THE FAMILY ORIENTATION IN THE PREVENTION OF SEXUAL ABUSE TO CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS ABSTRACT This paper addresses the issue of sexual abuse of children and adolescents and the importance of family guidance in the prevention of this abominable evil that strikes with great force a vulnerable population of society. It includes an analysis of historical data on the origins of this practice up to the incidence of cases that are currently revealed in the Ecuadorian reality, above all. It reflects on the worrying increase of cases that come to public light, as well as those that are not exposed and that are part of a hidden statistic, but that constitute a latent reality that urgently needs to be addressed. At present, in a high index of families, there is very little dialogue about prevention of sexual violence against children and adolescents, largely due to taboos, fears and cultural idiosyncrasies and lack of training, so it is concluded that, after a greater intervention Through technical processes, family counseling could be a key process to reduce this abominable social practice. KEYWORDS: Family orientation; sexual abuse; violation; vulnerable population.

The aim of this article is to analyze the history of the educational system for people with disabilities in Japan, which has changed enormously over the centuries. At first, it was the responsibility of the family to care for a child with a disability, who was often stigmatized and deprived of any form of education, as was the family itself, which was often stigmatized for the mere fact of having a child with special needs. The situation changed only at the end of the 19th century due to establishing foreign contacts with other countries. It was thanks to them that Japan started implementing education for children with disabilities. At first special schools for blind and deaf children were established. At the very end, children with intellectual disabilities were included in special education. Starting from 2006, mainly thanks to education reform, children with disabilities are to integrated with peers and placed in mainstream schools. Statistical data, government documents, legislative documents and school curricula will be used in this article.

Using GLOBE classification and findings, this paper compares the family characteristics and work cultures of family businesses in Anglo, Germanic, and Nordic cultures. Results indicate differing patterns in terms of the involvement of the family in the family business and other key organizational dimensions. While all three regions share their weak family orientation, the Nordic and Germanic regions share stronger future orientation and uncertainty avoidance. The Anglo and Germanic regions share stronger performance orientation and the Nordic region stands out for its low power distance and low assertiveness. Overall, the characteristics of family businesses in the three regions may be associated with the distinctive regional cultures suggesting support for the presence of culturally implicit theories in the family business characteristics.

In the multi-project resource conflicts exist in the application of standard genetic algorithm fitness function exist "premature" problem, Genetic algorithm can not find the convergence of these issue. Based on the above issues ,an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) are appropriate, From the fitness function, mutation and selection methods to improve two aspects are described, the Improved genetic algorithm for simple genetic algorithm has the advantage of generations of each evolution, offspring parent always retains the best individual to the "high-fitness model for the ancestors of the family orientation" search out better samples, and verified through experiments the effectiveness of the algorithm

The premise of this article is that to understand how family affects business, the issue of how individual family members relate to the family must also be addressed. To that end, we propose family orientation (FO) to assess the extent to which individuals perceive and value family involvement. Drawing on the family therapy literature, including Bowen's family systems theory and contextual family therapy, we identify and develop five dimensions of FO—tradition, stability, loyalty, trust, and interdependency. We also discuss factors that might affect an individual's FO score, how FO might enhance understanding of other family business processes and practices, and future research directions.
