Based on the community discovery method in complex network theory, a power grid partition method considering generator nodes and network weightings is proposed. Firstly, the weighted network model of a power system is established, an improved Fast-Newman hierarchical algorithm and a weighted modular Q function index are introduced, and the partitioning algorithm process is practically improved combined with the characteristics of the actual power grid. Then, the partition results of several IEEE test systems with the improved algorithm and with the Fast-Newman algorithm are compared to demonstrate its effectiveness and correctness. Subsequently, on the basis of subnet partition, two kinds of network attack strategies are proposed. One is attacking the maximum degree node of each subnet, and the other is attacking the maximum betweenness node of each subnet. Meanwhile, considering the two traditional intentional attack strategies, that is, attacking the maximum degree nodes or attacking the maximum betweenness nodes of the whole network, the cascading fault survivability of different types of networks under four attack strategies is simulated and analyzed. It was found that the proposed two attack strategies based on subnet partition are better than the two traditional intentional attack strategies.

It is difficult to accurately classify a service into specific service clusters for the multirelationships between services. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a service partition method based on particle swarm fuzzy clustering, which can effectively consider multirelationships between services by using a fuzzy clustering algorithm. Firstly, the algorithm for automatically determining the number of clusters is to determine the number of service clusters based on the density of the service core point. Secondly, the fuzzy c -means combined with particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal cluster center of the service. Finally, the fuzzy clustering algorithm uses the improved Gram-cosine similarity to obtain the final results. Extensive experiments on real web service data show that our method is better than mainstream clustering algorithms in accuracy.

Kata kunci: Clustering; Jawa Timur; K-medoids; kemiskinan  K-Medoids Clustering Analysis Based on Poverty Indicators in East Java in 2020 ABSTRACT The existence of the pandemic COVID-19 in Indonesia has resulted in higher poverty in Indonesia, especially in East Java, which is one of the other provinces with high cases in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the grouping of regencies/cities in East Java that have similar characteristics based on the poverty indicators in 2020. This study uses data obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik. The method used is k-medoids clustering method which is a clustering partition method for grouping n objects into k clusters. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the grouping of the characteristics of each cluster formed based on the value of the poverty indicator in East Java in 2020 was 2 clusters. Where 30 regencies/cities in cluster 1 and and 8 regencies/cities in cluster 2. Cluster 1 has the characteristics of the percentage of households that have proper sanitation, life expectancy, and a high percentage of literacy rates aged 15-55 years. While cluster 2 has the characteristics of the percentage of poor households receiving Raskin, the percentage of poor people, and the percentage of per capita expenditure on food with high poor status. Keywords: Clustering; East Java; K-Medoids; poverty

Due to space constraints, some micro-assemblies and micro-operating systems cannot install sensors, so it is challenging to achieve closed-loop control. For this reason, a precision open-loop control strategy for piezoelectric actuators is proposed. Firstly, based on the PI model and the proposed threshold partition method, the hysteresis model of the piezoelectric actuator with rate-dependent and few operators is established. Then the hysteresis error of the piezoelectric actuator is compensated by the inverse model obtained. Secondly, the creep model of the logarithmic piezoelectric actuator with simple expression and few parameters is established. Then, a creep controller without demand inverse is designed to compensate for the creep error of the piezoelectric actuator. Finally, a ZVD (Zero Vibration Derivative) input shaping method with good robustness is given to eliminate the oscillation generated by the piezoelectric actuator under the action of the step signal. The experimental results show that the displacement error of piezoelectric actuator is reduced from −9.07 to 9.46 μm to −1.22 to 1.78 μm when the maximum displacement is 120 μm after hysteresis compensation; after creeping compensation, within the action time of the 1200 s, the displacement creep of the piezoelectric actuator was reduced from 5.5 μm before compensation to 0.3 μm; after the oscillation control, the displacement overshoot of the piezoelectric actuator is reduced to 0.6% of that before control.

In this study, system maintenance and production scheduling are jointly decided to solve the problems of resource idleness and time cost increase due to system maintenance in the processing of production scheduling. Based on the previous research on the integration of scheduling and maintenance of single machine and multi machine, considering the deterioration and economic dependence of each component in the system, a joint strategy of multi component condition-based maintenance combined with production scheduling is formulated. All the maintenance combinations and probability calculation formulas in the production scheduling process are developed using the deterioration state space partition method, and the probability density function and its numerical solution method are derived. A joint decision model is established to minimize the total weighted expected completion time. Finally, taking the KS5 adjustable multi axis tapping machine as an example, numerical experiments were conducted to verify the correctness of the proposed strategy and the established model.

Crude vinegar was prepared from Mikania micrantha plants using a steel kiln. The ether-extracted vinegar and acidic, phenolic, and neutral fractions were obtained by the partition method. The fundamental properties of crude vinegar, including its fractions applied to repel biting midges (Forcipomyia taiwana), were investigated. Results indicated that the crude vinegar had a moisture content of 91%, Gardner color value of 11.2, a reddish-brown color, specific gravity of 1.0164, pH of 5.36, organic acid content of 2.50%, and soluble tar content of 0.78%. In ether-extracted vinegar of M. micrantha, the acidic component was the major ingredient, followed by the neutral, phenolic, and nitrogenous components. The main organic compounds of the acidic, phenolic, nitrogenous, and neutral components were acetic acid, phenol, 3-pyridinol, and 2-furanmethanol, respectively. The results also demonstrated that the crude vinegar, ether-extracted vinegar, and the phenolic and neutral fractions effectively repelled biting midges, with absolute repellent times of 49, 87, 83, and 99 min, respectively. The repellent activity of ether-extracted vinegar and the phenolic and neutral fractions of M. micrantha vinegar on biting midges was higher than that of a commercial repellent agent (named Dinling) with absolute repellent time of 61 min.
