Z generation  is a generation that lives in the era of technology so that they are used to using technology in their daily lives, including mobile payments. This study was conducted to see the relationship between the variables contained in UTAUT 2 and additional variable trust with the desire to continuance use intention mobile payments. The UTAUT 2 variables used in this study are performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, facility conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habits and the additional variable used in this study is trust. Respondents involved in this study were Generation Z as many as 146 people, Generation Z is a generation that grew up in the midst of technological advances so that they are very accustomed to using technology and information systems including mobile payments. The variables of performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, facility condition, hedonic motivation, price value have no significant effect on the creation of generation z to continuance use intention mobile payments transactions. Meanwhile, habits and beliefs have a significant influence on making z intentions to reuse cellular payment transactions. This is because generation z is a millennial generation who is used to using technology such as mobile payment transactions, and feels confident that their mobile payment transactions can maintain privacy for their data.

The fitness sector has always been linked to the analysis of the loyalty of its consumers. Different studies have shown the importance of sports service and human resources for greater customer loyalty. However, few works have studied how the physical environment or servicescape influences the behavior of consumers in fitness centers based on gender and age. Therefore, the objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between servicescape and the loyalty of fitness center consumers, analyzing through the Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA) what the aspects to improve according to gender and age are. The sample was 10,368 fitness center customers (5864 women and 4504 men). After the IPMA, it was concluded that the main improvement margins in general in fitness centers were the equipment and the facility condition, and the facility layout. In turn, in relation to gender and age, the aspects with room for improvement were to a greater extent for equipment and facility condition in women over 21 years of age, and in facility layout for women between 21 and 40 years old and 51–60 years old. Regarding men, the aspects with the highest performance margins were the equipment and facility condition in all the age groups, the facility layout in men up to 50 years old, and the signage in men up to 40 years old and from 51 to 60 years old.

The professional restoration of an initially Catholic, and then, after an 18th-century reconstruction, Reformed, single-tower church of medieval origin, having mixed walls and an eclectic roof structure, following two consecutive, incorrect interventions. The technical condition of listed buildings is the indicator of their general structural condition. To assess errors and damage, I have compiled a new method that includes a sample to follow, as well as damage assessment tables, recommended procedures, and calculations. This calculation method shows the structural condition of listed buildings and the value of the approximate restoration costs. I present this procedure through the presently ongoing survey and restoration process of a listed building in Aiton, near Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania.

This study analyzes a skip-stop strategy considering four types of train choice behavior with smartcard data. The proposed model aims to minimize total travel time with realistic constraints such as facility condition, operational condition, and travel behavior. The travel time from smartcard data is decomposed by two distributions of the express trains and the local trains using a Gaussian mixture model. The utility parameters of the train choice model are estimated with the decomposed distribution using the multinomial logit model. The optimal solution is derived by a genetic algorithm to designate the express stations of the Bundang line in the Seoul metropolitan area. The results indicate the travel times of the transfer-based strategy and the high ridership-based strategy are estimated to be 21.2 and 19.7 min/person, respectively. Compared to the travel time of the current system, the transfer-based strategy has a 5.8% reduction and the high ridership-based strategy has a 12.2% reduction. For the travel behavior-based strategy, the travel time was estimated to be 18.7 minutes, the ratio of the saved travel time is 17.9%, and the energy consumption shows that the travel behavior-based strategy consumes 305,437 (kWh) of electricity, which is about 12.7% lower compared to the current system.

The walking facilities in Pasar Raya and Permindo corridor not using effectively. Uneffective is caution the facility condition still not representative of quantity or quality and supply of facilities unstandarize with pedestrian behavior. The objective research is analysis performance of the walking facilities on a long this corridor based characteristic pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers for facilhj supply. The Aproach metlwde in this research is: Identify pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers. Evaluation performaces walking facilities supply. Knowledge the demand side for quantity walking facilities by measurement pedestrian traffic flaws. Someone inffiuences of pedestrians behavior is follow; walking facility dimention must can be capacity walkers with together 2 to 3 persons or more, walkers do not like trade informal (PKL) on walking path (trotoar), walker will be change to roads, if walking path is inconnection, pedestrian not using zebra cross caution is the near path. Tize basic this variables and the supply facilities equal with satndarize, pedestrian areas must free of inconnecting and accessibility mobile in this area. Tiw big qonsequency in aplly this reseach of pedestrian facilities performance is take areas from people to increase dimention of trotoar for can be capasity of pedestrian traffic flows. Other analysis about increase capasity of pedestrian facility, special for supply unstandarized. Pedestrian facility influence of pedestrian desire, hope using facility walkers increase and central bussiness distric areas becomes high economic for Padang.Key Words: Performance, Pedestrian Facility and Central Bussiness Distric.

Measurement of performances in asset management is an enabling factor to define an effective strategy. The scope of this research concerns the investigation on the Facility Condition Index (FCI): one of the most common metrics related to the built environment. The research aims at providing a critical review concerning the FCI and its use. The research methodology has been developed according to three steps: bibliographic research, bibliometric analysis and critical review. Most of the sources agree that FCI provides a reliable economic measurement of maintenance needs, though it must be tied to a strong condition assessment methodology. Moreover, different methodologies for computation of the deferred maintenance and the current replacement value can be found in literature and many researchers emphasised the limits of FCI when dealing with components characterised by a considerable difference in replacement costs. In conclusion, FCI is included in the wider framework of asset management business process.

The purpose of this study is to determine the signs displaying the insulation ageing process and allow predicting the change in its technical condition under operation of traction motors in locomotives. In order to choose the indicators of the insulation condition, the methods of linear electrical circuits were used to analyze the equivalent scheme of frame insulation. In the equivalent scheme, the dielectric micro- and macro-heterogeneities were taken into account. The most informative parameters of the frame insulation ageing process are those related to absorption and resorption processes over time. The return voltage has been selected as the main characteristic to determine the indicators of insulation condition. The analytical dependences for determining the frame insulation condition indicators have been obtained different from those currently used in the diagnosis of electrical machines. The choice of indicators will allow predicting changes in the technical condition of frame insulation in operation. The studies will allow us to change the regular preventive maintenance technology to the maintenance based on the facility condition.
