To avoid continuous damage of ozone layer and deterioration of global warming, many countries have devoted to the development and application of natural refrigerant. Although CO2, an alternative refrigerant in the area of air conditioning is not the best all-temperature refrigerant, it has the lowest operating risk as compared to hydrocarbon (HCs) and ammonia.Traditional drinking fountain provides heat source through secondary energy source - electric heating; however, the heating effect is limited. Since heat pump has a high performance, this study used a carbon dioxide heat pump, which has energy-saving effect and high efficiency, to provide heat source to drinking fountains. It further assembled the drinking fountain system with carbon dioxide heat pump and analyzed its performance.

The ground-source heat pump is a system which takes the shallow surface soil energy as the source of heating and cooling. The temperature of ground source is relatively stable throughout the year, which makes the ground-source heat pump have the higher operation efficiency compared with the traditional air-conditioning system.Study on the ground-source heat pump with properties of thermal dynamics used in heating and air comditioning by ecomomic analysis is still an important issue. In this paper, the ground-source heat pump and the traditional heating and air-conditioning system have been compared in terms of their economic competitiveness. Firstly, it is required to compare the ground-source heat pump with the traditional heating method in terms of the heating economy. Afterwards, it is necessary to compare the ground-source heat pump with the conventional electric refrigeration in terms of the air-conditioning economy. Finally, it is needed to conduct the comprehensive and economic analysis for the ground-source heat pump and the boilers and air conditioning, which includes four programs.

This paper analyses the energy consumption of water source heat pump, shows that the performance coefficient of water source heat pump unit is directly related to the temperature of water resources, and discusses the feasibility of central heating by recovering condensing heat of power plant using water source heat pump unit. It analyzes the energy saving benefit of water source heat pump unit is significant compared with traditional heating. Using the technology recovers waste heat of power plant, which can not only decrease the energy waste on the direct discharge of waste heat and water, but at the same time, it is a new air conditioning system without environmental pollution.

When the ordinary heat pump air conditioning system of a pure electric vehicle runs at ultra-low temperature, the discharge temperature of compressor will be too high and the heating capacity of the system will decay seriously, it will lead to inactivity of the heating system. In order to solve this problem, a modification is put forward, and an experiment is also designed. The experimental results show that in the same conditions, this new heating system increases more than 20% of the heating capacity; when the outside environment temperature is negative 20 degrees, the discharge temperature of compressor is below 60 degrees.

Results of design modeling of air-conditioning and central air of premises of server stations are presented. The estimation of thermal balance of typical server station is made. The potential of thermal energy which can be used is estimated it is useful for needs of central heating, to save power resources, and not to pollute environment thermal emissions. The detailed analysis of components of is material-power balance is made. The mathematical model of central air is developed for these purposes. Analysis problems of the heat substances exchange processes, the drainage of air connected with processes, occurring at its cooling are considered. The designing and operation problems interfaced with the heat substances exchange in air coolers are considered. The heat pump scheme of system is offered the central heating, utilizing warmly server station at air conditioning indoors. The model is offered and results of optimization of parameters heat pump schemes are considered. Results can be applied at designing of central airs of premises of server stations with passing recycling of thermal emissions for needs of central heating.
