In this work, we consider the Darboux frame T , V , U of a curve lying on an arbitrary regular surface and we construct ruled surfaces having a base curve which is a V -direction curve. Subsequently, a detailed study of these surfaces is made in the case where the directing vector of their generatrices is a vector of the Darboux frame, a Darboux vector field. Finally, we give some examples for special curves such as the asymptotic line, geodesic curve, and principal line, with illustrations of the different cases studied.

Palmprint recognition has been comprehensively examined in the past couple of years and various undertakings are done to use it as a biometric methodology for various applications. The point of this study is to construct an effective palmprint recognition technique with low computational multifaceted nature and along these lines to expand the acknowledgment and precision. Since edges are free from distortion, they are very reliable and subsequently used for palm print recognition. The originality of the proposed technique depends on new area of interest (ROI) extraction took after by new principal line extraction and texture matching strategy. The new principal line extraction technique is created by using the Hessian matrix and Eigen value. The texture matching of the ROI is done using new 2-component partition method by segmenting the image into comparative and non-comparative edges. Examinations are finished on a database and exploratory results exhibit that the accuracy of the proposed method is comparable to past methods used for palmprint recognition.

Much work is done on Iris Recognition, since few years. Many cases discussed about performance in view of image capturing and recognition. Daugman work is the most important related to iris biometric in early research. It is fair to say, it is base model for iris biometric. Almost the available iris systems are based on this work. A palm print is image of the palm area of a hand. It is either an image taken online or offline. It is one of the most familiar and promising biometric model for personal identity verification. It is tough task to differentiate lines and wrinkles without explicit definition. depends on the thickness and position of some key points we can define principal lines. In our work, we are taken the principal line magnitude is less than or equal to 1. we cannot consider broken lines. If it is the case broken point is treat as last point

In order to achieve the remanufacturers and utility extension of the old heavy-duty machine tool, an adaptable design method of the heavy machine tool that oriented to the green remanufacturing is proposed in this paper. The guiding ideology of the adaptable design is integrated into the green design and product development. The present status of research at home and abroad is summarized, and then the existing problems are analyzed. Axiomatic design is introduced to be the research principal line and the four design domains are extended to five ones including regeneration domain. By full analysis, the three future research directions including the adaptable modular design, the adaptable platform design and the adaptable interface design of the heavy-duty machine tool, are proactively introduced.

Chongqing Chaotianmen Bridge is by far the world's largest three-span continuous half-through double-layer steel truss tied arch bridge. Risk evaluation and risk analysis are made to the bridge during construction period. At the same time, various measures are taken to avoid construction risks and accidents. The principal line of risk controls is clear with reasonable control measures. Chongqing Chaotianmen Bridge was completed and available for traffic on April 29, 2009, its various technical and quality indicators are in accordance with design and specifications.
