Abstract This action research aims to improve the academic supervision competency of madrasa principals through technical guidance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was carried out in January s.d. May 2021. The Action Research involved four heads of Madrasah Aliyah in Central Jakarta as participants, researchers as mentors, and three observers. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, filling out questionnaires, and document assessment. The research data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and verification, accompanied by a description of quantitative data on test results, process assessment, and document assessment. Actions are carried out in two cycles. The results of observations showed an increase in online mentoring participation from 75% in the first cycle to 87.5% in the second cycle; there was an increase in the ability of madrasah principals in preparing academic supervision from 72% in the first cycle to 92.5% in the second cycle; the increase in knowledge about academic supervision increased from 73.25 before the action to 83 after the action, and improvement in  the ability of the head of madrasah to prepare reports on academic supervision reached a score of 92.5%% at the end of the activity. Based on this research, it can be concluded that online technical guidance during the Covid-19 pandemic can improve the ability of madrasa principals to carry out academic supervision.   Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan kepala madrasah melaksanakan supervisi akademik pada masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pendampingan daring. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari s.d. Mei 2021. Penelitian Tindakan melibatkan empat kepala Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Jakarta Pusat sebagai peserta pendampingan, peneliti sebagai pendamping, dan tiga observer. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, pengisian kuesioner, serta penilaian dokumen. Data penelitian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi, dilengkapi deskripsi data kuantitatif hasil tes, penilaian proses, dan penilaian dokumen. Tindakan dalam bentuk pendampingan daring dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan pertisipasi pendampingan daring dari 75% pada siklus-I menjadi 87,5% pada siklus-II; terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam menyusun program supervisi akademik dari 72% pada siklus-I menjadi 92,5% pada siklus-II; kemampuan kepala madrasah menyusun laporan supervisi akademik mencapai skor 92,5%% di akhir kegiatan, dan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang supervisi akademik meningkat dari 73,25 sebelum tindakan menjadi 83 setelah tindakan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dapa meningkatkan kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik.

Abstract This study aims to describe the application of text-based learning to class XI students at Bukit Zion International School. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The informants in the study were Indonesian language teachers who taught in class XI and students. Data collection is done by analyzing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), observing its implementation and interview. The approach is carried out in the context of online learning. The results showed a discrepancy between the time allocation contained in the lesson plans and the actual learning that had been carried out in class. After being confirmed, the teacher stated that the core activities lacked time so that the reviews given by the teacher after the students' presentations were not in-depth. This is because learning is done online.   Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teks pada siswa kelas XI Sekolah Internasional Bukit Sion. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian yaitu guru Bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas XI dan siswa. Penggumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), mengamati implementasinya dan wawancara. Penerapan pendekatan dilaknsaka dalam konteks pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian antara alokasi waktu yang terdapat pada RPP dengan pembelajaran sebenarnya yang telah dilakukan di kelas. Setelah dikonformasi guru menyatakan bahwa pada kegiatan inti kekurangan waktu sehingga ulasan yang diberikan oleh guru setelah siswa presentasi kurang mendalam. Hal ini disebabkan karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring.

Abstract One of the problems with distance learning is the lack of student participation. Teachers must innovate teaching to overcome this participation. This study aims to determine the impact of using LEMKERTAS with the help of YouTube shows on increasing learning activity in math. This study uses a mix method with an explanatory sequential design. The research subjects were 22 students of class XI at MA AL Wathoniyah 43, North Jakarta in the odd semester of 2021/2022. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, observation sheets, and interviews. The results showed that the use of LEMKERTAS with the help of YouTube shows had an impact on increasing the activeness of learning Mathematics. Students become more active in asking, answering, arguing, discussing, and doing group assignments. Researchers recommend this method to be applied in other subjects.   Abstrak Salah satu masalah pada pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah minimnya partisifasi belajar siswa. Untuk mengatasinya guru harus melakukan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak penggunaan LEMKERTAS dengan bantuan tayangan YouTube terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar Matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix methode dengan rancangan explainatory sequential design. Subjek penelitian sejumlah 22 siswa kelas XI di MA AL Wathoniyah 43 Jakarta Utara pada semester ganjil tahun 2021/2022. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, lembar observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LEMKERTAS dengan bantuan tayangan YouTube berdampak pada peningkatan keaktifan belajar Matematika. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam bertanya, menjawab, berargumentasi, dan berdiskusi dan mengerjakan tugas kelompok. Peneliti merekmendasikan matode ini untuk diterapkan di mata pejaran lainnya.

