This study focuses on the role of Government Financial Statistics Systems in developing the efficiency of Internal Control System. The statement of the problem presented that, Government Financial Statistics Systems have not been applied in the center and states. The researcher raised the following questions: Dose application of Government Financial Statistics Systems has an impact on the efficiency of Internal Control System. Is there any administrative constrains in the Ministry of Finance affecting the G.F.S, Do Internal Control System regulations established in the Ministry have an impact on the application of the Government Financial Statistics System? The importance of study is derived from the absence of scientific studies on the role of significance of Government Financial Statistics. The efficiency of organization is based on the strength and weakness of internal control system on the public institution. The study concluded with very important results that, centre and states accountants training on the Government Financial Statistics System will increase the efficiency of internal control system, and introducing the G.F.S as a syllabus in the universities will increase students’ capabilities when joining the employment, and the provision of computers will help the application of the Government Financial Statistics System. The Study recommended that, Government Financial Statistics System should be studied at Universities so that; students who are joining the service can easy understand their function. And application of F.F.S will help in transparency and wealth and wealth distribution.

Abstract As a synthesis of economics and physics and an attempt to apply the methods and models of statistical physics to economics, econophysics is presently a new, growing and very dynamic branch of modern science. Therefore, the subject of this paper is to analyse the relationship and interdependence between thermodynamics and economics, and it aims to show similarities, analogies and correspondence between the main categories, methods and models of thermodynamics on one hand, and economics on the other. The paper analyses the relation between economics and thermodynamics, as well as the probability distribution in the kinetic theory of gases corresponding to money, income and wealth distribution, connects entropy with utility and the principle of operation of the thermal engine with economic exchange. The final part of the paper empirically analyzes temperature differences in the exchange between Serbia and the selected EU countries. There are differences in temperature between Serbia and the group of selected countries. Results of the empirical analysis shows that the exchange between countries is based on principles of thermodynamics and that developed countries generate more profits and benefits from exchange.

Inclusive growth requires high levels of trust, both among individuals and in institutions, and trust is shaped by a variety of factors, including the distribution of income and wealth. This is problematic when that distribution is not perceived as legitimate. Latin America and the Caribbean has traditionally been a highly unequal region. Inequality might be associated with lower trust because it reflects an unequal distribution of power, as those at the top can use the states coercive power to benefit themselves at the expense of others. Inequality nonetheless tends to be wrongly estimated, as most people do not accurately estimate their countrys income and wealth distribution, or their position within.

<p>This paper generalizes the dynamic growth model with interactions between fashion, economic growth and income and wealth distribution recently built by Zhang (2016). The modelling of fashion and preference change is inspirited by the economic model of fashion recently published by Giovinazzo and Naimzada (2015). This study introduces fashion into neoclassical growth theory. The original model is based on some ideas in the literature of economics of fashion. This study generalizes Zhang’s model by making all the time-independent parameters as time-dependent parameters. We simulate the motion of the economic system. We carry out comparative dynamic analysis with regard to periodic perturbations in some parameters. We show how exogenous period changes in these parameters lead to business cycles. </p>

We study a dynamic version of Meltzer and Richard's median-voter model of the size of government. Taxes are proportional to total income, and they are redistributed as equal lump-sum transfers. Voting takes place periodically over time, and each consumer votes for the tax rate that maximizes his equilibrium utility. We calibrate the model to U.S. data. Key elements in the calibration are the income and wealth distribution and the parameters governing the leisure and consumption choices. The total size of transfers predicted by our political-economy model is quite close to the size of transfers in the data. (JEL E60, H11, P16)

This study introduces some new perspectives of bureaucratic corruption into the dynamic general equilibrium theory recently proposed by Zhang. The main concern of our study is the role of corruption on economic growth and income and wealth distribution between the officials and workers. The economy is composed of the industrial sector and public sector. The population is classified into officials and workers. Corruption takes places through many channels. Officials take brides from producers and households. The model describes dynamic interactions of growth, corruption with fixed tax rate and corruption rates. We simulate the model to demonstrate existence of equilibrium and motion of the dynamic system. We also examine effects of changes in different parameters on the motion of the economic system.

The paper studies the problem of raiders activity on the market for corporate control. This activity is considered as a product of coercive entrepreneurship evolution. Their similarities and sharp distinctions are shown. The article presents the classification of raiders activity, discribes its basic characteristics and tendencies, defines the role of government in the process of its transformation.

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam which has a function of faith, social and economic functions. Muslims who can pay zakat are required to give at least 2.5 per cent of their wealth. The problem of poverty prevalent in disadvantaged regions because of the difficulty of access to information and communication led to a gap that is so high in wealth and resources. The instrument of zakat provides a paradigm in the achievement of equitable wealth distribution and healthy circulation. Zakat potentially offers a better life and improves the quality of human being. There is a human quality improvement not only in economic terms but also in spiritual terms such as improving religiousity. This study aims to examine the role of zakat to alleviate humanitarian issues in disadvantaged regions such as Sijunjung, one of zakat beneficiaries and impoverished areas in Indonesia. The researcher attempted a Cibest method to capture the impact of zakat beneficiaries before and after becoming a member of Zakat Community Development (ZCD) Program in material and spiritual value. The overall analysis shows that zakat has a positive impact on disadvantaged regions development and enhance the quality of life of the community. There is an improvement in the average of mustahik household incomes after becoming a member of ZCD Program. Cibest model demonstrates that material, spiritual, and absolute poverty index decreased by 10, 5, and 6 per cent. Meanwhile, the welfare index is increased by 21 per cent. These findings have significant implications for developing the quality of life in disadvantaged regions in Sijunjung. Therefore, zakat is one of the instruments to change the status of disadvantaged areas to be equivalent to other areas.
