Background: A physician offers treatments to prevent, treat, and manage sickness and to maintain mental and physical well-being. According to the World Health Organization, health care includes all raw materials and services aimed to enhance health, including "preventative health, therapeutic, and supportive interventions, either aimed to people either to nations." Stem cell is one of the innovations of health care industry. Stem cells are used to treat over 130 diseases throughout the world, and more than 500 clinical trials are ongoing to develop stem cell treatments. Henceforth, this paper aim is to enhance the stem cell role in health care industry and to find the health professional attitude towards stem cell management. Methods: For the study purpose both primary and secondary data are used. The cross sectional study conducted among 140 doctors of the Delhi-NCR for the primary data. The secondary data collected from records of the WHO, various journals, scientific study and clinical trials. The data were analysis by the using the correlation and t-test by SPSS 21 software to find the attitude of doctors towards stem cell management. Results: The study found that 97% of doctors are aware about the stem cell and 86% doctors have knowledge about the sources of stem cell and only 25% doctors collect the stem cell from umbilical cord. The study determine that the attitude of the health professional are positive towards stem cell management in India and they need government takes necessary action to developed the stem cell management for better health sector in India. Conclusions: Thus it can be concluded that with the increases of the cases the scientists try to find the use of stem cell in the treatment of various diseases. It does clearly indicate that stem cell boost the immune system. The data analysis of the study confirms that doctors in India have a positive view toward stem cell management. As a result, if sufficient initiative is made by healthcare professionals and the government, stem cell management has a wide range of adoption and acceptance opportunities.

The usage of the portable electronic devices such as the smartphones and handheld tablets has increased over the years, and this is true in the health-care industry also. This is because of the development of various patient management softwares. The use of apps to manage, educate, and inform patient is not uncommon among orthodontists nowadays. The aim of this article was to review the various apps available on the Google Play Store and iOS Apple Store for orthodontists and patients. Four smartphones using orthodontically relevant keywords such as orthodontics, orthodontists, and braces were searched and reviewed in detail. Out of the 354 orthodontically relevant apps available in both Android and Apple operating systems, the apps could be categorized as orthodontist-related apps or patient-related apps. Under these categories they could be further classified as practice managements apps, patient education apps, model analysis apps, tooth material calculators, patient reminder apps, etc.

By drawing on a wide range of material, a picture emerges of extensive abuse, discrimination, and exploitation of women and ethnic minorities at the hands of the American health industry. The numbers of minorities and women in professional schools and among the “elite” strata of the industry remain disproportionately low. As patients, they receive often inferior, insensitive treatment. Overall, there is a remarkable similarity in the situation of women and minorities, a condition which reflects the pervasiveness of racism and sexism in American institutions and ideologies.

A biosensor is a device that is made up of transducer and biological elements [1-3]. The biological elements can be proteins, enzymes or antibodies [1]. The biological elements interact with the analyte which convert the biological response to an electrical signal. So usually biosensor consists of a biological component (acting as a sensor) and an electrical component (for detecting and transmitting the signal). Biosensors have a wide range of applications in different areas of science such as health care industry, clinical analysis and diagnosis of disease and agriculture [4]. In particular, there is a growing interest to prepare bio-sensor using different types of nanomaterials such as gold nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, quantum dots, etc. [4].In the current proposal, we plan to prepare a low cost protein-sensor using polymeric stimuli-responsive nanoparticles based on diffraction principle. Moreover, this sensor will have a switchable functionality towards pH, temperature and electric field and also can be used with high accuracy of proteins detection based on a simple diffraction principle in the visible region. Since the awareness regarding health and wellbeing is increasing day by day in the global population, the use of biosensors in diagnostics is also simultaneously growing. Thus we believe that our proposed protein sensor based on diffraction principle will also have a popular demand in health care industry.

