FAKTOR PENYUMBANG MASALAH PENGAJARAN DAN PEMUDAHCARAAN BAHASA TAMIL DAN CARA PENYELESAIANNYA DI SEBUAH SEKOLAH RENDAH ANTARABANGSA

Tamil language is one of the subjects offered by government schools as well as international schools in Malaysia. This study was conducted to examine the problems faced by students and teachers in learning and facilitation Tamil language in an international school. There are two objectives of the study in this study which is to examine the problems faced by students in an international primary school in learning and facilitation Tamil language and to identify the problems faced by teachers in an international primary school in learning and facilitation Tamil language. This study was conducted in an international primary school in Klang, Selangor. This study was conducted with the qualitative use of hermeneutic methods. Document analysis was used as a research instrument to collect and analyse data using daily lesson plans (RPH). The results of this study indicate that unplanned daily lesson plans, unclear content and inappropriate learning objectives were obtained from document analysis. This study can identify the problems faced by students and teachers should be curbed in an effective way. The problems studied in this study can help identify the solution to conduct effective Tamil language learning and facilitation in international primary schools.

7th Session of the International School of Feed

On July 5-10, 2021 in Odessa, the Seventh Session of the International School of Feed "The art of improving the technology, safety and quality of compound feed" was already held with great success. The organizer of the event was the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, the Association "Union of Ukrainian Feed Producers", with the support of the "Club of Young Scientists ONAFT".

PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA BERBASIS TEKS PADA SISWA KELAS XI SEKOLAH INTERNASIONAL BUKIT SION

This study aims to describe the application of text-based learning to class XI students at Bukit Zion International School. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The informants in the study were Indonesian language teachers who taught in class XI and students. Data collection is done by analyzing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), observing its implementation and interview. The approach is carried out in the context of online learning. The results showed a discrepancy between the time allocation contained in the lesson plans and the actual learning that had been carried out in class. After being confirmed, the teacher stated that the core activities lacked time so that the reviews given by the teacher after the students' presentations were not in-depth. This is because learning is done online. Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teks pada siswa kelas XI Sekolah Internasional Bukit Sion. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian yaitu guru Bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas XI dan siswa. Penggumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), mengamati implementasinya dan wawancara. Penerapan pendekatan dilaknsaka dalam konteks pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian antara alokasi waktu yang terdapat pada RPP dengan pembelajaran sebenarnya yang telah dilakukan di kelas. Setelah dikonformasi guru menyatakan bahwa pada kegiatan inti kekurangan waktu sehingga ulasan yang diberikan oleh guru setelah siswa presentasi kurang mendalam. Hal ini disebabkan karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah pada Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional

This study aims to increase the quality of leadership according to the context in the field, especially in the standard of international school leadership. The research method uses a qualitative research type, with the data source used is literature both in books and journals. The results showed that there was a weak but influential relationship between the School Principal's leadership on school quality its self. There is a weak but significant and influential relationship between teacher performance and school quality. Simultaneously, School Principal's leadership and teacher performance have a weak but significant relationship, and both have a positive effect on school quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan sesuai dengan konteks di lapangan khususnya dalam kepemimpinan pada sekolah bertaraf Internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa literatur baik dalam buku maupun jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun berpengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan dan berpengaruh antara kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu sekolah.
