Abstract A significant part of the initial geological reserves of LLC “RN-Uvatneftegas” oilfields are concentrated in deposits with abnormally low reservoir properties (porosity, permeability). The organization strategy of pressure maintenance of such oilfields significantly affect to the economic profitability of the reservoir development. One of the major tasks to achieve this goal is to determine the perfect time for application injection wells in oil production before forming the pressure maintenance system. Often, the solution to this issue turns out to be labor-intensive. In this regard, the analytical tool has been developed that allows rapidly assess the perfect time for transferring wells to water injection for pressure maintenance forming. The developed tool is based on a statistical analysis of the decline rate of horizontal wells fluid rates at the RN-Uvatneftegas oilfields. And also a comparative analysis of the results of the developed tool and other existing methods was carried out. The analysis showed that the developed tool is distinguished by its accuracy, simplicity and efficiency of work.

Many single-celled eukaryotes have complex cell morphologies defined by cytoskeletal elements comprising microtubules arranged into higher-order structures. Trypanosoma brucei (T. brucei) cell polarity is mediated by a parallel array of microtubules that underlie the plasma membrane and define the auger-like shape of the parasite. The subpellicular array must be partitioned and segregated using a microtubule-based mechanism during cell division. We previously identified an orphan kinesin, KLIF, that localizes to the division plane and is essential for the completion of cytokinesis. To gain mechanistic insight into how this novel kinesin functions to complete cleavage furrow ingression, we characterized the biophysical properties of the KLIF motor domain in vitro. We found that KLIF is a non-processive dimeric kinesin that dynamically crosslinks microtubules. Microtubules crosslinked in an antiparallel orientation are translocated relative to one another by KLIF, while microtubules crosslinked parallel to one another remain static, resulting in the formation of organized parallel bundles. In addition, we found that KLIF stabilizes the alignment of microtubule plus ends. These features provide a mechanistic understanding for how KLIF functions to form a new pole of aligned microtubule plus ends that defines the shape of the new posterior, which is a unique requirement for the completion of cytokinesis in T. brucei.

The purpose of the article research of theoretical bases of personnel policy as bases of formation of innovative strategy in system of management of the organization, logical structuring of concept «personnel policy» and identification of personnel policy in modern practice of management of the organization. The research methodology consists in the use of analytical, logical, systematic methods, as well as a system-activity approach. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the comprehensive study of this issue and finding new methods of activating personnel policy in the management system of the organization. Conclusions. The main purpose of personnel policy should be the formation and optimal use of personnel to achieve the goals of the enterprise. As a component of the strategic goals of the organization, it should be focused on the specific results and prospects of the organization, whose effective activity directly depends on knowledge, competence, qualifications, discipline, motivation, ability to solve problems, desire to constantly improve their skills and skills of all staff. That is why personnel policy is an important component in the management system of the organization, the ultimate goal of which is to create a cohesive, responsible, highly productive team capable of performing tasks in conditions of uncertainty and risk. Key words: personnel policy, management of the organization, strategy, staff, motivation, goals of the organization.

The existing strategies of maintenance and repair are discussed and a new strategy based on the control of the residual life is presented. It is assumed that in the future, the main maintenance and repair operations will be focused on minimizing this residual life, i.e. on the increase in the service life. It is proved that this maintenance organization strategy for the maintenance and repair optimization allows minimizing the flow of random failures of components during operation and increasing their service life (for a group of the same components) to a maximum. The work on the selection and justification of the life parameters controlled in this strategy has been performed.

Flight in modern age caused our society more global than that of past age. People can go to school aboard, go to work aboard, and travel aboard with airplanes. Airplane has changed our society. Airplane manufacturing industry requires sophisticated technology and innovative management. This most intelligent industry’s innovation strategy can be one of epitomes for business strategy. Airplane manufacturing can be one long-term oriented business. Airplane industry requires many different fields of study not only natural science, but also social science. To manage both engineering team and management team, significant organization strategy could be one crucial factor to maintain its organization effective. Airplane industries must innovate to offer more reliable service with safety, low price and fast travel. New version of motor, car, aircraft and TV takes usually high system level and incremental innovation. Airbus is one of leading aircraft manufacturer and its market share is second largest globally. This study would bring about understanding of innovation management at highest technology and cutting-edge industry.
