The purpose of this research article was to propose development of academic administration graduate in Faculty of Education Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Mixed methods research with three steps was conducted. Step 1 was to study academic administration graduate in Faculty of Education Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University using documentary study and interview 15 administrators and lecturers. Step 2 was to study the process of academic administration graduate using seminar with 12 experts. Step 3 was to develop and evaluate process of academic administration graduate using focus group discussion with 5 experts, and evaluated by conducting try out in Faculty of Education. There were 30 administrators and lecturers as a target group and were selected by purposive sampling. Research results indicated that process of academic administration graduate in Faculty of Education Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University was eight methods of administration (Atthavithi) which consisted of 1) curriculum administration, 2) learning process management, 3) educational media, innovation and technology administration, 3) management of learning sources, 5) learning assessment, 6) educational supervision, 7) research for educational quality development, and 8) quality assurance system. Evaluation results for process of academic administration graduate in Faculty of Education Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University was shown overall at the highest level

This research work presents the reliability assessment of electrical load distribution system in Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Warri using the Analytical method and ETAP software as the simulation tool to run the reliability assessment of the System. The analytical analysis was conceded out by using August 2018 – August 2019 historical data of Tetfund Classrooms Blocks, Hostels, College of Technology, Administration Block, Health Center, and College of Science Feeder obtained from the Benin Electricity Distribution Company [BEDC]. The results conceded revealed that College of Technology Injection Substation is the most reliable in the distribution network when compared to the other five substations around the institution premises as it recorded system indices of ASAI: 99.30, SAIFI: 1.10, SAIDI: 55.35, CAIDI: 123.04 in August 2018 to August 2019. Nevertheless, the total reliability indices of the six substations under investigation as obtained from the analysis, and it shows that availability of power to FUPRE distribution is very poor as compared with the benchmark of IEEE ASAI of 99.99 for distribution substation availability.

Evidencia a ausência de interdisciplinaridade entre a Biblioteconomia e Tecnologia da Informação (TI), no que tange tratamento de acervos digitais e híbridos, bem como a necessidade da participação do bibliotecário em projetos de softwares livres para bibliotecas. Aponta as mazelas relacionadas à aquisição de softwares proprietários pelas bibliotecas. Defende a redefinição de metodologias acerca das técnicas de indexação e a necessidade da ruptura contemplativa na postura do bibliotecário; o que agilizaria e modificaria processos, contribuindo na tomada de decisão em busca do tratamento e da qualidade na disseminação e recuperação da informação. It defends the redefinition of methodologies concerning the indexing techniques and the need of the thoughtful rupture in the librarian's posture; what would activate and modify processes, contributing to the decision making in search of the treatment and quality in the dissemination information retrieval.