BACKGROUND As the world continues to advance technologically, social media (SM) is becoming an essential part of billions of people’s lives worldwide and is affecting almost every industry imaginable. As the world is becoming more digitally oriented, the health care industry is increasingly visualizing SM as an important channel for health care promotion, employment, recruiting new patients, marketing for health care providers (HCPs), building a better brand name, etc. HCPs are bound to ethical principles toward their colleagues, patients, and the public in the digital world as much as in the real world. OBJECTIVE This review aims to shed light on SM use worldwide and to discuss how it has been used as an essential tool in the health care industry from the perspective of HCPs. METHODS A literature review was conducted between March and April 2020 using MEDLINE, PubMed, Google Scholar, and Web of Science for all English-language medical studies that were published since 2007 and discussed SM use in any form for health care. Studies that were not in English, whose full text was not accessible, or that investigated patients’ perspectives were excluded from this part, as were reviews pertaining to ethical and legal considerations in SM use. RESULTS The initial search yielded 83 studies. More studies were included from article references, and a total of 158 studies were reviewed. SM uses were best categorized as health promotion, career development or practice promotion, recruitment, professional networking or destressing, medical education, telemedicine, scientific research, influencing health behavior, and public health care issues. CONCLUSIONS Multidimensional health care, including the pairing of health care with SM and other forms of communication, has been shown to be very successful. Striking the right balance between digital and traditional health care is important.

Breast cancer is a major global health problem and major cause of mortality. Although mortality trends are declining in high-income countries, trends are increasing in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Addressing global breast cancer research is a challenging endeavor, as notable disparities and extremely heterogeneous realities exist in different regions across the world. Basic global cancer health care needs have been addressed by the World Health Organization’s (WHO) proposed list of essential medicines and by resource-stratified guidelines for screening and treatment. However, specific strategies are needed to address disparities in access to health care, particularly access to new therapies. Discussions about global research in breast cancer should take into account the ongoing globalization of clinical trials. Collaboration fostered by well-established research organizations in North America and Europe is essential for the development of infrastructure and human resources in LMICs so that researchers in these countries can begin to address regional questions. Specific challenges that impact the future of global breast cancer research include increasing the availability of trials in LMICs, developing strategies to increase patient participation in clinical trials, and creation of clear guidelines for the development of real-world evidence-based research. The main objective of this review is to encourage the discussion of challenges in global breast cancer research with the hope that collectively we will be able to generate workable proposals to advance the field.

Taking into the account about the rigorousness of COVID-19, and in the spark of the enormous dedication of several dental associations, it is essential to be enlightened with the recommendations to supervise dental patients and prevent any of education to the dental graduates due to institutional closure. One of the approaching expertise that combines technology, communications and health care facilities are to refine patient care, it’s at the cutting edge of the present technological switch in medicine and applied sciences. Dentistry has been improved by cloud technology which has refined and implemented various methods to upgrade electronic health record system, educational projects, social network and patient communication. Technology has immensely saved the world. Economically and has created an institutional task force to uplift the health care service during the COVID 19 pandemic crisis. Hence, the pandemic has struck an awakening of the practice of informatics in a health care facility which should be implemented and updated at the highest priority.

BACKGROUND Western world health care systems have been trying to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in order to respond properly to the aging of the population and the epidemic of noncommunicable diseases. Errors in drugs administration is an actual important issue due to different causes. OBJECTIVE Aim of this study is to measure interest in online seeking medical errors information online related to interest in risk management and shift work. METHODS We investigated Google Trends® for popular search relating to medical errors, risk management and shift work. Relative search volumes (RSVs) were evaluated for the period November 2008-November 2018 all around the world. A comparison between RSV curves related to medical errors, risk management and shift work was carried out. Then we compared world to Italian search. RESULTS RSVs were persistently higher for risk management than for medication errors during the study period (mean RSVs 74 vs. 51%) and RSVs were stably higher for medical errors than shift work during the study period (mean RSVs 51 vs 23%). In Italy, RSVs were much lower than the rest of the world, and RSVs for medication errors during the study period were negligible. Mean RSVs for risk management and shift work were 3 and 25%, respectively. RSVs related to medication errors and clinical risk management were correlated (r=0.520, p<0.0001). CONCLUSIONS Google search query volumes related to medication errors, risk management and shift work are different. RSVs for risk management are higher, are correlated with medication errors, and the relationship with shift work appears to be even worse, by analyzing the entire world. In Italy such a relationship completely disappears, suggesting that it needs to be emphasized by health care authorities.