Abstract This study aims to determine the impact MIKiR active learning method in training of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mathematics teachers training. The research is Pre experimental design using one class as an experiment without a control class with a sample of 30 people. The data collection methods are observation and test. Data were analyed through descriptive statistics. The results showed that after using the MIKiR methode the average score of affective is89.60, the average score of knowledge is 90.17 and the average score of skillsis 89.88. Overall, an average of 89.94 was obtained. Researcher recommends conducting further research to measure the effectiveness of the method. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran aktif MIKiR pada Pelatihan Guru Matematika Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan satu kelas sebagai eksperimen tanpa kelas kontrol dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode pengamatan dan tes. Tteknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan rata-rata dan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran aktif MIKiR berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi peserta pelatihan aspek sikap dengan rata-rata 89,60, pengetahuan dengan rata-rata 90,17 dan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 89,88. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata 89,94. Selanjutnta direkomendasikan untuk menguji metode ini secara experiment.

 Abstract In Raudhatul Athfal the role of the family is still very dominant. In this context, there is an interaction between the family and the teachers. Parenting is a method to build the interaction between them. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact Facebook as a parenting media in Raudhatul Athfal (RA). The research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that Facebook had not been used effectively as a parenting media at the Raudhatul Athfal. It is recommended to improve quality of activity, utilizing features more properly, improving content and follow-up activities with offline activity.   Abstrak Pada proses pendidikan di Raudhatul Athfal peran keluarga masih sangat dominan disbanding dengan tingkat pendidikan berikutnya. Pada konteks ini terjadi interaksi antara keluarga dengan guru. Parenting adalah upaya yang dapat menjembatani interaksi keduanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak pemanfaatan Facebook sebagai media parenting di Raudhatul Athfal (RA). Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Facebook belum dimanfaatkan sebagai media parenting di lembaga Raudhatul Athfal lakasi penelitian. Direkomendasikan agar optimalisasi pemanfaatan Facebook sebagai media parenting di bisa dilakukan melalui perbaikan pola kegiatan, pemanfaatan fitur, perbaikan konten dan tindak ditambahkan kegiatan tindak lanjut berupa parenting offline.

Abstract This study aims to describe demographic aspects of the Distance Training (PJJ) participants at the Balai DIklat Keagamaan Jakarta (Jakarta Religious Education and Training Office). The demographic aspect includes geography, age, gender, employment status, education level, employment rank, employment position, and work. For this purpose, ex post facto research has been carried out to analyze participants 2018 until 2021 data base downloaded from Learning Management System (LMS). The research was conducted in October and September. Descriptive statistic was used to see the demographic trends. The results showed that there were trends in the demographic aspect of the participants. Firstly, the number of PJJ participants has continued to increase in the last four years. Secondly, the highest number of participants came from DKI, Banten and West Kalimantan respectively. Thirdly participants age was mostly in the range of 40-50 years. Fourthly, PJJ participants were far more female than male. Fifth participants with an undergraduate education level were very dominant. Sixth, the number of PNS participants is much higher than non-PNS. Seventh, the most participants positions are orderly teachers, religion counselor, education supervisors, madrasah heads, penghulu and administrative officials. Eighth, the most PNS PJJ participants are group of III/c to III/d level. Nineth PJJ participants came from all offices but the most were from madrasahs. Researcher recommends conducting supporting research to explain the implied motives; and to consider findings to formulate policies on PJJ improvement program in the following year.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter demografi peserta Pelatihan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Jakarta. Karakter demogafi yang dimaksud adalah geografi, usia, jenis kelamin, status kepegawaian, tingkat pendidikan, pangkat, jabatan, dan instansi. Untuk tujuan tersebut telah dilakukan penelitian ex post facto dengan sumber data base peserta yang ada dalam Learning Management System (LMS) tahun 2018 sampai 2021. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Oktober dan September. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan statistik deskriptif sehingga terlihat kecenderungan-kecenderungan karakter demografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kecenderungan-kecenderungan pada aspek demografi peserta. Pertama jumlah peserta PJJ terus meningkat pada empat tahun terakhir. Kedua jumlah peserta terbanyak secara berurutan berasal dari DKI, Bantn dan Kalbar. Ketiga usia peserta terbanyak pada rentang 40-50 tahun. Keempat peserta PJJ perempuan jauh lebih banyak dari pada laki-laki. Kelima peserta dengan tingkat pendidikan S1 sangat dominan. Keenam jumlah peserta PNS jauh lebih banyak dari pada non-PNS. Ketujuh, urutan peserta terbanyak dari jabatan guru, penyuluh, pengawas, kepala madrasah, penghulu dan pejabat administratif. Kedelapan, golongan PNS terbanyak yang engikuti PJJ bergolongan III/c sampai III/d. Kesembilan asal peserta PJJ berasal dari seluruh instansi dan peserta terbanyak dari madrasah. Hasil penelitian baru menghasilkan data kuantitatif sehingga direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian pendukung agar dapat menjelaskan motif-motif yang tersirat. Meskipun begitu data-data kuantitatif sudah ada yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan untuk pertimbangan membuat kebijakan perbaikan penyelenggarakan PJJ di tahun depan.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to review the results of a survey conducted by LaKIP and PPIM from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as published in BBC Indonesia and Republika, regarding radicalism and intolerance in school. The method used is a literature review. The review concluded that the strategy anti-radicalism and intolerance can be done with two strategies. The first is a school cultural development strategy through collaboration in Wiyata Mandala program. The second, integrated learning strategies that integrate the five characters in every subject’s area. For the supervision and guidance of teachers in carrying out their profession as teachers, two strategies can be used. The first is the strategy for supervising teachers in carrying out their duties according to the discipline of civil servants regualtion. The second supervise, monitor and training for teachers.   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengomentari hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh LaKIP dan PPIM dari UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta seperti yang dimuat di BBC Indonesia dan Republika mengenai paham radikalisme dan intoleransi yang terjadi di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang membahas mengenai pendidikan karakter siswa dan karakter guru. Hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa strategi penanaman anti radikalisme dan intoleran dapat dilakukan dengan dua strategi. Pertama strategi pengembangan budaya melalui kolaborasi melalui pogram wawasan wiyata mandala.Kedua strategi pembelajaran terintegrasi yaitu guru mengajarkan nilai-nilai lima karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran yang diampunya. Untuk pengawasan dan pembinaan terhadap guru dalam menjalankan profesinya sebagai guru dapat dilakukan 2 strategi. Pertama strategi pengawasan guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya sesuai disiplin pegawai negeri. Kedua strategi pembinaan dengan menerapkan pembinaan melalui pendidikan dan latihan bagi guru.

