The problem of optimal regulation of airline fleet schedules by reassigning aircraft to flights is considered. The optimal regulation of schedules is to create or change them in such a way that minimizes system losses due to current violations. As an estimate of losses, the total deviation of the adjusted schedule from the spetified departure schedules of aircraft is used. It is shown that the described technological system belongs to the category of parallel-sequential systems. Accordingly, the considered system control problem is NP-hard and does not have effective algorithms for exact solution. A brief overview of approaches to solving its modifications and related fleet management tasks is given. The original formal formulation is given, the decomposition of the problem is justified, and an algorithm for its approximate solution is presented. An illustrative example is given and comparative statistics of testing software implementations of the decomposition algorithm of the schedule control problem on real data are reflected, proving the actual effectiveness of the developed tools.

This study focuses on the regulation demand of the cascade gates group water diversion project during the flow adjustment period. A multi-objective optimization regulation model was coupled with the one-dimensional hydrodynamic model and the multi-objective genetic algorithm. Gate opening was used as the decision variable to generate the local operation-oriented cascade gates group regulation scheme. This study considered the Shijiazhuang to Beijing section of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The optimal operation model has a better control effect than the conventional control method, and the number of gate operations was reduced by 23.38%. The average water level deviation was less than 0.15 m when the feedforward control time of the cascade gates group water diversion project was not more than 24 h. The basic mechanism of maintaining water level stability during the short-term scheduling of the cascade gates group water diversion project makes use of the volume capacity, or the space of the channel pool adjacent to the water demand change position, in advance. The multi-objective optimal regulation model of the cascade gates group that was constructed in this study can quickly generate regulation schemes for different application scenarios.

Introduction. Trends of effective economic development are combined with the innovation, building science-intensive economic potential in Ukraine and the flourishing of entrepreneurship. One of the factors of effective economic dynamics is the improvement of economic regulation, the development a holistic strategy for the introduction of digital technologies and innovations in production.Problem Statement. An urgent scientific task is to assess the scientific orientation of the developments of economists and lawyers and fill them with new content of modern realities based on the rule of law in society.Purpose. Theoretical rethinking of the role of law in modern economic development through the prism of the rule of law and the promotion of innovations.Materials and methods. Analytical, historical, and evolutionary analysis methods for theoretical developments, as well economic and legal analysis, the empirical method.Results. Economic and legal analysis and rethinking and strengthening of scientific developments of J. Schumpeter and other in the category of economic development, "creative destruction" and the driving force of entrepreneurship in economic growth supported by a striking example of Ireland's economic rise in 1987–2006, proved their acceptability for modern implementation to domestic economic strategy and legal policy. As a result of generalization is the original scientific vectors of optimal regulation of the digital economy by establishing the principle of the rule of law as an urgent need to create a positive impetus to economic progress.Conclusions. Optimal regulation of the digital economy is a lever to promoting economic progress, increasing national prosperity, and combating poverty. Factors for economic efficiency are the protection of the economicfreedom of entrepreneurship, the introduction of innovations and the rule of law in society.

Background: Life satisfaction is a potentially important health-promoting factor for individuals with alcohol dependence. Addictions are often associated with a decrease in the quality of life due to multiple dysfunctions in the dimensions of health, family and work. Ego-resiliency is believed to be one of factors that contribute to life satisfaction and, consequently, motivation to undergo therapy and resume satisfactory social roles. Aim: The aim of the study was to identify relationships between resiliency and life satisfaction in alcohol-dependent individuals, as well as to assess the determinants of satisfaction in the context of resiliency components. Materials and methods: A total of 100 adults participated in the study: 60 alcoholdependent patients (Cloninger’s type II alcoholism) and 40 healthy controls. The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) by Diener et al. was used to measure life satisfaction, and the Ego-Resiliency Scale, referred to as ER89-R12 (Block and Kremen), was used for resiliency. Pearson’s r correlation coefficient, multiple regression and Student’s t-test were used in the statistical analyses. Results: Ego-resiliency is positively correlated with life satisfaction (r = 0.333; p < 0.01). Optimal regulation (β = 0.452; p < 0.05), which is one of the components of resiliency, is particularly likely to have a beneficial effect on shaping like satisfaction in alcohol-dependent individuals. Conclusions: Ego-resiliency is positively correlated with life satisfaction. Increased ego-resiliency, optimal regulation in particular, is likely to translate into higher life satisfaction.
