization officers and The Head of this section at Mertoyudan Health Center.

The paper gives a report on the Karolinska Hospital Information System in three parts.In part I, the information problems in health care delivery are discussed and the approach to systems design at the Karolinska Hospital is reported, contrasted, with the traditional approach.In part II, the data base and the data processing system, named T1—J 5, are described.In part III, the applications of the data base and the data processing system are illustrated by a broad description of the contents and rise of the patient data base at the Karolinska Hospital.

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.
