This paper explores, by adopting a theoretical approach, if and how the knowledge sharing process between the generations involved in business succession is actually accomplished. This paper also highlights the negative consequences of overlooking knowledge sharing process. In spite of existing previous empirical findings, this paper suggests that small firm dimensions and everyday side-by-side working activities do not ensure effective knowledge sharing processes. Finally, this paper also provides insights in order to shift from the 'how' of the knowledge sharing process to the 'why' this process fails, suggesting both cognitive and cultural explanations.

The shortage of highly skilled carpenters is an obstacle to the conservation of Thai wooden heritage. This article aims to explore the development of the Thai carpentry education system in order to analyse its nature and propose an effective method for conserving traditional knowledge. This research is based on interviews with relevant parties who work closely with traditional Thai wooden construction. Documentary research is also utilized to supplement data obtained from fieldwork. The findings suggest that apprenticeships make up the largest part of a carpenter’s education. Although apprenticeships have transitioned from traditional to institutional, the essence of the education remains the same.

Why is Testimony important? The field of testimony is a sub-discipline of the study of epistemology, the study of how we come to know things. Existing literature on testimony mainly focuses on face-to-face interactions. However, online communications have become an integral part of our daily discourse. The purpose of this thesis is to develop an account of testimonial injustices in the context of online testimony. First I will examine cases of face-to-face epistemic injustice which result from failures of knowledge transmission in communicative acts. I will then outline cases of online epistemic injustice. This showcases differences between the kinds of epistemic injustices that can arise in online and in face-to-face contexts. My intention is to identify epistemic issues unique to online environments, with the overall objective to hold agents accountable for acts of epistemic harm, such as intentional misinformation or trolling. I will then be in a position to introduce key features of online testimony, and explain the significance of distinguishing online testimony as a space for shared knowledge from face-to-face testimony. Finally, I propose a viable framework for successful online testimony which holds agents accountable for epistemic harms.

The focus of the paper is Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication system that uses a wireless communication technology using a LED transmitter and therefore the vehicle will transmit the information continuously to the opposite vehicle ahead it using Head light. The data is stored within the Secure Digital Card in comma separated value for future reference just in case of emergency at the equivalent time the data’s are stored in the Cloud Server for Government Reference to locate the accident prone zones. The Light fidelity (Li-Fi) is that the newest technology within the field of wireless communication. As the number of users are increasing, the speed of knowledge transmission within the wireless network gets automatically decreased.
