The optimal evacuation route in emergency evacuation can further reduce casualties. Therefore, path planning is of great significance to emergency evacuation. Aiming at the blindness and relatively slow convergence speed of ant colony algorithm path planning search, an improved ant colony algorithm is proposed by combining artificial potential field and quantum evolution theory. On the one hand, the evacuation environment of pedestrians is modeled by the grid method. Use the potential field force in the artificial potential field, the influence coefficient of the potential field force heuristic information, and the distance between the person and the target position in the ant colony algorithm to construct comprehensive heuristic information. On the other hand, the introduction of quantum evolutionary theory. The pheromone is represented by quantum bits, and the pheromone is updated by quantum revolving door feedback control. In this way, it can not only reflect the high efficiency of quantum parallel computing, but also have the better optimization ability of ant colony algorithm. A large number of simulation experiments show that the improved ant colony algorithm has a faster convergence rate and is more effective in evacuation path planning.

Purpose In a modern business scenario, firms have implemented customer-centric approaches to enable customer relationship management (CRM) to trigger business excellence. Business strategies are modernizing business marketing operations that mainly focused on the retention of profitable customers. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the impact of marketing strategies (MS), information technology support (IT-S) and knowledge sharing (KS) in the effect of CRM in the pharmaceutical sector of Punjab, Pakistan. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from the field force of national and international pharmaceuticals companies (N = 263) through a convenience sampling technique. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to examine data in SmartPLS 3.2.6. Findings The results indicated that IT-S and KS mediate the relationship between MS and CRM. More specifically, MS positively develops CRM through IT-S and KS. Originality/value This research contributes to the existing literature of pharmaceuticals by disclosing the field-force (medical representatives) specific role in developing CRM performance between pharmaceuticals firms and health-care physicians that are mainly based on knowledge advancement and influence these firms to adopt customer-centric business approaches to gain a competitive advantage to drive firm profitability.

Abstract The path planning algorithm of unmanned construction machinery is studied, and the potential field ant colony algorithm is improved to be applied in the field of unmanned construction machinery. Firstly, the raster map modeling was optimized to eliminate the trap grid in the map. At the beginning of algorithm iteration, the heuristic information of artificial potential field method was added and the global pheromone updating model was improve the convergence speed of the algorithm. In addition, the weight coefficient of potential field force and local pheromone updating model were introduced to enhance the development of raster map in the later iteration of ant colony algorithm and reduce the influence of heuristic information of potential field force. Finally, the selection range of parameters such as optimal pheromone heuristic factor and ant colony number is determined by simulation, and it is verified that the algorithm is better than the basic ant colony algorithm.

This essay presents an alternate mechanism for electromagnetism and provides arguments supporting new concepts of this phenomenon. Electricity and magnetism are defined and influenced by the electric permittivity ε o and magnetic permeability μ o physical constants of the vacuum. This essay's concepts are predicated on the notion that the free-space vacuum appears to be composed of an energy field with characteristics of an elastic medium termed the “spatial energy field” or SEF. It is proposed that the geometric volume of the SEF requires conservation, and this is achieved via stretching or compression of space exhibiting wavelike qualities. The SEF, representing spacetime, has specific properties related to the emergence of an electrical field force via the Poynting vector. Magnetic field force appears to emanate from the SEF based on the Lorentz force. Space (SEF) appears to mediate energy fields, such as electrical and magnetic fields, and provides a framework for the transmission of electromagnetic waves in addition to momentum-gravitational waves. Conservation of spatial volume influences these phenomena.

The study analyzes the specifics of modern metal processing technologies. The results of laboratory research for samples made from structural steel St3 with various heat treatment are presented. The results of mechanical tests, measurements of the relaxation coercive field force are shown. The processes that occur with the structure during heat treatment are studied and described. It is made by x-ray diffractograms and images obtained with raster electron and optical microscopes. The influence of structural changes on the relaxation coercive field force and mechanical parameters is described.
