The purpose of this study was to describe students' mistakes in solving story problems on the material of the three-variable linear equation system (SPLTV) based on the Newman procedure to minimize the occurrence of the same errors in the future. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were 25 students of class X SMAN 14 Bekasi. The test instruments used was 2 items in the description. In this study using errors according to Newman to analyze student errors. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the average error rate of students in answering SPLTV story questions was 34.4% and the remaining 65.6% of students could answer correctly and correctly. Of the two questions given, question number 1 had more percentage of students who made mistakes. There are various kinds of mistakes made by students, based on the error analysis according to Newman, there was a reading error of 0% because none of the students read the questions wrongly, the error in understanding was 30.23% because the students did not write known and asked, the transformation error was equal to 20.93% because the students were not able to transform the questions given into a mathematical form so they could not make mathematical models, 24.42% error in processing skills was due to the lack of students' accuracy in calculating which resulted in errors, and errors in writing the final answer of 24, 42% because the students were incomplete in making conclusions.

Fever is one of the symptoms of a person with Covid-19. Body temperature must be checked e before entering crowded areas such as schools, offices, shops, and hospitals. It is a mandatory protocol that must be done. One of the tools that can be used to check body temperature is a thermal camera. Thermal cameras have the disadvantage of a high temperature reading error. This is because the thermal camera used has a low resolution. This study aims to reduce the value of the temperature reading error on the thermal camera using the linear regression method. The linear regression method is able to reduce the error rate of temperature readings by 5.27% at 36 ° C reading. The reduction in reading error also occurred by 5.27% at 37 ° C and 6.44% at 38 ° C. Based on the results obtained, this study shows that linear regression can be applied to thermal cameras and provides a decrease in the error rate of temperature readings on thermal cameras

Conflagration is an unpredictable tragedy. It may occur whether in the woodland areas or in the residential areas. Typically, it would only be recognized if indeed the flames spread and the smoke intensified. This study aims to detect fires using the MQ-2 smoke sensor, DS18b20 temperature sensor, and fire sensor. Using Arduino Uno as the controller, this system’s output is in the form of an alarm buzzer, Short Message Service (SMS) information using SIM800L, and an automatic fire pump. This system operates to detect the temperature shifts, the smoke concentration and the existence of a fire point which triggers an alarm in the form of a siren if two out of the three sensors are activated. It, then, sends information by Short Message Service (SMS) and automatically triggers the pump as the result. The fire sensor can detect hotspots with a maximum distance of 80 cm and the DS18b20 temperature sensor has an average reading error of 0.27 ° C with a maximum reading error of 0.5 ° C. The MQ-2 smoke sensor can detect smoke where the change in smoke concentration is directly proportional to the sensor output voltage. There are three conditions to determine fire conditions, namely the temperature sensor reads more than equal to 55 ° C and the fire sensor is active, or the temperature sensor reads more than equal to 55 ° C and the smoke sensor reads more than equal to 1000 ppm, or the fire sensor is active and smoke sensor reads greater than equal to 1000 ppm.

In this paper, we report a novel and compact sensor based on an optic microfiber coupler interferometer (OMCI) for seawater salinity application. The OMCI device is fabricated by connecting Faraday rotating mirrors to the two out-ports of the microfiber coupler, respectively. The sensor signal processing is based on a wavelength demodulation technique. We theoretically analyze the sensing characteristics with different device structure parameters. Besides, the results show that the date reading error decreases with the thinner waist region and longer arm difference. Through the experiment, the reflection spectra red-shifted as the sea water salinity increased; the highest response sensitivity of the OMCI salinity sensor reached 303.7 pm/‰ for a range of 16.6–23.8‰, and the resolution was less than 0.03‰. This study provides a new technical solution for the development of practical optical fiber seawater salinity sensors.

The main aim of this study is to investigate reading error types, reading levels and reading speeds of students with special learning difficulties (SLD). A case study model was used in the research. The research was carried out with 34 students enrolled in Grades 3–8, who were diagnosed with SLD in Konya in the 2019–2020 academic year. In the data analysis, while ‘error analysis’ was used for reading error types, the formula Number of Words Correctly Read ÷ Total Word Number of Text × 100 was utilised to determine reading levels. As for the identification of reading rates, the number of words read correctly in one minute was determined. According to the results of the research, the error types displayed by the students with SLD in the texts that are suitable for the classes that they attend and in the texts that belong to lower grade levels than their actual grade levels were found to be misreading, hesitating while reading, repeating, omitting a sound/syllable/word or skipping a line, substituting a sound/syllable or a word, pausing while reading, correction and reversing sounds.   Keywords: Special learning difficulties, reading difficulty, reading error types, reading levels, case study.

The data collector to calculate the efficiency of the pure sine inverter DC to AC based on the level of efficiency, voltage and current stored automatically in Micro SD has been successfully designed. This data collector is built from the Arduino Nano (ATmega328) module as the controller and uses a Micro SD Card as a storage medium. The equipment storage results are displayed in real time using the RTC and LCD as a display medium for the measurement results of the voltage sensor and current sensor. The data logger is designed to be useful for storing data from the measurement results of the DC to AC inverter which consists of voltage, current and data collection time. The data every 16 seconds will be stored automatically on the Micro SD. The results of the reading error of the voltage sensor and current sensor are 1.088% and 1.72%, respectively. The results of the error reading the voltage sensor and current sensor are still precise, so the efficiency obtained in this study is 78.37%.
