Temporary work is an alternative to providing the activity and procuring external, current labor force, more and more common in the countries of the European Union, including Romania. The alternative of such work is beneficial to all parties involved in the triangular employment relationship: the temporary work agent, the temporary employee and the user of the temporary workforce. This article proposes a brief presentation of some theoretical aspects related to temporary work (the importance of temporary work in today's society, the Community and national legislative framework, the actors of the temporary work relationship and the relationship between them, such as listing the conditions and authorization of the employee temporary in Romania) followed by an analysis on the evolution of employment agents registered in Romania in the period 2007-2021.

Abstract The article considers the development of a software and hardware system to study the impedance dispersion of biological fluids and tissues using an alternating signal generated and received by SensorDaq and LabView software. The design and development of the impedance measurement software and hardware system are described in detail. The impedance and capacitance values of the biological object were obtained when scanning at various frequencies and temperatures corresponding to different object conditions. The results of the system testing are shown, and the conclusions on the interaction nature of biological tissue and an external current are drawn.

It is important to investigate the firing activities of neurons, and previous experimental works have shown that fractional-order neuronal models depict the firing rate of neurons more verifiably. In this study, a modified fractional-order Hindmarsh–Rose neuronal model is proposed, and the dynamics and firing activities are investigated. Some novel phenomenon can be found. First, by analyzing numerically and theoretically, the Hopf bifurcation is found to occur when the external direct current stimulus is chosen appropriately. The effects of fractional-order on the bifurcation are also studied. Second, when injecting a direct current stimulus, compared with the integer-order model, the system has more varying dynamic behaviors and firing pattern transitions. Under different external current stimulus, periodic firing patterns and chaotic firing patterns occur when fractional-order changes, but the regions of chaotic firing patterns are different. In other words, the transition mode of periodic firing and chaotic firing induced by fractional-order is different under different external current stimulus. The two-dimensional colored diagram of firing patterns is also investigated. Finally, when injecting periodic current stimulus, regular/irregular bursting, multiple spiking, regular\irregular square wave bursting, and mixed firing mods are found by setting the appropriate fractional-order, amplitude, and frequency of the external current stimulus. Some firing patterns cannot be found in integer-order models. When the amplitude is chosen at appropriate values, the region of frequency when the system displays the mixed firing modes decreases with increasing fractional-order.

A composite of hemoglobin/polyaniline was prepared. The chemical structure of this obtained composite was confirmed using infrared absorption spectroscopy measurement. The luminol reaction of the composite manifested chemical emissions from the composite. Furthermore, electrochemical transistors using the composite were created. The hemoglobin/polyaniline-based electrochemical transistor could switch to external current flow via an electrochemical reaction. The color of the transistor surface changed from green to red upon applying electrochemical potential.

The synchronization between two coupled FitzHugh-Nagumo (FHN) neurons with or without external current is studied by using the Laplace transform and the Adomian decomposition method. Different from other researches, the synchronization error system is expressed as sets of Volterra integral equations based on the convolution theorem in the Laplace transform. Then, it is easy to analytically obtain the conditions that synchronization errors disappear based on the successive approximation method in integral equation theorem, the correctness of which is verified by numerical simulations. Furthermore, the synchronous dynamics of the two coupled FHN neurons also can be written in the form of Volterra integral equations, which is more convenient to analytically solve by using the Adomian decomposition method. It is found that the occurrence of synchronization between the two FHN neurons only depends on the coupling strength and is irrelevant to the external current. Only synchronous rest state in the two FHN neurons without external current can be achieved, while synchronous spikes appear if the external current is not zero.

This thesis concerns the proving of nullity of a marriage on the ground of force and fear. According to can. 1103 Code of Canon Law 1983, force and fear should be characterized as: grave, external, current, and coercive to enter undesirable marriage. Regarding the rulings of the Roman Rota, an important symptom is an aversion to the prospective spouse or to the project of marriage with this person. It is also important to consider the fear of respect, which is the type of fear specified by the Roman Rota. To declare the nullity of a marriage, a judge should obtain a moral certitude, which excludes the rational possibility of proving the opposite. For this purpose, the judge uses the evidence prescribed by law, which are: statements of the parties, documents, expert witness evidences, a local vision and inspection of things. The judge evaluates the evidence based on the criteria for statutory assessments of evidence and reconstructs the facts regarding the contested marriage. The court case ends with a final judgment in which the judge provides the reasons for the decision based on the reconstructed facts. An analysis of the verdicts of the Metropolitan Tribunal of Cracow for the diocese of Bielsko-Żywiec in 1992–2017 has revealed a demand to increase the value of the expert witness evidences and the value of applying the pastoral investigation postulated by Pope Francis.

In this paper, a modified Hindmarsh–Rose neuron model is presented, which has a fractional-order threshold magnetic flux. The dynamics of the model is investigated by bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents in two cases of presence and absence of the external electromagnetic induction. Then the emergence of the spiral waves in the network of the proposed model is studied. To find the effects of different factors on the formation and destruction of spiral waves, the external current, the coupling strength and the external stimuli amplitude are varied. It is observed that all of these parameters have significant impacts on the spiral waves. Furthermore, the external electromagnetic induction influences the existence of spiral waves in specific external current values.