Abstract This study aims to evaluate learning programs in public service training in work area at BDK Jakarta using the CIPP model of evaluation. Researcher's focus is 1) context evaluation: program suitability with learning needs and objectives, 2) input evaluation: learning citizens, tutors, funding, facilities and infrastructure, 3) process evaluation: learning activities, tutor activities, methods, learning materials and learning citizen participation, 4) product evaluation: achievement of goals and evaluation process. This research is an evaluative descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. The results showed that overall, the public service training at BDK Jakarta was good and in accordance with the stated objectives. Otherwise, researcher found that product evaluation was only done at the end of the course.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program pembelajaran pada pelatihan teknis pelayanan publik di BDK Jakarta dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Fokus peneliti adalah: 1) evaluasi konteks: kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan pembelajaran, 2) evaluasi masukan: warga belajar, tutor, pendanaan, sarana dan prasarana, 3) evaluasi proses: aktifitas warga belajar, aktifitas tutor, metode, materi pembelajaran dan partisipasi warga belajar, 4) evaluasi produk: ketercapaian tujuan dan proses evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pembelajaran pada pelatihan teknis pelayanan publik di wilayah kerja BDK Jakarta sudah bagus dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Ditemukan kekurangan pada pelatihan ini hanya pada evaluasi produk, yang evaluasinya hanya dilakukan pada akhir pembelajaran saja.

There are conflicts between husband and wife that are closed, and some are open, but the ends remain the same, many of which end in divorce. Therefore we need a concept that can be used as a guide to control, reduce, and or at least minimize the possibility of conflicts that can grow and or even those that have already emerged. The government has formulated this concept as an effort to create a prosperous family that is peaceful and happy. To minimize the possibility of domestic conflict, the ministry of religion initiated a program for the Sakinah family movement. The program was then followed up by education and training institutions (education and training) by training the supervisors of the Sakinah family movement from various sub-districts in Indonesia. The main target of the exercise is to disseminate multiple government programs. This paper uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique takes data from various digital literacy sources, while the data analysis technique uses deductive techniques. This paper was written to describe the concept of the sakinah family according to the government, in this case, the ministry of religion. The general conclusion of this study shows that the idea of the sakinah family is a happy family that interacts with a pattern of mutual need, love, and affection, standing on legal marriage, with the ability to carry out its obligations and rights, accompanied by adherence to religious teachings and state law. This concept is the knowledge that must be understood in depth, accompanied by a strong will to practice it and a maximum ability to implement it.

This research was conducted in class IX G MTs Negeri 1 Kota Serang with 28 students, nine male students, and 19 female students in the 1st semester of the 2015-2016 academic year. The stages are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting in each cycle, and this research was completed in two cycles. The research data obtained through observations by researchers is data on the results of learning the skills of passing big ball games obtained through performance from the psychomotor domain. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis using percentage techniques to see trends that occur in learning activities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model in improving basketball passing skills in the IX class of Penjas Orkes subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Serang semester 1 of the 2015-2016 academic year. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model can improve basketball passing skills in the IX class of Penjas Orkes subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Serang in the 2015-2016 academic year, where learning outcomes in the initial conditions are 67.86% or 19 students, at the end of the first cycle it became 78.57% or 22 students. Atat the end of the second cycle, it became 92.86% or 26 students.
