Tirtonadi is the largest bus station in Surakarta City. The departure line is devided into two lines, namely west line and east line. The west line serves buses to the west of Surakarta City. The number of buses that enter and leave the station every day causes bus queues. Modeling the queue system and analyzing the system performance measure aims to determine wether the bus service system is good or not. The queue system model is obtained by finding the distribution of arrival patterns and service patterns using the Bayesian method. This method is used because it combines the information from the current research and the prior information from the previous research. The queueing condition of the five lanes in the west line meets steady state conditions because the utility value is less than 1. The queue displant is First Come First Service (FCFS) with unlimited customers and unlimited calling sources. Based on the posterior distribution, the queue system of service bus is (GAMM/IG/1):(GD/∞/∞) for Solo-Jakarta-Bandung lane and Pedesaan lane, while for Solo-Purwokerto-Cilacap, Solo-Yogyakarta, and Solo-Semarang has the queue system (GAMM/GAMM/1):(GD/∞/∞). The queue system of service bus for each lane has good services based on the value of system performance measure.

Chapter 4 introduces North Point Community Church, a congregation that is especially concerned about the declining church attendance of young adults, and regularly experiments with new, sometimes-controversial methods in an effort to make its services more appealing. This chapter parses North Point’s “sequentialist” understanding of progress. Sequentialists believe that Old Testament teachings—once a necessary part of God’s plan of salvation—cannot be “retrofitted” to be made compatible with New Testament doctrine. Similarly, the service patterns and musical repertoire that worked in previous decades must be replaced if a church hopes to be relevant to a new generation.

In this research, there are two main problems, namely: the service pattern of BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang as the quality of the community's economic improvement and the level of economic change concerning Rappang in the financing of BMT Ar-Rahmah to assess the point of satisfaction of its customers. This research describes the pattern or form of service implemented by BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang with the quality of improvement and economic change in the ummah; its purpose is to assess the point of customer satisfaction. In data collection, used library research methods and field research using interview observation techniques and documentation. The collected data were processed using the descriptive and inductive methods. The results showed that BMT Ar-Rahmah Rappang is a sharia microeconomic financial business institution that is trusted by the public. In an effort to maintain and maintain its existence in such a tight competition, BMT always tries to carry out its service functions properly through professional service patterns and Islamic ethics, with various forms of services including the provision of facilities and infrastructure, innovative financial products, and employee performance. So that customers are always satisfied, and its existence as an institution for economic empowerment of the people, especially the middle to the lower class, so that it grows and develops.

“Resource utilization” is the foundation of library services. This article analyzes the reasons of low utilization of library resources. Besides that, the existing resources are classified according to different genres. The methods of utilizing the existing resources in the library are also discussed. Based on the analysis, by optimizing the service patterns, the service reaches more targeted readers as well as improve the utilization rate of existing resources.

The Philippine Government has implemented community quarantine throughout the country to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic that has since profoundly affected the lives, health, and well-being of individuals, families, and communities. This has also created an impact on the practice of occupational therapy in the country as the pandemic presents occupational disruptions in the new normal. This paper summarizes the current conditions of the practice of occupational therapy in times of the unprecedented disaster highlighted by the COVID-19 crisis and the situation of practitioners and recipients of service across the regions of the country. Findings conclude that there are: (1) emerging delivery service patterns, (2) consequences of COVID-19 to therapists, and (3) insights moving forward.

Along with the times, transportation has progressed. Regarding the means of transportation, one of the phenomenon that is easily encountered in everyday life is the queue at public transportation facilities. One of the queues that occurred at public transportation facilities is  the train queue at Semarang Tawang Station. The number of trains that passes the station can cause the train service at the station busy. This study aims to see whether the train service system of Semarang Tawang Station is good or not. This can be consider by the queues method, determining the distribution of arrival patterns and service patterns to obtain a queues system model and a system performance standard. In this study, the distribution of arrival patterns and service patterns are determined by calculating the posterior distribution using the Bayesian method. The bayesian method was chosen because it is able to combine the sample distribution in the current study with the previous information for the same cases. The prior distribution and the likelihood function are the elements needed to obtain the posterior distribution. The distribution of arrival patterns and service patterns obtained from previous information follows the Poisson distribution. Based on the calculation of the posterior distribution, the result shows that the distribution of the arrival pattern is a discrete uniform distribution and the distribution of the service pattern is a Poisson distribution. The result shows that the train service system at Semarang Tawang Station has a model (Uniform Discrete / Gamma / 7: GD / ~ / ~) and has good service based on the performance values obtained.

Abstract Despite numerous anecdotal reports of poor quality and residential safety concerns in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), there is limited federal oversight of ALFs. Usually, state surveyors conduct inspections of ALFs for compliance with regulations and issue deficiency citations and/or fine non-compliant facilities. Florida is one of the few states that publicly releases inspections data. The aim of this study is to fill the gap in our understanding of ALF quality by examining the trends in deficiency citations in Florida. We obtain data on 1,047 ALFs with 25 or more beds operating in Florida between 2012-2018. We use descriptive methods to examine the trends in citations over time and further stratify by profit status. We also evaluate whether facilities get cited for the same deficiencies repeatedly. Every year, approximately, one third of the facilities were free of any deficiency citations. From 2012 to 2018, fewer facilities were cited for resident care and medication but more facilities were cited for training and staffing. Approximately 45.8% of not-for-profit and 35.1% of for-profit facilities were free of deficiency citations in 2018. A majority of facilities cited for a given deficiency were cited at least once again for that deficiency within the study period. Florida ALFs appear to be improving only in some deficiencies but getting worse in some other deficiencies. Furthermore, repeat citations are common suggesting that facilities fail to improve their care/service patterns to avoid repeat citations. More stringent regulations and stricter enforcements may deter facilities from repeat citations.
