The purpose of the study. Identification of key links in the pathogenesis, which will improve the diagnostic and treatment approaches in such patients. Materials and methods. Analytical and bibliosemantic methods were used in the research. Results. Modern scientists are actively discussing the problems of providing medical care to patients who, in addition to the underlying disease, have an aggravating effect of concomitant, combined pathology. Interestingly, in the publications of domestic literature we find the terms "combined", "concomitant", "combined" pathology. The English-speaking scientific community uses the terms - "comorbidity" when it comes to damage to 2 organs or systems and "multimorbidity" when more than 3 diseases. The problem of combined pathologies is one of the key in modern medicine. Osteoarthritis is one of the most common diseases in Ukraine and around the world. Exhausting degenerative-dystrophic pathology, which is combined with high personal and socio-economic burden. According to the European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (ESCEO) and the International Society for the Study of Osteoarthritis (OARSI), it is known that a middle-aged patient with osteoarthritis has 4 combined pathologies, including In addition to osteoarthritis, up to 8 other chronic diseases are diagnosed in old age. In clinical practice, a combination of this disease with hypertension and type 2 diabetes is often observed. However, there are still many differences in the opinion of scientists about the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis with combined pathologies. Conclusions. Scientific research in the modern world is aimed at studying the complex relationships between diseases that are often found in combination in the same patient. During the research the data of modern domestic and foreign literature were reviewed and analyzed and data on new ideas of common links in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus, which combines disorders in the system of oxidant-antioxidant, protease-antiprotease imbalance, proteolytic and fibrinolytic activities of blood plasma, changes in endothelial function, impaired mineral metabolism, the impact of vitamin D deficiency on the further development of chronic inflammation with the activation of cytokine synthesis. The information presented in the review is a reason to assume that the combined pathologies show the potential for complicating each other, complicating the diagnosis and treatment tactics

Work objective is finding rational technical and economic solutions for examining current transformers for techspecs compliance satisfying the requirements of reinstalled microprocessor type protective relays and automation devices manufactured by NP EKRA LLC, taking into account DC component. Research methods: analytical methods for calculating the time of remnant magnetization in the core of a current transformer. Research results and novelty: it is understood that the saturation time of current transformers of the basic and backup protections, according to the results of the analytical method, was more than 25 ms, and for current transformers of differential bus bar protection was more than 5 ms. The obtained saturation time values for all types of current transformers built into oil circuit-breaker bushings (HV line) of 110 kV and bus bar coupling connector (BCC) of 110 kV (main protection, backup protection, differential bus protection), both in the absence and in the presence of remanent induction magnetic in CT cores with three-phase and single-phase short circuits, satisfy completely technical requirements either of microprocessor type protective relays or CT differential bus bar protection. Conclusion: built into CT BCC circuit-breaker bushings of 110 kV and oil circuit-breaker bushings (HV line) of 110 kV Foundry substations do not necessitate a mandatory replacement in case of non-complex redesign of microprocessor type protective relays and automation devices. When replacing oil circuit breakers with gas-insulated ones, it is recommended to use CT with similar characteristics.

Background and Objectives: The resistance of microbes against anti-bacteriological drugs leading to countless deaths and terminal ailments remains a basis for concern. Hence, the main interest of this study was to design, synthesize and report unusual compounds with basic hydrophilic moieties plus hydrophobic functions for anti-bacteriological studies. Materials and Methods: Analytical (melting points, micro-analysis (C. H.N.S) magnetic susceptibility (µeff), molar conductance plus solubility test) methods; spectral (Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)), electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H- plus 13C-NMR), electronic(UV-Vis)) measurements; theoretical (DFT) evaluations were utilized for the characterization of the chelator and its chelates. All synthesized compounds were examined for antimicrobial and antioxidant potentials while the chelator was singly evaluated for solvent extractive capacity. Results: A nitrogenous based chelator-ligand, (E)-1-(((4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)imino)methyl) naphthalen-2-ol(LH) synthesized through reflux-condensation reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine with 2-hydroxy-1-napthaldehyde was acquired. Further reflux of the chelator-ligand with bivalent ions of iron-sulphate and zinc-acetate salts plus 2,2’-bipyridine resulted into separate bivalent-heteroleptic metallic chelates. The deprotonated nitrogen of the amine moiety and carbon of the carbonyl gave rise to the chelator-ligand with N2O2 chromophore detected around the metallic atom in the chelates. The µeff data plus UV-Vis spectral values of the chelates conformed to 6-coordinate octahedral geometry. All the chelates were high spin and non-ionic in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). The antimicrobial and antioxidant screening of the compounds presented moderate to fantastic results, while the metallic extractive proficiency of the chelator showed outstanding extractability for Fe2+ and Zn2+ions with an efficiency of 79.34% and 51.92% correspondingly. Conclusion: All the synthesized compounds are novel and demonstrated prospective biological, plus metallic ions’ extractive potentials required for designs plus isolation of products also for such actions.

Purpose of the Article. The article reveals the fundamental approaches to clarifying the “technology” concept, which is common in cultural, art history, and philosophical literature on this topic. The level of scientific development of the concepts of “technophilia”, “technophobia”, “determinism” is investigated and the influence of technical progress on the formation of art and culture, in general, is clarified. The methodology is based on an integrated approach and relies on general scientific and specific scientific methods: analytical – for considering philosophical, art history, cultural studies literature on the research topic; historical – for tracing the evolution of technology penetration into cultural and artistic practice, conceptual – for analyzing the concept of “technology” and clarifying the main concepts considered. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that for the first time the role of technology in the course of the cultural development of mankind through the prism of a deterministic concept is played. Conclusions. The technology is conditioned by social requirements and introduced for the further development of the cultural development of mankind. This means that the concepts of technological and social determinism, although they are fundamentally different, are reciprocal, inalienable positions. If technology is transformed, the result of the production process changes accordingly. Consequently, technology and culture are not neutral, when technology is applied, it becomes involved in social processes. Knowledge of how to create and improve technologies, as well as how to use them, is socially connected. Any production process that is technologically thought out and organized (in particular, in a mechanical and electronic way) requires less human effort to obtain the desired result than one that requires manual work.
