Abstrak- Modal sosial mengacu pada sumber daya yang berasal dari hubungan sosial. Meskipun konsep modal sosial telah diterapkan pada tingkat analisis individu, kelompok dan organisasi, banyak peneliti yang belum sepenuhnya merangkul potensi modal sosial, hanya memahami fenomena manajemen dan organisasi. Bagi organisasi, pengetahuan memiliki peran penting untuk keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan dalam lingkungan yang kompetitif dalam globalisasi ini, organisasi perlu memberdayakan sumber daya manusianya sehingga karyawan perlu didorong untuk berbagi pengetahuan guna meningkatkan dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi yang dimilikinya. tercapai. Niat karyawan untuk berbagi pengetahuan adalah salah satu prediktor kuat dari perilaku berbagi pengetahuan karyawan yang sebenarnya. Maka untuk mengetahuinya dilakukan studi referensi melalui penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. isi yang digunakan untuk meneliti isi dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran bagi pengelola organisasi sumber daya manusia untuk memanfaatkan modal sosial yang dimiliki karyawan sehingga mampu mendorong sharing knowledge antar karyawan. Dengan demikian, kondisi organisasi akan semakin kuat dan tangguh dalam persaingan global.Kata Kunci :  Sosial Capital, Tujuan Organisasi, Competitive Advantage OrganisasiAbstract- Social capital refers to resources that come from social relationships. Although the concept of social capital has been applied at the level of the individual, group, and organizational analysis, many researchers have not fully embraced the potential of social capital, only understanding the phenomena of management and organization. For organizations, knowledge has an important role for success in achieving goals in a competitive environment in this globalization, an organization needs to empower their human resources so that employees need to be encouraged to share knowledge in order to increase and maintain the organizational competitive advantage that has been achieved. Employee intention to share knowledge is one of the strong predictors of actual employee knowledge-sharing behavior. So to find out this, conduct a reference study through descriptive qualitative research. The approach used in this research is content analysis. the content used to examine the contents of a document related to the research problem. So it is hoped that it will provide an overview for the manager of the human resource organization to take advantage of the social capital owned by employees so that they are able to encourage knowledge sharing among employees. Thus, organizational conditions will be stronger and more resilient in global competition.Keywords: Social Capital, Organizational Goals, Organizational Competitive Advantage

Cloud computing has recently been the buzz word that had changed the entire software industry with its PaaS, IaaS and SaaS architecture model. The legacy systems operational in the organizations across different industries have been using the database that had an overhead in terms of cost of data storage, runtime operation and frequent data maintenance. Cloud database concept had challenged the existing storage and operational norms of data. In the distributed environment, resources used in the cloud databases need to identify whether the requested data belongs to the data nodes of a cluster. With databases began to be ubiquitous, the data storage needed to satisfy heterogeneous data structures rather the unstructured data storage support is looked for. The Use of Bloom's filter for data membership identification is the novel approach and can effectively improve the resource organization strategy on cloud. Dynamic resource organization can further improve the query efficiency as well. The concern raised during this is the data privacy which can also be ascertain by maintaining the data access authority levels. Bloom filter uses less memory space against the large dataset to store it's information. A Bloom filter is proposed to be used to determine whether an element is part of a reference set. It is a very compact hash-based data structure with efficient look-up times and a manageable risk of giving false positives.

Augmented reality to qualify a new form of interaction between the user and the machine based on the association of real objects, from the user's environment, and virtual. In Morocco the use of this technology in the learning context remains in the embryonic phase that tries to overcome several issues (Profile of the designers, Users, and the learning scenario). Scripting is primarily a work of content design, resource organization, activity planning and mediations to induce and accompany learning. The integration of augmented reality (AR) requires the contribution of the different specialists who work on the design and realization of the scenario. While the CRMEF AR project. CRMEF is at the end of a first phase of development, this contribution answers the following research question: What are the steps of the scenario of learning with augmented reality? How to harmonize the mastery of data integration in scientifically validated 3D in the context of learning and the use of learners? For this purpose, the project aims to model and simplify the integration of AR in Regional Centers for Education and Training through anAR BANK OF OBJECTS validated by the National Scientific Committeein 3D format.

An accurate production plan saves money by reducing production costs and time. It helps to achieve the goal and generate the best production plan. The article addresses the problems of material resource organization in industrial, mining and processing enterprises, affecting production efficiency. Particularly the problems of planning and preparation of unit, serial and mass production in relation to specific products. Depending on the nature of material consumption (basic or auxiliary materials), different planning methods and techniques are used.

This study aims to identify the implementation of the Sustainable Cocoa Program in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, to identify the impact of the Sustainable Cocoa Program on the empowerment of cocoa farmers in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, to know and analyze the impact of the Sustainable Cocoa Program on strengthening farmer groups in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out by Majene Regency. The population in this study were all farmer groups that carried out a sustainable Cocoa Program, amounting to 25 farmer groups. The determination of the research sample used a purposive sampling method, namely choosing 2 farmers (1 administrator and 1 member) from each farmer group, so that the total sample was 50 farmers. Analysis of the data used descriptively to analyze the impact of the program on strengthening farmer groups, namely conducting an R-O-N analysis (Resource-Organization, and Norm). The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on training, mentoring, seedling assistance, and work wage assistance has made farmers more active in caring for their cocoa farming. The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on training activities is that respondents carry out fertilizing, planting, spraying, harvesting, pruning, and sanitation activities that are not in accordance with the training material. The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on seedling assistance is 7,404 trees / farmer groups and capital assistance for work wages is Rp. 5,665,000 / group. The ultimate goal of a sustainable cocoa program for strengthening farmer groups is no capital fertilization, active participation in counseling, active extension workers. Classroom skills, complete organization, existing functions and roles of administrators, mutual cooperation activities already in place and existing division of tasks in farmer groups.

Rumah Atsiri Indonesia merupakan wisata edukasi yang berada Dukuh Watusambang, Desa Pumbon, Kecamatan Tawangmangu, Kabupaten Karanganyar, berasal dari hasil restorasi Pabrik Minyak Atsiri “Citronella” Indonesia-Bulgaria tahun 1963. Rumah Atsiri Indonesia menginginkan suatu pengembangan yang baik untuk mencapai visi misi dan tujuannya sebagai ikon Desa Plumbon dan berperan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya Rumah Atsiri Indonesia memiliki permasalahan berupa keterbatasan lahan, hubungan yang kurang baik dengan masyarakat sekitar, dan pengolahan limbah yang kurang maksimal. Padahal arah dan ukuran keberhasilan pengembangan sangat ditentukan oleh kesinergian antar pihak pelaku pengembangan, hal ini sejalan dengan pendapat Penabulu Foundation Civil Society Resource Organization dalam bahasan isu strategis “Kemitraan Pemerintah–Swasta–Komunitas”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan observasi, study literature dan wawancara dilengkapi dengan sample questioner wisatawan yang dianalisa secara kuantitatif dan dideskripsikan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian berupa rekomendasi bagi Rumah Atsiri Indonesia terkait tahapan yang dilakukan dalam mencapai kerjasama yang dapat dilakukan, dan pemetaan sentalisasi kegiatan berdasarkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki Desa Plumbon. Kesimpulannya peran dan hubungan antara pembuat kebijakan (pemerintah), Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, dan masyarakat sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan tujuan dan arah pengembangan yang akan dilakukan.
